Chapter 11 The Mad Woman Who Runs Out
A vacant look came over Norton's face and Bane's heart ached with it.
Bert's face fell. "What are you doing here?" he said.
Did the woman use any tricks to catch his eye?
"Sister..."
"Said Norton in a feeble voice.
As if grasping at straws, he quickly moved toward Bane and hugged him.
Bane comes to his senses and suddenly relents. Subconsciously, he puts his arms around Norton and says, "What's wrong?"
"Stomach, pain..."
"Did you eat something bad? Why the stomachache?"
"Because I ate ice cream."
The people around him were instantly stunned.
Since the young master sent to the hospital, the young master had not said anything again, doctors and nurses no matter how to ask it was useless, forced to endure, but also wanted to get rid of the people around.
Never thought that a strange woman could let the young master so close.
Or in a coquettish tone.
Bert could not figure it out either, and it was strangely pleasing to see these two together.
He threw aside the strange feeling and said, "Get out of here at once!"
At this, Norton's arms stiffened and he wrapped his arms around Bane.
His eyes were misted with water, and the boy's resemblance to Sophie was too great for Bane to walk away.
"Mr. Ron, watch your tone, he's got an upset stomach from the ice cream, and he's breaking out in a cold sweat, so why are you biting him?"
Norton, too, looked up at his father with an accusatory look in his eyes.
Bert, however composed he might have been, was a little short of breath now, accused by two faces at once.
At that moment, one of the doctors suddenly exclaimed, "How do these two look so alike?"
It was like a bomb falling into the water and bursting!
The public also returned to god, is really!
The two faces looked as if they had been cut from the same mould! If you did not know, you'll think this little boy was her son!
But this was the CEO's child, and the CEO had a fiancee, and the CEO's fiancee had been to the hospital many times before.
So the young master had absolutely nothing to do with this woman.
If they had nothing to do with each other, how could they look so similar?
By chance?
Bert's face changed. He seemed to have overlooked it.
Sophie looked like Norton, and Norton looked like Bane.
And Norton and Betsy look nothing like each other.
Maybe...
A trace of doubt grew in Bert's heart, but did not show it in his face.
When he did not speak, Bane began to panic, but braced himself and said, "Mr. Ron, please trust me once and I'll let him take his medicine."
Doctors could not get near Norton, but he was too young to go through without his medication.
Bert's eyes narrowed, and they were full of scrutiny.
Myron could not bear it. "Maester," he whispered, "Maester is only five years old. I can't stand the past."
Said Bert at last." Get out!"
Everyone left except Bane and Norton.
Seeing the people around him leave, Bane quickly brought the tablets and the water glass.
"They've all gone out. Now take your medicine."
Norton shook his head.
Bane tried to divert his attention. "What's your name?"
"Norton Ron!”
"Can little Norton talk to Auntie about why he won't take his medicine? If you don't take medicine, your body will collapse, and your stomach will ache all the time."
Bane's voice was so clear and soft that it was easy to relax.
No longer afraid, Norton said, "Daddy's sending me abroad."
Bane was stunned.
The child was so young.
Sophie's age, five at the most, and about to be sent abroad?
That was too cruel!
"I didn't want to be sent abroad. That's why I ate the ice cream."
Norton's face was gloomy.
He couldn't figure out how his father could have done this, but only informed him out of the blue, not giving him a choice.
So he had to do it.
As long as he was sick, he didn't have to leave. He wanted to stay with his father, even if he treated him coldly.
"Tell your father if you want to stay here. How can you damage yourself in this way?"
Norton shook his head. "Daddy doesn't agree. Pretty auntie, I'm sick, so I won't be sent away."
Bane had a headache.
Surprisingly, the child was so clever that he could figure out a way to stay, and he was able to endure the pain of acute gastroenteritis.
Of course, Bane was angry with Bert for being so cruel.
The child was so young to want to send abroad, not afraid of encounter some danger?
"Don't worry, take the medicine, and then your aunt will give you advice."
Now the most important thing is to take the medicine, can not delay any longer, otherwise something will happen to it will be too late.
If Bane was being too gentle, Norton thought for a moment and took the medicine.
Bane wiped the sweat off his forehead, then took him in his arms, and, noticing his slight abnormity, asked, "Have you not eaten properly? Why is it so light?"
"I'm a picky eater," Norton said, his face filled with frustration. "None of those people's food tastes good."
"How can children be so picky about food? It won't grow tall."
Norton said nothing. His face was wronged.
Bane heaved a heavy sigh and laid Norton down on the bed. "You can't be so picky about your food," he said. "You should be obedient.
With that, Bane got up and opened the door.
She could see Bert standing in the hallway, just standing there, erect, in a black suit, and radiating aura.
To tell the truth, Bert was the nicest rack she had ever seen, but he was a bad character and an ice cube.
"Mr. Ron, if you'd like to get inside, Norton wants to tell you something."
As Bert slowly made his way back to the hospital room, Norton looked a little afraid of him and quickly turned his eyes to Bane.
Bane quickly closed the door and went over. "It's all right," he said. "Talk to your father."
Norton was encouraged to speak up. "Dad, may I not go abroad?"
In the old days Bert would have disapproved. He did not want anyone to rebel against him, not even his son.
But after seeing Norton, he finally relented.
"Give me a reason," he said.
Norton fell silent.
Bane couldn't help it.
"Mr. Ron, how old is young Norton, how can he go abroad? He is so young that he needs his parents very much. Can he be alone without being afraid? It's cruel of you to send him abroad now. “
