Chapter Eleven

"What!, did you just found the cave of the old lands" the Prime Minister ask

“If that is what it is, Yes” Logan reply

"What did he gave you?" King Michael ask

Logan produce the Map given to him, he signal to Jazz and Mac to come closer and out down what they have, they also put down the Armours, Sword and Shield

"He gave us these and the horse as well" Logan reply finally

“The Horses have gone back” Jazz cut in

King Michael and the Prime Minister all stare at Jazz, King Michael heave and scratch his neck, he voice out

"Okay that accepted, now thus White Old Man must have told you things about your destiny, are you taking it?" King Michael ask

"Yes father I will surely go for it, but before that I will ask for something" Logan said

"Am listening" King Michael said

"I want to join the Army, not the Royal Army but the common Army, I want to start from the beginning" Logan said

“Giving you what you seek is not the problem, but I must warn you, the common Army is not just training ground, it is hell, in the common Army you only live on the blood of your fellow comrade, friend today enemy tomorrow, enemy today, friend tomorrow, you only work to live for a day, not for next tomorrow, so are you still ready for it” King Michael said

“Father, unless am not your son, then I won’t be able to survive the place” Logan said

“Off course I am your Father” King Michael said with a frown

“Then allows me to go father, I will live” Logan said

"You have your wish" King Michael said and want to leave

Quickly Jazz as well kneel down in front of King Michael “Your Majesty, His Highness is my friend I can't let him go, I will join the Army just like he does too" Jazz said

"That decision remain with your father" King Michael said

He turn to the Prime Minister as if asking for his permission, even Jazz look at his father with an expectant look

"If you allow him Your Majesty, I don’t dare stop him" the Prime Minister said with his hands up in the air

"Fine" King Michael said and he turn to Mac “What is your name?" He ask

"It is Mac Your Majesty” Mac reply with a bow, one of his kneel was on the floor

"You do your duties very well, so you to go with Logan and Jazz to the Army and protect them from evil" King Michael said

"Thank you Your Majesty for trusting your Loyal servant with such a huge task" Mac said with bow

"Now if you accept this, all your rank will be drop and you will be begin again from the commoner Army” King Michael said

"I will protect His Highness with my life" Mac said.

King Michael heave and leave the room, the Prime Minister also quickly follow after him, Mac also stand up, and immediately Queen Sandra begin to torture Logan by turning his ear with his hand, the sting on Logan ear become unbearable, he voice out painfully

“Mother I am sorry, I will never be troublesome, I will always be reasonable Prince not a stubborn one no longer” Logan said in pain

“You this bad child, who punish you for been stubborn, how dare you ask to go to the common Army?” Queen Sandra said angrily

“I take back my words, I am no longer going to the Army again” Logan said

“Do you think it is that easy right, My Lord will never go back on what he said he will do” Queen Sandra said

Queen Sandra finally becomes tired and let go of Logan ear, she sit down on her bed, Logan embrace her mother first and voice out gently

“Mother I am not going to die, I will surely come back, I own you and father a lot of things” Logan said

“Better make it back or else I will kill you myself” Queen Sandra said

Logan smile and walk out of his mother room, Jazz and Max also follow him.

Seven years after Logan jumping over Erita hills and making decision to join the Army, he got his wish and he left for the training ground with Jazz and Mac, and King Michael was right about the Commoner Army, the place is not the way to hell, it is hell itself, most time Logan wish to run back to the Palace, but Logan dare not, he k ow who Hus father is, so he decide to at least die in the training ground than go back to the Palace

Jazz was also with him including Mac as well, Mac was already a fighter and he always help Logan and Jazz with their training, within those seven years, Logan and Jazz had grown up to be a formidable fighter, thanks to Mac extra class for them both, and the extract classes pay them both, because Logan was second to no one in his mates, and Jazz is third to no one.

Today mark the day of the of graduation for Logan set from the Common Army, they had actually spend over seven years in the training ground, and the place is hell, those who begin were over a hundred, the ones who graduated are not more than forty, he rest are either dead or decide to withdraw, what make is easier for him was that, within the seven years interval, not a day will pass that he won't dream of the White Old man

Logan, Mac, and Jazz stand in line with the rest of their set, they are standing and looking at the King sitting on the podium with his Queen, Logan remember his promise to Hus mother Seven years ago, he smile yo himself as General John address them, Jazz caught Logan smiling

“Your Highness, I don’t think you drink something bad today right” Jazz said

“What good is in this hell” Logan said

“It is a training ground not hell” Jazz said

“Your Highness, I think Her Majesty is expecting her son that is why she came with His Majesty “ Mac said

“You mean this passing out parade does not involve mother” Logan said surprisedly

“Yes, it never does to her” Mac said finally

“I wonder what is on ongoing in the King mind” Logan said and look back at his father “that man more than a log of wood” Logan said

“How dare you call His Majesty a log of wood? “ one the trainers said after head hear Logan comment
