Midnight Cravings
The sound of movement on the bed mixed with a long sigh. Their bodies were covered in profuse sweat. Love has been done many times, but it feels like they are never satisfied to have each other.
"Slow down." Lunar said in a low voice.
Like it or not, Arkan had to slow down his movements. He was already burning with desire and unknowingly did more in his wife's pregnancy. Even though the intensity was low, but he continued to groan.
"I'm thinking seafood right now." Lunar said with a blushing face and muffled screams.
Immediately the noise in the room stopped. Arkan inched to the side until he lay down. Earlier he had felt an extraordinary passion for their romance, but Lunar's words made him feel as if he had been showered with cold water that night.
Arkan glanced at the clock on the wall and took a deep breath. "It's past midnight. Where will I find seafood?"
Lunar choke. "I want it now."
Seeing his wife's expression like that made Arkan unable to refuse the request, so he went to look for the whereabouts of the seafood she wanted. He didn't go alone because Secretary Ham also went with him.
Secretary Ham couldn't help but yawn. To be honest, he was pretty sleepy at this ridiculous hour of meeting someone.
"Sir Arkan, what are we hanging around at this hour for?" Secretary Ham was still nodding his head as he asked.
"Lunar wants seafood and I have to get it tonight."
Secretary Ham's reaction was too late as he managed to digest what he had heard. The drowsiness was instantly eliminated completely. "Sea—food?! Where are we going to find seafood at three o'clock?"
Arkan knows very well that his wife has cravings at the most inopportune times. He had also been in the wrong for keeping Lunar awake until this hour. Supposedly, they rest earlier so things like past midnight cravings don't happen.
Not only once did Lunar have cravings and he was looking for the right time to approach his wife. Not past midnight, as it would be difficult to find Lunar wishes.
"Use your phone to find a restaurant or whatever that's open twenty-four hours."
Secretary Ham exhaled in exasperation. He took out his cell phone to find what they needed at this time. Not many places are open 24 hours. Even if there is, they also don't know whether the place sells seafood or not.
They arrived in front of a small restaurant. Unfortunately there is no seafood processed food there. So, they searched endlessly until the dark sky slowly became light.
After experiencing a long struggle, they arrived at a small restaurant on the outskirts of town. Only place is their only hope, even then it didn't know whether Lunar liked the plain food he was going to buy.
Initially the owner of the place was hesitant to open his restaurant at too early an hour. However, Arkan's persistence touched his heart. The owner of the place specially makes seafood dishes for men who want to fulfill their wife's cravings.
After the food was made, the owner of the place topped it off with two bottles of drinks. From the corner of his eye two of his customers were tired enough to stay awake. Especially after hearing the story of one of them who said that he had been looking for seafood since three o'clock.
They thanked the owner of the place, then immediately went to the apartment. Due to the rush, Secretary Ham had to sleep in the car. Meanwhile Arkan went up to the floor of his apartment to give what he had brought so hard.
In fact, after trying his best, Lunar no longer opened her eyes. The woman was fast asleep with only the thin t-shirt he was wearing earlier.
Arkan pulled the blanket, then covered his wife's body to be warm. He also kissed Lunar's forehead, then went downstairs carrying the food he bought. What happened wasn't what he expected, but he enjoyed the incident where their baby played with him past midnight.

Lunar wakes up from her sleep alone in bed. She was looking for the whereabouts of Arkan, who according to her had not come home since last night. None in the bathroom, none in the locker room. Before going downstairs, she put on underwear first and also a jacket to cover the body that was hiding behind a thin shirt.
Just about to go down the stairs, she was able to breathe a sigh of relief. Arkan sat on the sofa with his head tilted back. She came closer and it looked like Arkan was fast asleep. Even after she kissed him on the forehead, her husband still closed his eyes.
Lunar noticed the food that was still neatly wrapped on the table. She looked at the contents of the package and her smile widened. It was what she wanted.
Arkan noticed the movement apparently. He immediately opened his eyes and saw his wife was beside him.
"I managed to get it," said Arkan while pointing at the table.
"I've seen it. Thank you so much for looking it up for me."
Arkan frowned, confused by her lackluster attitude. In fact, he had managed to get what his wife wanted. Lunar should be happy, but only a slight smile appeared on the woman's lips.
"Then why don't you eat it?"
"I... will eat a little."
"What do you mean a little? I even bought two servings for you to fill our baby."
"Forgive me."
"Why are you apologizing?"
A husband's level of frustration is getting higher and higher when he sees Lunar's unpredictable attitude.
"I don't want it anymore."
Arkan tried to smile in the bitterness of life. "Okay. You don't have to eat it."
"Instead, I want seaweed."
Arkan's patience was running out, Lunar asked to buy what nonsense. He pressed their foreheads together and looked into his wife's eyes deeply. There are various kinds of feelings turbulent in Arkan's heart at this time.
"You know that I love you so much and would do anything to please you?"
Lunar nodded her head slowly. She knew that her husband was upset right now, but she couldn't stop herself from saying what she wanted. Maybe, this is the effect of pregnancy that makes her continue to crave strange things.
Arkan rose from his seat, then said aloud full of misery. "Ok! Fine! I'll go get it for you now."
Wash his face first so that the search later is not sleepy and more excited. Coming out of the bathroom, he smiled at the woman who was still sitting in the same spot.
"Seaweed, right?"
A head nod made Arkan rush away, but after just a few steps he was stopped by Lunar's voice calling his name. He turned his head to Lunar while guessing what he was about to hear.
"Don't tell me you don't want it anymore."
Lunar shook her head, then said, "Dark red seaweed."
Arkan tugged at his hair while growling in annoyance, but he still managed to smile. "All right, my dear wife."
Inside he thought, where to find dark red seaweed?
“You are indeed something, Lunar.” He muttered.
