The next couple of days flew by in a blur. All we did was go over the plan and train. But what was more important right now, was our performance in Max's club which was today. We had discussed all the details thoroughly and how we were going to do everything but we had to steer the conversation in a certificate way and I had to maintain my temper even when he talked smack about Ava, it's going to be a hell of a day.

"Please be safe." Ava helped me put on my suit jacket.

"Of course." I pecked her lips. "Stop worrying so much, Lyubov. Our men have the entire place covered."

"I can not worry about you." Stress lines marred her forehead. While the last two days had been very busy for me, they were extremely stressful for her.

I massaged the lines off her forehead. "Then trust me to keep myself safe, so that I can come back to you."

"I do trust you." She kissed me again.

"Good girl," I murmured and then trailed kisses down her neck to my mark, making her gasp. "I'm sorry I forgot to get you a Christmas gift."

"It's okay, Nik. I understand that you have been very busy. All of us have been," ever the understanding Ava said.

"I promise I will make it up to you," I promised and then there was a knock on the door.

"I need to go." I kissed her again.

She nodded and held my hand as we walked out. Dimitri was standing with a serious expression. "It's time, Nikolai."

I gave him a sharp nod and we made our way downstairs. Everyone had gathered in the foyer. The atmosphere was tense. We all knew the importance of today. If things did not go as we planned, all the planning, everything will be useless.

We all said our goodbyes and then Natalia, Mikhail, and I left.

"Max just messaged me. Emilio is there." Natalia broke the silence after we were halfway there.

"Are you nervous?" Mikhail asked her.

"A little. But Max said that being a little nervous is good. It will keep me in check and the whole thing will be more believable." Nat answered.

The rest of the car ride was silent and our thoughts were loud.

Mikhail pulled in the gates of Max's club- Club Ekstaz. It meant ecstasy in English.

It was my first time here and I was proud of my brother. The club was huge, bigger, and grander than the packhouse. It had a huge statue of Aphrodite— goddess of pleasure in front of the massive mansion and I could make out that there was a huge garden behind it. Mikhail curved the car around the statue and stopped it in front of the entrance. He was going to stay in the car so my 'run away exit' could be more believable. Natalia and I got out of the car and entered the club.

A guard accompanied us and led us to 'The Upper Floor'.

He took our coats and another guard opened the double doors for us. The smell of alcohol, sex, and blood along with the sounds of moans, grunts, screams, and cries hit my senses. But I had been ready for it.

We made our way further in and I looked towards the area Max was going to sit at. Harsh laughter that I did not recognize erupted out of Max. And then suddenly he jumped off the big U- shaped couch. We started walking towards him again and Max's head snapped towards us and a wide maniacal grin etched his face. He zipped towards us and captured Nat in his arms and kissed her.

I could feel everyone's attention on them. Max sure knew how to make a scene. And he was only kissing her, which was much more chaste than what the others were doing.

While we kissed, I extended my fangs and made a small cut on her lower lip, drawing blood.

The smell of her aphrodisiac blood hit my nose and my grin widened. Nat's eyes met mine and twinkled. I could already smell her arousal. Hot damn. I covered her lips against and sucked in her blood a little before stepping back, 'how was the trip here?'

'I missed you.' She mind- linked.

'Me too. I couldn't sleep last night.' I admitted softly before I got in character again. It wasn't too hard. I just had to bring forward the infamous 'Maximilian Romanoff' who only cared about blood and sex and killing those who offended him. It had been a while since I had turned clean but it wasn't too hard to slip into my old ways. I had been that person for six long years after all, and this time, I had Talia with me. That made it so much better.

I tore her top, bra, shorts, and then panties. The only thing she now wore was her heels. And then I grinned at her, "the clothes were too restricting, weren't they, pet?"

"Yes, Master. Thank you for removing them, Master." She replied.

I hummed and then turned around and walked back to our section, Nikolai following us. Emilio was already looking at us with incredulous eyes. He thought I had betrayed him. Well, not yet fucker.

"Emilio, meet my beloved Talia, and her pack's pussy Alpha— Nikolai Volkov." I introduced.

Kol growled in warning.

I rolled my eyes. "You don't even trust anyone to keep Talia safe for a three-hour journey. You had to come all the way here to drop her off yourself, and if that isn't a pussy Alpha, I don't know what is." I drawled before I looked at Emilio and snickered like it was our joke.

His expression eased a little and he joined my laugh, believing that I wasn't a fan of Nikolai.

"Or it can be the fact that you might attack my pack even if she reaches a minute late." Nikolai hissed, "if that isn't a psycho mate, I don't know what is."

I waved him away and took a seat beside Emilio and picked up the leash on the couch. Talia automatically got on all fours and crawled to me before kneeling between my legs.

