Chapter Twelve

Before a split seconds, Logan, Mac and Jazz are walk out of the line, three ta me are arranged and the three are tied to the table, before another seconds, whips having spike on it was use to lash out beating on the three.

Queen Sandra watch as Logan is been tortured, she does not understand what happen for her son to be that punish, King Michael hold her into his warm embrace, age felt at ease, but her son torture still trouble her, King Michael turn her fave away and also cover her ears from hearing Logan scream.

Logan and his friend are use to this kind of torture, so he was silent and does not even comment on him been a Prince, he and the rest take the whop and the ceremony continue till night fall.

Finally night reach, darkness also cover the whole land, and the whole Common army as well was ask to go back to their various houses, Jazz quickly ask to visit his parent, Logan nod and Jazz left, Logan and Mac return to the Palace return to the palace alone, first Logan head to her mother room, he enter and Mac wait outside.

Queen Sandra was prepared for sleeping, but when she see her son entering into her room, she was very glad, quickly she dismiss her Attendant, Logan also bow in front of his mother

“Good day mother, I am sorry I got you worried “ Logan said

“No Logan you didn’t get me worried, I am just glad you are home” Queen Sandra said

Queen Sandra begin to check on Logan body from head to toe, finally she see the mark from the whip with spike, she check one of her cupboard and bring out a medicine,

“Your wound are still fresh, you must apply this to it daily” Queen Sandra said and give the medicine to Logan

“Thank you mother “ Logan said, he also take the medicine

“Have you seen your Father?” Queen Sandra ask

“No, I haven’t seen him” Logan reply

“You have to go now, he will be expecting you” Queen Sandra said

Logan nod his head and head to King Michael room, he met his father all alone reading some scroll which was arrange on his table, Logan enter and bow low for his father, King Michael drop the scroll on his table, he look back at his son and finally he voice out

"I guess you are now matured than you do seven years ago" King Michael said

"Father all I can say is that, I learnt my lesson and I won't disappoint you" Logan said

"Fine I know you won't disappoint you, I have always know you are born for greatness, and I always trust you" King Michael said

"Thank you father for believing me" Logan said

"Good now you are back, you will be General over a hundred Soldier, General John will pick your men for you, and he will tell you what you have to do, I hope you will lead them very well" King Michael said

Logan gasp “I will not disappoint you father" Logan said and bow down “But father can Mac and Jazz be my helper?” Logan ask

“Off course they are always your helper, I deliberately demote Mac so that he can rise with you” King Michael said

“One more thing father, my set from the commoner army, I wish they are under my squadron” Logan said

"Okay, I will let General John have your request, now you can leave" King Michael said

Logan nod his head and leave his father room, once he was out he head head to his room, Mac and Jazz are also waiting for him

"Jazz, I am now a General and you both are my deputy" Logan said with joyful expression

"Wow so quick" Jazz said with a confused look

"Off course I am a Prince" Logan said still laughing

"No Your Highness, His Majesty don't make you General because you are a Prince" Mac said

"Then why so quickly?" Jazz ask still very confused

"Because His Highness deserve it" Mac reply

"Mac i haven't do anything yet" Logan said

"Yes Your Highness, but your Father knows that you have change and so he put you in charge so to see if you are worthy of replacing him" Mac said

"I think he is right" Jazz also said nodding his head

"Whatever father intention is, all i know I will not disappoint Father" Logan said

"And I am here to always help you Your Highness" Jazz said

"My duty is to protect you, that I will do with diligence forever" Mac said

“Off course you both are stuck with me forever, you are my deputy “ Logan said

Logan, Mac and Jazz all burst to laughter, they all make a turn to the direction of Logan room, they met his attendant waiting for him, Logan smile and enter his room, he was surprise to met the White Old Man waiting for him, Logan stop on his track and he turn to Mac and Jazz with a surprise look

"Did you see the White Old Man?" He ask pointing forward

"I see nothing Your Highness" Mac said and was searching around

"So am I Your Highness" Jazz said

"They can't see me save for you alone" the White Old Man said

"Go wait for me outside" Logan said

Jazz and Mac nod their head and leave the room, Logan come nearer and sit down opposite the White Old Man

"I completed my training and Father is making a General over an hundred Soldier" Logan said and sitting down

"Your time has not come Your Highness" the White Old Man said with calmness

"What do you mean?" Logan ask with a frown

"This is your father time, let him rule his people without your help" the White Old Man said

"But I am not helping Father, and his rule had been wise and fair" Logan said

"Yes Your Highness, Your father the King rule is wise and fair enough and that is why he was favored to be your father, but you can't rule with him" the White Old Man said
