Chapter 19

While he is carrying me, the stinky man is running, and I am crying the whole time. As he raises his hand, it looks like he is about to hit me, but another stinky man stops his hand before it hits me.

In the end, I end up crying myself to sleep when I awake, and I find that there is this gigantic man standing before me. My eyes glimpse a monster as he stands there, so I start screaming. There are huge purple bumps on the man's face, big unsightly bumps. His face has been covered with many red spots as well. In addition, he also has cuts on his nose and bulging eyes.

"As this big scary man with the bad breath said, 'don't worry, lad, we are being paid well, to keep you safe, we will not kill you today.”

Next scene:

A woman who I grew up knowing as my mother gives the man cash that looks like money. Then he hands me to the woman, as well as some other woman who is walking out with her.

Next scene

There I am playing with my dad; I think I am five years old; we are taking turns tossing the ball away from each other. She looks at me lovingly as we play. According to my father, I am determined to become the most powerful Alpha ever. In fact, I want to become an Alpha like him, so I have the same goal.

Next scene -

I think I am seven years old when my mother hugs me and throws some flour at me. My mother is trying to teach me how to make chocolate chip cookies. I love my mother very much.

The scenes end. Everyone can now make a fair judgement. That is only if they left the judgement in my brother's hands. If not, I hope the Alpha King will show mercy to the parents that raised me.

We all unclasp our hands from each other. I see some people crying, some look angry, and others perplexed. I decide to stand up and address the elephant in the room, my kidnapping.

"I don't expect everyone to understand. I know for some people," I look at my biological parents, "this is beyond painful. Others may be angry at the deceit and the betrayal." I sigh, "I am shocked at how this all happened to me.

Because of Erica and the magic, she worked during this vision/memory experience, I could understand as an adult what it was like to view my memories when I was just an infant. I considered those people as my parents. However, they were not abusive, and they had a very loving manner towards me.”

We are playing and learning together, but I don't know before recently that they aren't my biological parents, even though I was so loved by them. I realize there needs to be justice; I get that. They did, however, produce a miracle baby, and I am thrilled to have her as my little sister. It would devastate my six-year-old sister if it comes to light that her parents have been killed.

After she has discussed it with me, I would want to reassure her that she has visiting rights so that I do not completely devastate her. This means that they will not be in the dungeons.

“For permanent containment, maybe they could be placed in one room in the packhouse and have anklets fitted with electronic bracelets that never come off. The device will not allow them to leave the room, or else it would shock them to death if they left. "

Now as far as the pack, Colt I am going to send you to an Alpha school in Europe, your sister may live with us, and we will treat as our very own sibling if you do not mind. I will have Caldin, and Collin run your pack until you return. I am sorry this is your pack now, as your sisters parents were demoted, so it is no longer her birth right. When she comes of age to test for what her role is in the pack, we will decide then.

Colt has a guilty look on his face. I know he wants his sister to take over the pack. Despite this, because of the misdeeds of her parents, she will no longer be an Alpha, because her parents must be Alphas, and they will no longer be Alphas.

Colt bids his farewell and goes to check in on his little sister.

Back in the meeting room everyone leaves except Cameron Sr., Cameron jr., and Luna Constance. This is hard on Luna Constance to relive that nightmare, and now to find out it was her very own best friend. Constance never investigated Rosie because Constance had absolute trust in her. Constance is silently crying while Cameron sr. holds her close rubbing circles on her back trying to ease her pain.

When Cameron Jr. is feeling stressed, he puts his head on his hands while his mate is massaging the back of his neck. Even though he is stressed, he remains composed during the meetings and memories. He feels it is difficult not to be angry after seeing Colt's memories and the kidnapping and betrayal. In some way, Cameron could relate to the conflict that Colt is suffering through.

Cameron would have chosen death in front of the pack if it were up to him. However, for his brother and the little girl who is about to become part of the pack, he will tone down the punishment. This is against his better judgment.

Cameron has the head warrior go and find Colt and setup a schedule to train Colt in proper fighting techniques. Colt’s pack is the peace pack, they are not good at fighting. They will go and take the pack back tomorrow if anything or anyone besides Rogues are left.
