Who is Haider?

Gulaab POV

I looked around at the breathtaking sight in front of me. There was a huge garden full of flowers, trees, and fruits. To my every sight there were flower beds with almost every kind of flowers. I was really amazed and it lifted my mood up in a fraction of moments.

"It's beautiful" I breathed.

Walking forward, looking at each beautiful flower My sight fell on Red roses. They were big and almost uncountable.

It reminded me of my Brother. My eyes suddenly filled with water as I remembered the moments I spent with him. The whole moment flashes in front of my eyes as I was feeling it alive. A tear of happiness fell from my eyes and he caught my attention all of sudden.

"Are you alright?"

Washing my tear away, I said.

"Yeah... just missing someone very special"

He nodded looking at me and said.

"Come, I will show you something more beautiful."

I thinned my eyebrows wondering what could be more beautiful than this. He signaled me to walk along with him and I silently followed.

The Garden was huge and it had slight mountains and the most beautiful thing there was a waterfall. My sight falls on it accidently.

"Oh, My God!" I screamed at the top of my lungs and turned my heels all of sudden.

I could see it from a distance and to look at it closely, I ran almost. The noise of my anklets filled the environment and I laughed nonsense.

I ran towards it and stopped suddenly.

My heartbeat raced and I felt goosebumps when the chilled air hit my face. The droplets of cold water were touching my skin with the sound of water. It was breathtaking. The water was falling from a great height and in the huge pond. Behind that, there was sun setting and I could feel the rays falling on my face.

I couldn't even describe what I was feeling looking at there.

A huge smile appeared on my face and suddenly he caught my attention.

"You liked it?"

I almost jumped in excitement and nodded.

"I love it... It's beautiful. Can I take a bath in it someday?" I asked.

"Of course, But, not today." He said.

"This is so heavenly. I would love to stay here for whole my life" I committed.

"Seriously?" He asked making a strange face and I chuckled.

"Come, I will show you something beautiful," He asked and I nodded.

He guided me to the other way and there my sight fell on a hut-like thing.

"Whats this?" I asked looking at him.

"This is Grape Hut," He said.

It was looking as if that huge hut was recently made with fresh leaves.

I walked closer to it and he opened the gate of it for me.

"Wow" I was so freakin amazed looking at it.

The whole hut was huge and it was made of leaves. And I was shocked once I entered it.

"There were uncountable grapes hanging to the roof inside. They were fresh and alive.

"Who made this?" I asked in amusement.

"This is real grapes," He said.

"What?" I asked.

"Yes, These are grapes Arbore tied with the frame of the hut made of iron Net. The plats grew taking the help of the iron net and it seems like a hut made of grapes Arbore." He said smiling at me.

I walked around and there were grapes and grapes only.

"Wow, whoever thought it is a brilliant person. I would surely like to appraise him for this." I said meaning each word.

I looked at the sultan who walked to come in front of me and I looked at him questioningly.

"You can appraise me," he said.

"No way" I chuckled.

He smiled.

"I don't believe you. You just can't make it." I said not believing it.

"You know nothing about me yet," He said making a serious face.

I smiled and said. "I know a lot of things about you"

"Seriously? What you know about me?" He asked.

We started walking back to our chamber while I answer.

"You are elder than me." He laughed and asked.

"And?"

"You like poetry and you are really good at it," I said and he smiled.

"And?"

"You don't like Roses"

"True, And?" He asked.

"And, you are the most committed and loyal Husband," I said in a slightly serious tone and he just smiled looking at me.

We went back to my chamber and then he helped me to apply coconut oil again on my skin. I tried to keep myself not getting attracted to him as it was making me grow feeling for him. That was slightly wrong for me. I already had someone in my heart and thinking about someone else would make my love stigmatic.

He also tried to make his distance. The few days after that spent like that. He helped me always in everything and my mindset about him changed a lot. What I learned about him that he was a careful and responsible person. I always saw him fulfilling his duties whether it was about me, Zeenat Begum, his stepmother, or his sister. And the little that I realize was he was quite a secretive one.

Like, whatever the time I spent with him made me realize as if he does smile but he was not happy inside. I felt as he had something else in his heart. He seems like he always tried to keep himself busy at work because maybe he was alone just like I used to be.

Everyone says that he talks a lot with Zeenat Begum but I have never seen him talking about her with me. He was talkative when someone approaches him to talk, rather he was kind of silent one.

We had spent almost a week in my chamber and he tried to maintain his distance. Although there were few instances when we came closer I tried my best to control myself or best to say was didn't come between him and Zeenat Begum.

