Wedding Night
For the second time, Lunar wore a white wedding dress. Compared to her wedding dress when she was with Nico, the dress now is more closed. If she runs away in the dress she's wearing now, it will be difficult because she can't walk fast, she just has to be careful so she doesn't fall.
Lunar accepted the offer of a waiting hand upon arriving near the groom. She was brought before the priest with great care. Until in front of witnesses they could stand firmly side by side. Only then did Lunar's hand escape from the grip that was so gentle.
Lunar thought that the man she was going to marry was both ignorant and arrogant, but there was a caring side to her that she could see today. Like just now, Arkan waited patiently for her slow motion.
Maybe ... the assumption is wrong. She had almost forgotten that their marriage was meant to trick everyone. Of course Arkan will act like that for the sake of her image in public.
The wedding vows had been made in front of witnesses. Cheers of joy immediately sounded boisterous in the open room. They're married, they're really married. It seems that all managed to trick well.
Suddenly Lunar's shoulder was turned so it could face Arkan. She stared as his face came closer to hers. Couldn't say anything because their distance was very close, moreover her waist was also embraced and brought close to Arkan's body. They kiss.
“Stay like this for the next ten seconds.”
Fake kiss. They just made a close distance and made their lips seem to touch each other. In fact there was no kissing at their wedding. Even so, she could feel Arkan's breath gently tickling his lips. What's with her heart beating so fast?
Ten seconds passed and they were far away again. She only saw how Arkan smiled after the fake kiss to her as if she was drifting in the feelings they had mixed earlier, moreover their hands never let go. Fake.
After the event was over they returned home with Lunar, who was in the same car as Arkan. During the trip, they were silent and busy with their own thoughts. Until the car arrived at their destination, they got off and headed into the apartment building.
Lunar furrowed her brows, so surprised why they hadn't parted yet. Now Arkan also entered the same apartment with her. It made her tongue itch for an answer as soon as possible.
"Are you staying the night today?"
Arkan threw his body on the sofa, tired of the pretense he lived earlier at the wedding venue. He took off his tie saying, “Of course not. I'll stay here until Secretary Ham comes back and says that things are under control outside."
"Then do you want me to make you a drink while waiting for Secretary Ham to arrive?"
“You don't need to bother. I will take it myself. Just do what you want to do. Pretend I'm not here." Arkan said.
Lunar pursed her lips. Just getting the drinks there shouldn't be anything wrong. She also lifted her dress so she could walk, but it seemed like it would be difficult to climb the stairs. Earlier she had been assisted by Secretary Ham as she walked into the building, now there was no one she could ask for help except the man who sat with his head tilted back and his eyes closed on the couch.
“Could you help me up the stairs? I can't walk freely in this dress."
Arkan who no longer closed his eyes saw the wedding dress she was wearing, made him take a deep breath. No one could help Lunar unless he was there. Like it or not, he had to get up and approach a woman who was having a hard time right now.
Arkan lifted Lunar's body lazily and suddenly a scream was heard. Lunar who was being carried suddenly made her arms wrap around Arkan's neck so she wouldn't fall.
“W-why are you carrying me? Just help me walk like Secretary Ham earlier, help me take care of this long wedding dress."
"I don't have much time to support you like before."
Lunar frowned, digesting what she heard just now. Don't have much time? Arkan has plenty of time until Secretary Ham arrives. The man was clearly just talking perfunctorily.
Lunar who was still deep in her own thoughts was suddenly shocked when her body was thrown on the bed.
"What are you doing?!"
"I already helped you, no thanks needed."
After that, Lunar just watched how Arkan left in front of her. Getting rid of Arkan's weird attitude, she slowly got off the bed. Her wedding gown was unbuttoned so she could enter the bathroom without difficulty. In the bathroom she washed herself with warm water, her muscles as if they were getting the VIP massage she really needed at that moment.

Arkan glanced at his watch and cell phone alternately. No word from Secretary Ham indicated that it was not yet time for him to return home. Apart from that, he had also received no news from Raya since they last met. Maybe, her lover was crying over the marriage and it made her very sad. How much he wanted to meet Raya, then calm the woman down.
The thoughts were broken when Lunar crossed in front of him. Arkan turned his gaze in another direction quickly. "How can you dress like that when a man is still in this house?!"
Lunar want to took a drink in the kitchen slightly slowed down her movement. She noticed the current appearance that was wearing a nightgown, more specifically a nightgown. So, what's wrong with that? She has also combined it with outerwear so that what she wears is not too revealing.
"Don't come here!" Arkan shouted, trying to get rid of the sight in front of him with his hands.
"You bought these clothes for me. I only used what you gave me."
Arkan glanced at Lunar who gulped down the contents of the glass before turning his attention back. "Did you get the nightgown out of the suitcase?"
Lunar nodded her head while muttering. She remembered that night, Arkan had said that she could wear the clothes in the suitcase. At first, she didn't expect that she would be bought a nightgown, but remembering the suitcase in the trunk of the car made her think that Arkan was a maniac for women's underwear.
Maybe Arkan is numb about choosing the right clothes for a woman. She hoped that Raya would not experience the same thing because Arkan might be considered a pervert. Luckily, their relationship was only as strangers so it wasn't a big problem for her to know the true nature of an Arkan.
“I never bought you...”
Arkan remembered the night he came home after accompanying his father's important business client. That night was the time when he would accompany Lunar to move into an apartment. He's late. Fortunately, Lunar was still awake when he got home.
Earlier on the way home, Secretary Ham reminded about clothes for Lunar. At that time they also looked for clothing stores, but unfortunately only a few stores were still open. He who did not understand women's clothing left all matters to the secretary. After that, she didn't check what clothes were bought, never thought that Secretary Ham would put a nightgown in the suitcase.
Why did Secretary Ham buy Lunar a nightgown? Did Secretary Ham think anything bad about Lunar?
Why is he so worried about that? And why had it not occurred to him how concerned Secretary Ham was for Lunar? There must be something about Lunar that Secretary Ham would complain about, Arkan thought.
The ringing of the bell broke the daydream. Their attention was diverted and at that moment Lunar went to open the door, while Arkan only saw from a distance how the apartment door was opened. The guest who came was Secretary Ham and made Arkan rush over.
Arkan immediately made Lunar turn her back on the guests who were still outside as quickly as possible, not letting Secretary Ham see what was being blocked from sight earlier. The door that was wide open was closed again. He pushed his hand all the way to the door so the secretary couldn't barge into the apartment.
Lunar who had to pull over until her back hit the door, was very surprised. She wondered why Arkan suddenly acted strangely?
"Let me open the door. You better rest in the room. And remember not to carelessly open the door, especially in the clothes you are wearing now.”
Arkan opened the door just so he could get out of the apartment, then closed the door tightly afterwards. One meter away from him, Secretary Ham stood up wearing an astonished expression. It seemed he managed to spare Lunar from a man's bad thoughts.
"We need to talk," said Arkan in a serious tone. "Four eyes." He emphasized once again how serious he was at this moment.
Secretary Ham still had the same expression as he watched his boss walk away. Moreover, seeing how Arkan spoke it seemed that what he was going to talk about was serious. Had he made such a big mistake that they had to talk one-on-one? Still filled with anxiety, he followed Arkan's steps out of the apartment building.
