Chapter 91
Megan's Point of View
When I couldn't get him to end what I was doing, he shifted our positions. We sat down together, and he rested my back on his chest.
I turned my back from him as he fiddled with my chest. He pinches my nipple, as if wanting to remove it there, but I'm not sure what's going on because I'm the one who is experiencing greater pleasure now. I covered my mouth using the back of my palm because I had just moved here and didn't want anyone hearing me or saying anything else. He stroked my ass and slipped his fingers inside my pussy as he toyed with my chest.
He placed me down on the floor again when he finished messing with my pussy, but this time there was a covering from what he was wearing. No one talks to us, and we only hear each other's grunts. He raised my legs and placed his face on my pussy when I eventually lay down on my back again. When he smeared his hot saliva on my private part, I covered my face with my palm. I don't want him to see my face even more when he licks my clitoris and I play with his hair since it brings me pleasure.
We were no longer aware of the time when we were finished. We were lying in each other's arms as he kissed my forehead. It seemed like in an instant we were both fine but I also thought that I would let myself chase destiny if what I wanted was right here in front of me? I had many chances but in the end I just let myself love him because I could see my shadow that he already loved. If in a werewolf they can't reject their fated mate, so can other people. No matter how much he wants to dislike the person they love, they just see themselves walking towards that person.
"What if I'm actually pregnant?" I said, hugging him firmly. I can't see his face since the light went out as we were performing the steamy night and I believe it could no longer be used. Everything that can be altered in this house must, I suppose, be replaced.
"Then the children you carry will have a happy family because we will give it to them," he said as he kissed my head and sniffed my hair again. There was a warm touch on my heart, as if to tell that everything would be fine and that I didn't need to worry anymore. I placed my face against his and told him that the words and news he needed to hear.
"I am pregnant, and you are the father," I murmured softly, hoping he would hear. I bit my lower lip and closed my eyes to hide my concern of his likely reaction. When he didn't say anything, I felt as if I were blindfolded and unable to swallow the saliva that had formed on my tongue. But I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to ask him a follow-up question. "Are you in love with me?"
He abruptly sat up and nearly hit my head, much to my amazement. I noticed his tears welling up in the corner of his eye since the moon was a light for us, and I wasn't sure how he would respond when he suddenly hugged me.
“I love you. Thank you so much.”

Thea's Point of View
“Mrs. Holden, no matter how we look at it, we have no clue how we will obtain the CCTV from your brother; is there really nothing you can do to gain access to your firm and manage those records? We cannot go without the permission of the company's owner." As he told me this, the police detective stared at me. Craig hadn't arrived yet, so he had no idea I was conversing with the cops. I didn't even bring up his mother because I wanted to move on, but I couldn't help but assume she was one of the suspects.
However, there has been no progress with CCTV since they are unable to proceed without the approval of the company's owner. If I require a duplicate of the clips, I'll need a tentacle within the office to assist me.
As I was thinking, I remembered the woman who had helped me hide from Mason. I abruptly lifted my head, menacingly glaring at the detective, who I believe was perplexed as to why I suddenly stared at him.
"I think I know how we can acquire the CCTV footage without me having to go inside," I say. "The only difficulty is that I don't know how to contact the woman." I know Mason's security is stricter because of what occurred the day I went there, so I still have to wait all day just to see that woman.
The officer nodded at me and spoke again, as if he had a thought. "We will offer you assistance so that if your brother does something to you while you are waiting, we will help you," he whispered to his other officers. They nodded a few seconds later, so I knew he had ordered them.
It was just a matter of time before they were gone, and Craig arrived just in time. Craig appeared to be in a rush as he walked down, and when he spotted me, his eyes were anxious, so I approached him to welcome him. I saw he was clutching a piece of paper as he approached me and looked up at him. Before informing me what the inside was, he raised that piece of paper.
"Here's the paper I need to prove my mother's innocence in your parents' deaths, but..." I knew why he paused even more when his jaw clenched that I anticipated the next time he will say. I held his hand and told him he could say whatever he wanted.
"I talked to someone and that person told me that my mother was not the culprit of the crime and that she was just engaged in the explosion because your mother and father were arguing because of her that day."
