Visit my parents
Aaron's mother flats out the creases on his shirt. She asks me and him to take her to my parents. I don't particularly have anything against them, but... would my parents allow it?
They will find incredible ways to taunt me and him, for the tings we did in the past and for the things I do in my present career. I don't want neither of them to form a bad opinion on each other.
I ask Mrs. Skiez to give me some time for their introductions.
She gladly accepts.
We see the family leave in cars and reach the airport in no time. Him, his mother and I take our sweet time to reach the airport.
While departing, the sweet lady kisses both our cheeks. They have left now.
I was driving my Bentley while he sat quietly beside me. He was looking out at the night life of New York, humming a tune to himself.
"So? Do you agree?" I ask him. Prior to this, I asked him if he would agree to come to Eulandia with me.
It's a beautiful state, I swear. Little Mediterranean and most towards England, the land was rich with culture and tradition. Not to forget the wide variety of dishes made there.
I know that will be his attraction point.
"Hmm?" He turns himself to me, legs and hands folded into himself as he looks at me with loving eyes.
"I asked if you agree to come with me to my homeland." I ask again. The break slowly bring the car to a halt at the red signal.
"Of course. But I'm thinking how must I convince your father for your hand in marriage." My eyes bulge out of my sockets.
"M-marriage?" I ask him.
"Hmm. Don't you want to marry me, Ravine?" His words are making me blush. Chuckling, he pinches my cheeks as I say, "Well... it's too soon for me. I- I do want to marry you but—"
"You're not prepared. I understand." Saying, he strokes my hair.
We reach back home and head straight to our bedroom.
I insist on watching a cartoon to calm my nerves. It works.
And at midnight, I leave the bed to a sleeping Aaron and take my phone to text an executive.
[Hello, Gerrard!]
[It's been awhile]
[How are mom and dad?]
I send a series of texts. Within a minute, I hear the text back ringtone go off.
"What's he doing so early in the morning?" I chuckle to myself.
[Heyyy!!!]
[Long time no text!] He was turning American for my sake, I couldn't help but chuckle again.
[Ofc they are fine, what do you take your advisor for!?]
Of course. He was our previous advisor's son. He takes over after Senior Gerrard's passing away.
I text back, [Hey, so would you like it if I come home with my boyfriend after awhile? Would mom and dad be okay with it? How's everything there?]
I send a bunch of texts to which he replies with a laughing face emoji.
[Why don't you come home with your boyfriend and discuss everything then?]
The text seemed serious. I sigh, throwing my head over the couch.
They're still bitter, I see.
It's their fault for sending me away, without any security or guidance. They have no say in what I've turned out to be.
I'm ashamed to say they don't even know what happened in my past.
[Just come home tomorrow. I'll book your tickets.]
His words send me to a halt.
I pause and think.
Aaron is ready to meet my parents. Gerrard and my family are eager to meet me after ten years.
But it was me who wasn't ready.
I wasn't ready to face my parents and watch them be disappointed over me.
Moreover, I don't want them to say anything about Aaron. I swear I'll leave them forever if they say anything about my successful boyfriend.
"Love?" I was bent on disturbing him from his beauty sleep. He groans and turns to the other side, my phone light must have made him uncomfortable.
"Sweetie, once could you get up?" I ask in his ears, kissing him while Gerrard kept texting me about what's happening in the kingdom.
"What...?" He groans softly as I kiss his cheek.
"I want to go to my homeland tomorrow. My family's advisor there wants to book a direct ticket for us two. A private jet. Tell me what should I do?" I ask him in a feeble voice. Turning to face the ceiling, he blinks his eyes open.
"I'm fine with it. But... you..." he says, in a half sleepy groggy voice. He was falling back asleep when I kiss his chest and say, "I'm fine as long as you're beside me. We will leave if they try to do anything funny, okay?"
"Hmm..." he agrees. Kissing his cheek again, I proceed to discuss with Gerrard.
After a minute or two, he calls me with excitement.
We were friends when we were kids. So as adults after 10 years worth of tea, our call on the phone extended for a dawn for me.
I didn't even notice the time. We talked for almost five hours.
"Good morning, babe." I was shocked to see Aaron already awake. It's not his usual waking time.
"Good morning~" I sing.
"Oh~ who's that?" The male on the call says. I begin to blush, because obviously he was thinking something immature. Or I'd say, extremely mature.
"He's Aaron Skiez."
"Oh my God. Oh my God. The Skiez is my favorite family legacy! I can't believe they're out an American tale!"
"Me neither, Gerrard. He's one in a million."
"Aw, that's cute buddy! If he's awake, I must resume my duties too. Good morning from my side!"
"Good morning to you too. I'll hit the bed now." Saying, I realise the slumber I've been kept within me for five long hours through the night.
"Who's Gerrard?" Sipping on orange juice the first thing in the morning, Aaron asks while standing in front of me.
Eyeing his sexy physique, I stand up to run my hands all over him. Wow. He's so warm and cuddly.
"My friend in Eulandia. We will be flying today evening~"
"Mhmm." Sipping on bare orange juice sexily, I was pulled close to his hot body.
"It's only the night for you~ Well, let's see if it's a good morning sex or good night sex for you now." Crazily picking me up, we jogs towards the bedroom with me on his shoulders.
