I finally made it to the airport after a 2-hour drive and I just wanted to get to Argentina already so that I could see my love.

Alexander and I go way back. Like before the Earth back. He was the tall dark and handsome kid in our class and I was the mystery girl. The middle child between the moon goddess and my other sister. But we were both black sheep.

When I was born I was deemed the bad child, the evil sister. No one ever gave me a chance to be good. Alexander did. He gave me a chance to be myself and loved me for me. Him and I together were unbeatable. I sat down on the plane and leaned against the window. I hope he is as excited to see me as I am him.

Rhen, I would like to apologize for taking you away from your mate. You must understand Alexander is the most important thing in the world to me. He makes me better.

Look I know how it feels to be away from your mate. I was away from mine for nearly 3 centuries. This is a big reunion for me and I would appreciate it if you were a little more supportive.

I closed the link and pushed her back to her corner. One thing she wasn't going to do is ruin this moment for me. I leaned my head against the window on the plane and closed my eyes. I was going to see my love and nothing was going to ruin this moment for me.

I was walking out of the airport and stood outside and took in the beauty of Argentina. Alexander picked a beautiful place to start an empire. I heard many growls toward me from many of the rogues. I knew they weren't going to attack me they could smell I was a Lycan.

"Hey little miss thang, I think you got off of the wrong plane." This gross scruffy guy walked up to me. He was big but I have seen bigger. His eyes glowing red showing he was a rogue.

"Oh? Are you talking to me?" I said ignoring him waiting for a car to steal.

"Now little miss lady, that's no way to talk to a gentleman." He lifted his hand and grabbed a piece of my hair. I grabbed his hand and twisted his wrist breaking it. He fell to his knees in a groan.

"Look here you dirty piece of shit, you don't want to play with me. Do you know Alexander?" He started nodding as tears streamed down his face.

"You better be a good boy and behave because he is my mate. You touch me again and you will be speaking with him got it?" He started nodding and I let him go. "What kind of car do you drive?" I asked him.

"I drive a Mercedes." He said.

"Give me your keys." He pulled his keys out of his pocket and gave it to me.

"Pleasure doing business with you." I stood up and walked away from him and easily found the car.

The only thing I know about where Alexander is is that he is in the center of Argentina. Which is two hours away. Why did I have to pick someone who lived so far away? I started the car and started driving. I rolled the window down and started driving.

Afterwhile I started to houses instead of mountain ranges. I had many stares from rogues as I got closer to the main house. My heart started to beat faster and I was excited to Alexander after all these years.

He has no idea what I look like but he knows I'm here and he has been waiting for me. I pulled up to a giant mansion, I'm surprised that he was able to pull this all together. I pulled up the huge driveway and parked in front of the fountain. I got out of the car and walked to the door, there were guards there sizing me up.

"Don't worry boys. Alexander is expecting me." I took my sunglasses down so they could see my red eyes. They nodded and let me in. All you could hear was my boots clicking the marble floor. I threw the keys down onto the table by the door.

I heard talking at the top of the staircase, I saw two men and they stopped when they saw me.

"Um hi there. I am here to see Alexander is he here?" I asked them.

"Who are you?" They walked down the stairs and started walking toward me. They were big but I could kill them.

"Can you just tell Alexander he has a guest. Please." I crossed my arms getting annoyed at the fact that I couldn't see my mate.

"Not until you tell us who you are." The blonde one was feisty and getting on my nerves. Looks like I will just have to show them. I started walking toward them but then I heard a beautiful voice.

"Kenneth, Andrew? What is going on?" Alexander appeared at the top of the stairs.

He was 6'5 and had jet black hair the was slicked back. His jawline was the strongest I have seen, and his light green eyes made me melt. He had on black skinny jeans and a white button-up that was open. It was left open and his perfect chiseled 8 pack chest was left open for me to see.

"Hello, love. Long-time no see." I said to him as I walked past the two guys and stood at the bottom of the stairs. He stood before me and smiled at me.

"Well, well. Hello there beautiful. Kenneth and Andrew prepare my room. My mate is here." He smiled at me and his huge smile made my heart jump, it was perfect. They both walked away from us and back upstairs.

"Follow me. Let me show you around." He tried walking past me but I grabbed his arm.

"What no 'welcome home kiss' for me?" I took my shade off and I knew my power wouldn't affect him.

He grabbed me and pulled me toward him, his body consuming mine. His body heat was heating me and I felt the usual sparks overtake me. He started to lean in and I could smell his minty breath. He leaned forward and his lips were so close to mine. Then he stopped moving.

"I'm sorry love. Time on this earth has made me a gentleman. So before I indulge you again after all these centuries I am going to take you out on a date first." He gave me a peck on my nose and grabbed my hand.

"I was wondering when I was going to see you again, though you are in a younger body than I thought." He turned and smirked at me. We made it to the main room with many couches and tv.

"Yes, well Rhen is exactly what I needed in order to rule this world with you. My sister gave her my powers and because of that, I waited. Even though I wish I would have left earlier to be with you." We sat down on the couch and I just looked at him.

"What happened? Why did you leave me? I waited for you. For days and you never showed." I said to him. I looked away and I could feel my eyes start to water. He sighed and let go of my hand.

"This story is long overdue. I knew you had a love for Alaric and he made sure I knew it. But when you told me that you choose me I was so excited that day. But he told me that you told him the same thing. My heart broke. I shouldn't have believed him, he was always trying to ruin our relationship." He stopped talking and leaned in front of my face.

"But I have thought about you every day. I hated myself for my whole time on earth when I left you there. So when I found out you escaped I knew I had to show you how sorry I was." He stood up and grabbed my hands and led me up the stairs.

"This mansion, this city, this entire country I did for you. I know how you felt with your sisters and you were always overlooked, I wanted you to have your own piece of the world to rule." He pulled me close to him and a couple of tears fell down my eyes.

I didn't care that he was a gentleman now. I grabbed him and smashed my lips into his. Electricity invaded my entire body. It has been centuries since the last time I was with him and he wasn't going to make me wait any longer. He put his hands on my hips and pulled me impossibly closer. This is what makes it all worth it. He pulled away for air and we stayed there panting.

"We are going to rule the world."