I smiled at her and hooked the leash to her collar and then she sat back on her heels before placing her hand on her thighs.

"It seems like you've trained her well, Romanoff," Emilio commented.

Nikolai, who was now seated on the couch across from us snorted.

I gave a glare before I turned to Emilio and smiled, "she wasn't always this well behaved. She was quite a rebellious brat when I met her last year. I worked hard to break her," I trailed a finger down Talia's cheek and she instinctively leaned towards my touch and my smile widened, "can't say I didn't have my fun though." If I told him that I had met Talia only a couple of weeks ago, he wouldn't have believed our act. And this kind of training takes months. And the kind of tuning between a Master and slave that we wanted to sell took a lot of understanding that can't come in a mere few weeks. And Talia and I have worked hard to achieve it.

Emilio chuckled, "the rebellious ones are the best kind. Because then, we get to break 'em." And then his eyes slyly slid to Nikolai who now had a drink in his hand, "in fact, I had a full-time slave who was quite rebellious too," Nikolai's hold on his glass tightened when he realized he was talking about Avalyn. "I thought I had broken her. And then she got boring so I let her go. But now, it seems like there might still be some breaking left to do." His words pissed me off too.

But I simply smirked, "so do you plan to finish the task?"

Nikolai growled, "I will slice your throat right here if you even utter a single word about her ever again." He looked pissed enough to go through with that.

I snickered, "this is gold. Your last slave is now his mate?" I asked Emilio and he happily grinned, "yes."

"Why did you let her go then?"

"Bad judgment my part. I didn't know she was his mate."

"Your entire life is a bad judgment, you pencil dick." Kol snapped.

Emilio growled before he did a one-eighty and he turned to me with an unruly laugh, "you know what? A slave might have been too good of a word for her, Romanoff, she was the dirt beneath—"  Nikolai had Emilio's throat in his hold before I could blink and had thrown a punch at his jaw.

What the fuck! This asshole is going to blow off everything.

Talia slipped to the side before I stood up and pushed Nikolai off Emilio.

His furious eyes met mine.

"Sit your fucking ass down." I punched his jaw, making him stumble back. The furious haze in his eyes cleared. Thank god. He needs to get it together. "You don't come to by club uninvited and you do not touch my friend." I snarled.

The bodyguard's guards came but I waved them away.

Nikolai straightened his jacket and scowled before taking his seat again.

"Are you okay?" I asked Emilio as he wiped the blood off his lip. Nikolai had split his lip. I could barely contain my smile.

"Fine," Emilio grunted in reply but looked pissed off. He grabbed his slave that was kneeling by his side and whipped out his dick before shoving it down her throat.

"Yes, show dominance on weak humans," Nikolai riled up Emilio, "that's all you can do."

"What are you going to do about it, huh?" Emilio hissed as he grabbed the slave's hair and made her choke on his dick. "You can do absolutely nothing. Which is exactly what you did while I fucked Avalyn for eight years."

Bile rose in my throat but I saw red in Nikolai's eyes and for a second I thought he would kill him. I would love nothing more, but we had a plan. I need to intervene.

"Touch my friend again and I will throw you out of my club," I threatened, "I can't have you ruining the name of my club. And then I will come for you. I don't care you are my beloved's pack's Alpha."

"You do that and see exactly just how far you can come before I have your head. And then I will kick her out of my pack." He glared at Natalia and she shrank back. "She will go rogue, again, and lose her sanity, again. She is turning more of a liability to keep around anyway."

I snarled but kept quiet.

Things were going gowellNow I could say that I'm mad enough to go after him because he challenged me.

Suddenly, Emilio growled and shoved the slave sucking him away, "bitch doesn't even know how to give fucking head."

And then he extended his hand to touch Talia who was kneeling between my legs again.

I caught his hand before he could do that. My fangs hurt as they slid out and I knew my eyes were red in anger, "no one touches my slave," a hiss rumbled out of my chest, "no one."

He chuckled and retracted his hand, massaging it with his other hand, "damn, you've got a grip on you."

My glare intensified. He needed to know his boundaries. This could not happen again.

His eyes lowered slightly, "I apologize. I didn't know you would care."

"Not everyone is like you, Beta." Nikolai drawled. "Not everyone likes sharing slaves and risk catching STDs."

Emilio's face turned red but he didn't reply to that and turned to me, "I envy you, Max. I also wish for a perfect mate like yours. Does she let you do whatever you wish to her?"

I chuckled rumbustiously, "let? She doesn't have the option of 'letting', I have absolute control. I do anything I want. And she has no say in it."

That caused Emilio's eyes to widen. I could practically feel him salivating. His eyes slid to Talia, whose eyes were lowered, and he leered at her.

Now, it was her turn to shine.

"I see you've found my beloved quite interesting." I leaned forward and tucked Talia's hair behind her ear to reveal her beautiful face entirely.

