Chapter Forty Four

Logan, Mac and Jazz as well get ready their Sword, Mira was shouting in pain as the snake head was trying to come out Mira body, the head finally come out and in a swift, the three cut the snake head and immediately the snake died off, Mira breath out hardly and she stop breathing,

"Now remove the knife" the High Priestess said

Jazz and Mac remove the knife and they are surprise as they remove a very long headless Cobra, there is a huge scar in Mira hands and hips, the snakes actually eat her body from the inside

"How is she?" Logan ask

"I don't know" the High Priestess said

Logan bend down beside Mira to feel her breath

"She is gone" he said

"What" Jazz and Mac scream in surprise

King Michael heard words of his son bringing a mysterious Lady to the High Priestess Palace, he and the Prime Minister head to the High Priestess palace to check out who the mysterious Lady is, both make it in and met Logan and his friend heads down in mourning

The Priestess in the Palace see His Majesty and they all bow to greet His Majesty, even the High Priestesses also bow in front of King Michael

"What happen here" King Michael ask

"I don't even know where to begin Your Majesty, but this Lady is attack by Dark Art and she just hive up the ghost" the High Priestess said

King Michael and the Prime Minister look at the mysterious Lady, but when The Prime Minister look at Mira, he was able to recognize her

"This is Mira" he said with sarcasm

"Father you knew her" Jazz said with a shock

The Prime Minister nod also nod his head, the same time the dead Mira sneeze and she open her eyes

Mira sneezed and open her eyes, she look around and can't even recognized where she is, she can see lot of people staring at her, but one thing is for sure, she was no longer in the cave, nor is she longer tied down, moreover she can’t find Queen Jezebel among the people looking at him

Logan see that Mira was confused, he wall towards Jazz who was also in daze from seeing Mira to be alive, he voice out

"Jazz you are up" he said pointing towards Mira

Jazz as well nod his head in agreement with Logan, he move closer to Mira and he hold her hands, he finally bend down

"Mira you are okay right now, you are in the safest place” Jazz said

Even though Mira was still confuse and in daze concerning his location, still he can still recognize some people, and hearing Jazz voice he recognize him, quickly she embrace Jazz like her whole life depend on it

"Jazz save me don't let her take me away again, she will kill me if she have me again" Mira said in panic

"You are saved now, His Highness Prince Logan save you and bring you to the safest place on Earth, he brought you to his Father Kingdom" Jazz said

It was then that Mira look around and see the people stating at her, she gradually begin to get her bearing back once again, she immediately recognize Logan and Mac among the crowd of people

"Logan, Mac" she call out

"In here he is a King Son, so be respectful or I will take back the life you just have" Mac said angrily

Mira was shock, she cower back in fear into Jazz embrace, she had always know Mac to be callous, but not to this extent

"Glad you back alive Mira" Logan said smiling

"And who are you?" King Michael finally

"Father she Is a feeble girl who need help, and I can only render it for her" Logan said

"What if she is a spy, how do you even came across her?" King Michael ask,

Logan can only shake his head in disagreement with his father, and he tell the story of how he met Mira, he let go the part about Princess Storm

"Your Highness, its good you help her and bring her here" the Prime Minister cut in

“Father how did you even know her?" Jazz ask still confuse

"That is not a question to ask here" the Prime Minister said to his son, he turn to King Michael “Your Majesty, that lady lying down there is the most intelligent and knowledgeable person I ever know, if we want to have breakthrough in the weapon collection, we will need her Intelligence" the Prime Minister said finally

King Michael heave, he turn to the High Priestess “Lizzy, how is she?" King Michael ask

"The Dark Art is remove from her body, I can only give her every other necessary treatment, thus I don't how long till recover, but I can assure you, she is out of danger the High Priestess said

King Michael nod his head “Alright Logan, I am against you going to Maga Kingdom at first, but now I am support, and if I must tell you, Men are prepared for battle, they are all under your command, when the time is right just ask and your men are all ready” King Michael said

Logan at first want to reject his father offer because of the White Old Man warning, but the same White Old Man appear to him in the same room, and he signal him to accept, quickly Logan bow in front of his father

“Thank you Father for trusting me with the whole of your Army” Logan said

“So you can gather every intelligence you might need for the war, you are going back to Maga Kingdom first thing tomorrow morning" King Michael said and turn to the Prime Minister “so come me fill in concerning that Lady" King Michael said finally

Without even waiting for any other thing, the duo leave the High Priestess Palace. Logan and Mac as well leave the place behind, Jazz alone stay behind to keep Mira company, the High Priestess servant park the snake knife away and burn it

King Michael and the Prime Minister got into the Grand Palace, they sit down and was discussing concerning Mira

“So Gaius tell me who that Lady is” King Michael begin

"Your Majesty, she is the daughter of King Moth" the Prime Minister said

"Same Moth of Finn Kingdom" King Michael said

"Yes exactly Your Majesty, King Mila conquer the Kingdom and kill the Royal house, he also subjugate the Kingdom to a state under him" The Prime Minister

"I guess she alone survived then" King Michael said

"It maybe so and if truly she is the one that I know, I guess we will have a breakthrough concerning the book Prince Logan found very soon" The Prime Minister said
