Chapter 49: Will I Ever Learn?

Hearing the door unlock and then watching as she walks out of the bathroom with tear-stained eyes and a firm frown on her face, I know that I will never be able to change what I did. The only problem is that I have no clue, why I did it in the first place. Does it really matter anyways? Now, the most important question is if she will ever forgive me.

Honestly, if I had seen Arabella get excited over another man and let him touch her the way Omega Kelly touched me, I seriously don’t think that I would ever be able to forgive her. Matter of fact, I probably would kill the man and then make sure she never did it again, because I can see both sides of this. So, with heavy heart, I follow her to the bed and quietly put my hand on her side after climbing in next to her.

At the moment, she is lying on her side with her eyes closed, so I scoot closer to her and snuggle. She is probably wishing that I leave her alone, but I can’t because there are so many things left unspoken and I need to get them out in the open. When she turns to me before I get the chance to ask, she asks softly with sorrow in her eyes, “Why? And how could you, I was right here?”

As she gazes at me with an intensity that is unnerving, I decide to become completely clean with her as I say, “I don’t know why. I was just standing here with you and then when I turned to ask her something, I saw her bent over the bed and a thought popped in my head. At first it was harmless or so I thought, until it blossomed into a full-blown fantasy, and I got an erection. When she was down with the bedding, she must have saw it and then she smiled at me before grabbing a hold and stroking it.” I pause to take a deep breath before continuing, “I immediately told her to stop, but really what I wanted was for her to keep going.”

I lower my head and then state, “Arabella, I don’t know what is going on, but I still am in love with you and always will be. Can you ever forgive me?”

When the room goes completely quiet, I know what the answer must be. Instead of making her leave the room, I take a few of my things and go downstairs to the couch in the study. I know full well that she needs to be alone to figure things out before ever telling me anything.

Frustrated with the whole thing, I shake my head and sigh before walking down the stairs to my study and trying to get comfortable on the oversized dark brown leather couch. It’s a good thing I brought a blanket with me, because without Arabella’s body next to mine, I start to feel the cold. Just as I am about to fall asleep, I hear it. A knock at the study door.

Did I just hear this and who would be up in such early morning hours? When I hear it again, I sit up and pull the blanket down, so I can figure out who it is. Hearing the knock one more time, I stand up and walk to the door before opening it up slowly.

When I peer out at a familiar face, I know this will be trouble. But for some reason I don’t care right now and I let her in so we can “Talk”. She wears a smirk on that face of hers and then says, “I see that she kicked you out of the bedroom. Do you mind if I come in and we can talk for a while? I can’t sleep and I figured that you would enjoy the company.” The smirk on her face grows bigger and bigger.

A flash runs through my mind of me bending her over the couch and filling her. I say that, because I don’t care for her at all and as far as I am concerned, she gets what she is asking for. After I follow closely behind her and watch as her ass sways from left to right, I feel the swelling in my pants and know that this is going to be a hell of a morning.