He leaned forward eagerly too, "yes, she is quite the beauty. You don't mind me looking at her though, do you?" He looked a little worried as he asked me. Good. Fear me, asshole.

"Nope. Look all you want but don't touch. I like it when people see what they like and want it, but know that they can never get it. Because it belongs to me. And you belong to me, don't you, pet?" I trailed a finger down the side of her face.

"Yes, Master." She replied and then I started moving my finger towards her mouth. And just as I had taught her, her mouth opened and she brought her tongue out. I inserted my finger in her mouth and her lips closed around it and she began sucking me.

Smirking conspiringly, I said, "want to see a little show?"

Turned my palm up and raised my hand a little, at which Talia stood up gracefully. I rotated my finger and she turned around, showing us her backside.

Emilio was practically salivating.

"You've gotten such a perfect mate, Max." Emilio licked his grimy little lips.

'Done.' Talia replied.

"I know, right?" I smirked and then pulled my fist out of Talia. "This was the first time I've done this. And she's taken it like a doll." This might be the hundredth time I've done it.

She screamed again. Damn, my girl has gotten a set of lungs on her. Normally, it wouldn't have been more than a little grunt, but we had to make it look like she didn't like pain and sell it to him too.

"Yes. An absolute doll." Emilio agreed with me.

I tapped her back and her thighs and she stood up straight again.

"You both are sick bastards!" Nikolai hissed.

"At least I agree I am a sadist." I scoff. "I've seen how that mate of yours does your bidding. Are you saying you haven't punished her even once just because you wanted to hit her?"

"Unlike you sick people, I respect my mate." Kol gritted.

"You should thank me. I was the one who trained her after all." Emilio grinned happily.

"I will thank you by fucking killing you, Emilio," Nikolai growled. Perfect! This was going perfectly.

"You can't even touch a strand of my hair, rogue." Emilio sneered.

"I can hurt you without even lifting my finger." Nikolai snarled and then his canines extended and his eyes turned black as he brought his wolf forward.

"Talia," he commanded, "shift. Kill Emilio."

The next second, Talia's fur erupted out of her skin and she shifted into her wolf. She turned around and pounced on a shocked Emilio.

When she got a good swipe across his neck, I grabbed her fur and yanked her back.

She thrashed in my hold as if the Alpha command had taken over her and she had to complete the task.

Emilio was bleeding badly as he clutched his neck and looked at Nikolai in horror. Talia had got him good. His shirt and suit jacket was torn and I could see the marks she left on him. He was losing so much blood that he swayed a bit before he fell back on the couch. Due to Talia's impeccable precision, it was deep enough to weaken him but not deep enough to kill him. And now, the chip that she had removed from her heels and was holding in her hand was in his body. We could track him and listen to everything he said and did.

"Now that," he pointed at a still thrashing Talia in my hold, "is called the Alpha command. Something you will never be able to do, Beta. Your blood is simply not strong enough," Nikolai growled and then turned to Talia, "stop. Shift."

Talia stopped struggling and shifted to her skin. It was time for the final blow now.

"How dare you hurt my friend? And that too on my land!" I began advancing towards him, acting like I was going to kill him. He brought his hand up and I stopped.

"You wanted your mate to be in pain, didn't you? I'll give her real pain," Kol hissed. "I, Nikolai Volkov, Alpha of the Rogue Pack, King of Mozog, reject Talia Romanoff as a member of my pack."

And then a scream erupted out of Talia and I caught her before she fell on the floor. I cradled her body as she cried and crumpled in my arms in fake pain.

Now, we had carefully placed the details in this rejection. I called Natalia-Talia. And Emilio thought that was her name. Fortunately, due to the shortage of time, we had never gotten around to changing her last name from Volkov to Romanoff. And this was the information that Emilio didn't know. It was minor details, sure, but it allowed us to pull this off.

"Now that I have cut all ties with you," Nikolai hissed, "I am leaving. And there is no way I'll ever take her back in my pack. She isn't worth the trouble. She isn't worth me having to deal with you. Consider this a small warning. If you come after me, this will look like a child's play." And then he turned towards Emilio, who was looking at Nikolai in anger, "I would kill you right now for everything you have said about my mate but there is no honor in killing a man who is already down. You had her for eight years, didn't you? I'm coming for you in eight days. Heal up and get ready for war, Gonzalez. I'm coming for you and your pack. Nothing and nobody will be able to save you."

His voice reverberated in the entire Upper Floor. Even above Talia's impressive cries.

And then he turned around and walked away.

I shook my head, acting as if I had just snapped out of it, and screamed, "guards! After him!"

"I'm going to kill that bastard!" Emilio growled and I controlled my grin.

We've got him. Now, I need to have another meeting with him to set up the plan, and then his death is going to be a done deal.
