7 ~ Alpha's Biggest Fear

Ryan POV

My fingers move in her long dark hair. Her eyes were closed and head peacefully lying over my chest as we were in the middle of the dense forest somewhere. I didn't know how she looked nor knew who she was but the feeling was as usual and beautiful.

The environment around us seemed dark and I was slowly feathering her hair. It was like I knew her from ever since. It was like she was my home and the medicine of all my pain.

The pain, which I was feeling for decades. The pain of inability, the pain of being abnormal, the pain of being weak even being the most powerful one. The pain of not being able to find my loved one. The one with whom I could share all my secrets and things that I never revealed.

Suddenly, I felt someone disturbing us. The vision before my eyes broke and the darkness filled in it.

My dream broke as I opened my eyes and laid them on the same stupid girl.

I jerked her hand off my forehead before she could figure out what just happened.

“What the hell are you doing here?” I asked, straightening myself.

My bones felt frozen as it hurt when I tried to move in that chair.

“Well, your lover asked me to stay present here until I die,”

I looked at her as she said that in a fancy and sarcastic tone.

“Lover?”

“That Slave Master,”

I chuckled with the mention of him.

“I don't love him,”

I declared standing up from there and walking back into my room from the balcony.

“You surely do, I bet,”

She stated and I turned to look at her, thinning my eyebrows.

“And what made you that sure?”

I asked lying over my bed, spreading my one arm wide and putting my head over my other hand.

“You obey him so much,” She declared as she stopped walking behind me and stood up a little far from my bed.

I chuckled again.

“And you don't behave like a Slave,” I pointed out.

She rolled her eyes and her lips curved in a slight smile.

“Because, I am not a one,”

“But, you accepted last night,” I reminded her.

She lowered her gaze and then looked at me.

“You made me do that. Don't know how,”

She sucked on her lower lip and she touched the ends of her hair strands nervously.

I waited for a moment as I was slightly into the memory of last night.

But, she spoke all of sudden.

“Leave me, tell me what should I do? As I cannot sit free and your lover asked me to stay in your room,”

I rolled my eyes at the mention of Slave Master as my lover.

“Come here,” I ordered.

She thinned her eyebrows for a moment and then walked slowly towards me.

“Sit here,” I patted the place beside me on the bed.

She hesitated for a moment but then sat silently beside me ensuring enough distance between us.

“Get the nail trimmer from the drawer,” I ordered her.

She turned her head to the other side and opened the drawer of the side table. The wood created a sound that felt loud in the silent chamber.

She held the nail trimmer in her hand and I kept my hand on her thigh lightly.

“Trim my nails,” I ordered and closed my eyes to get back to sleep.

But, it seemed impossible to sleep when her small delicate fingers slowly touched my hand. Her gaze fixed on my fingers and mine on her when her hand moved professionally on the tips of my nails.

She blew air from her mouth on my fingers to remove dust of nails and my brain just went to the dirty thought of her lips around me.

Damn!!!

I turned my gaze to the other side as she was a young girl and very much young for me. At least for just now.

“Done,” She informed me and I looked at my trimmed nails.

They were perfect.

I turned on my side so that my other hand could her thigh too as I wanted her to do the same with my other hand.

My sight stuck on her wavy dark red hair as she held my hand softly and started doing her work professionally.

Her hands seem so small and delicate in comparison to mine. And unknowingly my other hand touched her hair lightly.

"This is beautiful. Did you dye it? Or its genetic,"

She looked at me from the corner of her eyes and said.

"My Grandma knew magic. Just like you know. Everyone says that she brought me into world,"

"She gave you birth?" I ask surprisingly.

"Kind of," she waited for a moment and then answered.

My fingers that were playing with her hair strands before now slowly reached to her arm.

Her skin felt so soft and magnificent. I didn't know but she was different from other girls. Her fearlessness, charm and appearance was so attractive.

Even the most beasty Alpha King was becoming soft in front of her.

"You are distracting me," she complaint looking at me.

"How?"

I asked, looking into her eyes softly.

"This slow touch of your finger on my arm,"

Her voice was so slow and it tempted me insanely.

I didn't know but I just wanted to scream my name insanely while I fuck her slow and hard.

I sucked on my lip crushing my wild thoughts.

"What about I make this touch somewhere else like yesternight," I muttered slowly.

She shivered slightly and stood up from bed.

"Don't you dare to do that again," she warned me.

I chuckled and held her arm pulling her over me.

She struggled to get off of me but my arm instantly snaked her waist and turned her below me.

Her eyes turned big and yelled.

"Stop it, Ryan,"

"Ryan?"

I asked to thin my eyebrows.

"I will call you Lord or his highness only if you call me Princess Cassandra,"

She informed me by showing big eyes.

I smiled.

"Oh, Princess Cassandra,"

I asked and pinned her arms over her head.

She struggled to get rid of my hold but then gave up and looked into my eyes pouting a little in anger.

"Please don't do that again, please"

She begged thinning eyebrows in a slow voice and my sight just stuck to her lips. They were naturally pink and beautiful, slightly full.

"Please," she muttered slowly and my face leaned in closer to her unknowingly. There was a slight desire in me to claim those beautiful lips right now.

Holding both hands over her head using one, I brought my other hand closer to her face. It featherly cupped her delicate cheek as I brought my lips closer to her.

They were about to taste those two rose petals but then the vision of the moon goddess in that thundering night blurred my vision.

I stopped myself then and there. I couldn't kiss her, not even any girl or anyone.

One wrong kiss and I would be finished.

My heart beats raced and sweat buds collected on the forehead.

Remembering what happened that night when on the full moon, the moon goddess cursed me and took all my powers back.

I was about to do my sin by kissing her.

"Hey Ryan,"

She called softly and my hold on her hands loosened.

"Are you okay,"

She instantly cupped my cheek and I closed my eyes. That night was something scary and frightening for me. Remembering that only brings me a lot of scariness.

Because, the moon goddess took my spirit to hell for some good time. And it was the scariest thing anyone couldn't even guess.

I held her wrist and she tried to sit up.

"Should I call someone? What's happening to you?"

Her voice felt trembling as she looked scared too.

"I am okay,"

I declared.

"Are you sure?"

I nodded and lied beside her.

She looked deeply worried as her small fingers touched my forehead.

"Why are you getting worried? Don't you want me dead?"

I asked, seeing her reaction.

"I do, but don't know why all of sudden looking at you like this made me insanely worried," she said in just a breath and I tried to calm down.
