“I don’t understand why you are hiding from him, Fertine. There is a big chance that he is still in love with you. I mean you are something back in highschool and I’m sure there is still something left from that.” She said.
“You are not sure! Did you see him? He is so fucking handsome! There are a lot of girls throwing themselves at him. And did you know that he is a freaking doctor?!”,
“He is?”
“Yes he is! And what if we run again to one another? Then he said something that might trigger me? What if staring at him for too long will trigger me? What is going to happen Freeda?” I was muffled.
“Shhh… it is okay. Stop thinking about it. That might even trigger you. What about I tell you a story huh?”
“Another story?” I asked as we got out of the elevator.
We went to my office once again. I should have left my office in the first place, especially that he is just around.
And what about Nona? Where is my little girl?
“I should call Mom for Nona—” she vutme off from speaking.
“Shhh… I told another story. Lay down, that is not a request for Fertine.”
“Yes, well Hades told me that this will really help you. So I tried to read before and now it has become a habit. I can memorize a story real fast and tell it in a minute. I read so much Fertine.”
“Did you do that for me or did you do it for Hades?” I asked her.

I shook my head and lay it to rest behind my office chair.