I heard what he said to Zeenat Begum.

He said that he would never make babies with me. Zeenat Begum seems uncomfortable with him serving me and it was wrong too. He should help her rather than me because she was the one pregnant with his baby. She might be fighting with her as I saw her angry face when I woke up that's why I decided to throw him away from me. I asked him to leave my chamber and it was the best to do to.

I was feeling way better now and my marks of burns healed too fast too.

He was sleeping on the couch as it was early morning. He didn't sleep with me on the same bed since that day and I didn't mind it at all. We can't force anyone to do anything and I think he was the one with a good heart to be loyal to his wife.

I stepped down from the bed and walked towards him as he was sleeping soundly. His face was calm and peaceful to look for. His eyes closed and I noticed how long and thick his lashes were. His hairs growing slightly longer than before. His slight beard getting dark and his lips. I remembered how he bit mine and my butterflies erupted in my stomach suddenly.

His face was slightly falling from the pillow and I thought to straighten it a little. I forwarded my fingers to straighten his head but just then my finger touched his cheek. He held my hand suddenly and pulled me on the couch, hovering over me. I got frightened to the core. He was holding a sharp knife on my neck.

My voice hung in my throat and I couldn't understand what happened in just a fraction of moments.

"Aap hai"

"You," He said and kept the knife aside.

My heartbeat raced to no extent and I said.

"You could have killed me," I said.

"Of course," He said and diverted his gaze back to me.

My gaze fixed on his eyes somehow. Dark black eyes that slightly focused the locks of my hair.

Before I could ask him to move, he turned himself suddenly, keeping me close to him. His arm snaking my waist and I felt his fingers touching the strands of my loose hairs. My hairs were falling on the couch through my back and he slightly locked the strands behind my ear.

"You got beautiful hair"

He said without even looking at me and I remembered how he reacted when he saw my hip-length hairs for the first time. He was more than shocked and amazed by looking at them.

"You like long hairs?" I asked slowly and then he did something that sent sparks to all my nerves and my heart stopped beating.

He entangled his huge long fingers in my hairs and fisted slightly. He slowly made the fist of his hand and I felt a slight pain in my head. My mouth hung open and I breathed looking at me. His gaze diverted from my hair to my face.

I could feel that something was about to happen. His face changed slightly and I could see him getting flattered looking at me. I lowered my gaze trying not to attract him more. He understood my slight discomfort and left my hair.

I looked back at his face and said.

"Hope -"

He was about to say something but suddenly a knock on the door was made.

I quickly stood up from and there and adjusted my clothes as he announced.

"Come in"

Nagma Opened the door and Sultan straightened himself.

Nagma was out of breathing as she tried to say.

"Sultan... Sultan, Zeenat... Zeenat Begum is laboring." She finished and I quickly tied my hairs in a huge bun and settled my dupatta quickly.

Sultan was quicker than me as he stood up and almost ran from there. I was running behind him and we both reached Zeenat's begun Chamber.

I Could hear the cries of Zeenat begum as I was walking towards her chamber. My heartbeat was racing as the sound of her voice was increasing with my each step closer to her chamber.

I feel frightened and I entered her chamber. Sultan also stopped from a distance from the bed. The bed was covered with curtains and he was moving from here and there. He looked at me with impatience and it just shivered me to the core.

I didn't know but I never faced anything like this. Her cried filled the whole chamber and I felt goosebumps. I was silently praying for her wellbeing.

Sultan was silent and then suddenly the cries of a baby filled the whole chamber. A tear fell from my eyes as I laughed a little feeling happy.

"It's a Boy... Sultan" An old came running to the sultan and Sultan removed all of his rings except the one and gave to her.

"Oh Lord, May God bless him with long life," Sultan said and I could see tears in his eyes.

"Ameen!"

Everyone said in a single line and then the curtains were parted and I walked to Zeenat begum. I was looking at her from a distance. Her face was tired, her hairs messed, her tears weren't stopping and then Sultan sat beside her holding her hand.

"Congratulations Zeenat!" Sultan said and kissed the backside of her hand.

"Everyone, let the Begum rest for some time," The head physician said and everyone left the chamber.

Zeenat Begum was still crying as she holds her baby in her arms. Her crying became louder and I could see the sultan patting her shoulder.

She hugged her child and kissing her here and there.

"Calm down, Zeenat!" Sultan said.

She didn't stop crying and suddenly she screamed almost.

"Haider!!!!!"
