Chapter 62

Golden Dragon King –

It is imperative for my son to learn the importance of assuming responsibility for his actions. I would like for him to take over one day, but he has not yet reached a point where he is ready to do so. I am so disappointed. At the rate he is progressing, it will probably take him a very long time before he can claim the throne.

Alpha Cameron was waiting for me at the airport with dozens of bodyguards when I arrived. I am sure that all of us have heard of the six alphas. There are few families in the world that are home to so many alphas, all of whom are powerful warriors. There was no doubt in the minds of the others that if they were to fight the brothers, they would lose.

This family inspires admiration and respect; they are strong and just. The opportunity to fight with them would be an honor if they ever offered it to me. Although Alpha Cameron is not the largest pack, it is the most feared. Each member, including the young, is trained to fight.

The sun is bright, I take my sunglasses out of its soft case from my pants pocket. The Alpha walks up to meet me and bows and then directs me to the SUV that I will ride in.

Once we had taken off in the SUV. I look up at the Alpha, “We need to talk about my son.”

I watched the Alpha Close the windows between us and the front seat.

Alpha Cameron –

“The glass is soundproof. Now go ahead what is it I can help with your highness?”

Golden Dragon King ---

“My son is young and stupid right now and sadly to say not very wise. He thinks he has gotten a couple of your she-wolves pregnant. I am here to make certain he takes accountability for his actions. I also want him to be afraid for the repercussions of his actions. We will find out who the girls are and bring them in.

Have them in the office we bring them in. We will be very quiet for about 5 minutes. Then we get down to the bottom of this. Depending on how this fares as far as the she-wolves being pregnant depends on the actions we take. I am sorry to bring you into this.”

Alpha Cameron –

"When I was a young man, I do not think my life was that different. I will contact the she-wolves involved in this matter. It is very difficult for a female wolf to become pregnant when she is not in heat. It is not impossible, but it is highly unlikely.

Some of the lower-ranked young she-wolves are mainly concerned with getting a high-ranking mate. I am sure your son has told them he is a prince. She-wolves of this type would surely be attracted to your son. Please remain calm as we investigate this. I assure you."

King of the Golden Dragons –

“I appreciate your comments, Alpha. 'I would like to sort this out,' he said. I admire this alpha's patience and his understanding of my son's situation.

“My respect for you and your family has never wavered, Alpha. I would like to establish a pact between my kingdom and yours. Basically, if you need help, we'll come, and we'll come if you need help.”

Alpha Cameron –

“I would appreciate that, and you know what? I will appeal to the king on this. I would like to take you up on your offer. We have a problem with a rogue werewolf who has made himself the King of a rogue pack of criminal werewolves. One of our packs had been taken, but we could recover it.

They kidnapped my brother and sister, but they escaped and are now in good health. The Rogue King intends to take over the werewolf kingdom. During the attack on the pack, he had the red dragons assisting him. I do not understand why the red dragons are helping him. Despite my best efforts, I cannot determine what the rogue king has promised the red dragon. This seems somewhat bizarre."

Golden Dragon King –

“The Red Dragon King is old, I heard he had a son running the pack ruthlessly. I imagine it is him that is in cohorts with your rogue king. The red dragon prince has been attacking the Green Dragon pack for several years. Neither pack has asked us for help, we just figured they don’t want any help seeing as neither asked for help.”

Alpha Cameron—

“You should have seen the damage done to the peace pack, carnage and houses burned to the ground. Dead bodies were everywhere, and the smell was rancid like they had been dead for weeks. It permeated our senses and several of my men vomited from the smell.

Wolves were torn apart as well as burned into ashes. Once the Rogue king had kidnapped my brother and sister. I have decided to get vengeance making the rogue king and the red dragon regret the day thye messed with the eight alphas.”

King of the gold dragons---

“I thought you guys were the six alphas.”

Alpha Cameron –

"We had called ourselves wrong, my brother was kidnapped at birth and now we have found him."

King of the Golden Dragons –

"Okay, that makes seven. Who is the final one?"

Alpha Cameron –

"It's my sister. She's an Alpha and probably the best warrior out of all of us. Clair is stealthy and dangerous. It's the Eight of us and our allies that will defeat that evil rogue king."

The Golden Dragon –

You have my loyalty, Alpha Cameron. Let me know when you plan a war, and we will help each other defeat the Rogue King and Red Dragon. Just let me know.”

Alpha Cameron –

If I could slit the rogue king's throat tonight, I would. As we pull up to the packhouse Aurinax the Golden Dragon's son greets us.

Prince Aurinax –

"Dad, what are you doing here?”

King of the golden dragons –

"Aurinax, don't talk to me right now. Follow us into the Alpha's office. I don't want to hear anything from you at the moment."

I was so angry; he was being such a disgraceful spokesman for our pack. A prince is not supposed to be a playboy. I have spoiled him too much; he is going to feel my anger!

Using a mind-link, the Alpha could bring his Luna to wherever he was going. Her plan was to get the she-wolves that my son believes are pregnant. The Alpha got the names of the girls Aurinax might or might not have become pregnant with.

His mate was returning with them, not without first stopping by the doctors office for pregnancy test and DNA test to see if they are having a wolf or a dragon child. It took a couple of hours for the Luna to get back with the girls.

I and the Alpha made certain we were quiet the whole time we were waiting on the Luna and the girls. The pack doctor is walking over with them too. I could hear footsteps outside the door, I assume they must be here. I look at my son who has sweat pouring down his face.

When the Luna and the girls came in, Aurinax’s face went pale. I grinned inside myself knowing that my son is about to poop his pants.

The Luna sits next to her mate. The girls sat across from the prince, and the doctor on the left-hand side of the Alpha.

The Pack doctor had envelopes for each girl and their results. This whole scene reminded me of a show called Paternity court.

Pack Doctor—

“This envelope has Theresa’s results, and the other envelopes have Lynette’s results. The Alpha has some questions for you all before I go over the pregnancy results.”

Alpha Cameron –

This is going to be fun watching the three of them sweat.

“Theresa tell me when you had sex with Aurinax?”

Theresa –

“I think a month ago.”

Alpha –

“Why did you believe he impregnated you?”

Theresa ---

“Well, I only slept with him during those two weeks, and then I started getting sick, throwing up and stuff, you know being pregnant stuff. So, I let him know he was going to be a daddy.”

Alpha - -

“So…. Last month you didn’t have sex with anyone else?”

Theresa –

“No, I am not like that. I only slept with Aurinax!”

Alpha –

“I have someone waiting outside. Let me mind-link him in.”

Theresa didn’t realize I had tracked down the wolves they had slept with. The one coming in, is her boyfriend.

“Hi Jaxson, have a seat next to your girlfriend.” I watch Jaxson sit next to Theresa. I watch Theresa and her face had gone ashen.

“Theresa, you know Jaxson right? Isn’t he your boyfriend?”

Theresa –

“Alpha may I leave? I am not feeling so well.”

Alpha –

“Not yet Theresa. I am sure you want the results of the tests I have taken.” I look over to the doctor. “Go ahead doctor go over the testing for Theresa.”
