However, 011 Aviation Base also has disadvantages, that is, it is located on a plateau with an altitude of about 1,400 meters, and in terms of transportation, it is not as convenient as other places.

There are also advantages, that is, it is backed by Panshan Group, has sufficient financial resources, can mobilize a large amount of manpower, material resources, and financial resources, and at the same time, it is deep in the hinterland of southwest China, and the security is the highest.
