HYBRID TIMBER 03
Eva knew she had made a mistake when she once accidentally revealed to Bruce that she was afraid of the dark. Dread took over her when in the middle of the road on the way home, her fiancé stopped the car, got out and opened the door on the side where she was sitting.
- What are you doing? she asked, confused.
Her neck still ached from his grip and her eyes burned from wanting so much to cry and refusing to do so in front of him.
- You stay here. she snapped, yanking her arm roughly until she was forced out of the car.
"Are you going to leave me in the middle of nowhere?" In spite of knowing everything he was capable of, she was in disbelief.
“Have it your way. Next time, think twice before you treat me the way you did. I want a submissive wife and until she learns that, she will be treated that way.
'Bruce, it's dark in here and I don't have any money for the bus, only a credit card in my purse!' - she despaired when he got into the car and slammed the door.
- See you tomorrow. Think of your mother in a coffin and maybe that way you can be the woman I need.
"Don't leave me here, Bruce!" he asked, hitting the car.
"Think better next time!" he shouted and accelerated the car.
- Bastard! A thousand times wretched! Eva swore and finally let the tears she had been holding back fall.
He sat on the floor and sobbed, a few minutes later he looked around, feeling his mind spinning, he was terrified of the dark, there was nothing close by, then he remembered a restaurant they had passed a few kilometers away and began to run towards him. She didn't have any money in her purse, just a little limit on her credit card and her cell phone had been left charging at home.
When he reached the establishment, he composed himself before opening the doors, looking inside for someone he might know, otherwise he would have to walk or take a ride with a stranger, he was very afraid of both options.
She swept her gaze around the room and her heart skipped a beat when her gaze found a huge, muscular man sitting near the bar counter. He had a firm chin, high cheekbones, full lips, flat nose and dark blond hair, her memory quickly told her that he was a Hybrid, which she had always heard about, good and bad, but had never seen one in person.
Her gaze traveled over the black shirt he wore and didn't miss the way the sleeves were tight at the shoulder and arms. He wasn't wearing the black uniform that he always saw them wearing on TV and that deep down he always found extremely sexy. But he still wore clothes of the same color. He swallowed hard.
Wow. Now I understand all the women who married them. It was your thought.
A light push on her back made her realize that she was still standing in the doorway and there was someone behind her wanting to get through, she looked away from the Hybrid and hurriedly walked to the table in the farthest corner of all, sat down and took a deep breath, feeling a unusual cold in the belly.
A friendly waiter approached her table.
- How can I help? The man smiled.
"I want..." she thought, not knowing what to ask for.
If I drink a little alcohol, maybe I'll lose my fear of walking alone.
"What's good there?" To lose fear, I don't know, gain courage and it's cheap. she asked nervously.
"Have you ever had a drink?" the waiter asked.
- Never. He shook his head vigorously.
- Right. I think a glass of wine will be a good start. The man wrote something down on a pad and walked away.
I hope you can pay for a glass of wine.
She looked again to where the Hybrid was and she was simply fascinated, she had never seen someone so strong and so big like that in person and something inside her instigated her to want to look more closely, but she swallowed when she saw a woman with blond hair talking with him looking angry, music played in the background, but something told him the woman didn't say nice things by her expressions.
Is she offending him for being an OH? I've heard of those hate groups that won't leave them alone. In fact, my mother and the whole Bruce church agree with these idiotic groups.
Eva had also heard that they were very kind to women and maybe that was why she didn't retaliate against the blonde's insults, but she would do it for him if necessary, she hated injustices, that was enough. He knew some of what the Hybrids had suffered and he didn't agree with the hate groups.
The second she thought about getting up, the woman left the bar and the expression she saw on the hybrid male's face made her sad, he looked pissed off. He sat down again, shy to approach and just watched from afar when his friends, also big, approached him.
Minutes later, the waiter came with a glass of wine and she ended up drinking it all too quickly, deciding to look out of the bar so as not to stare at the Hybrid so much, afraid that he would notice and be embarrassed in some way. The waiter came again and filled the glass a second time.
At that moment, looking outside, a light rain began to fall and with it tears from his eyes, he quickly wiped them away, he hated crying in front of anyone, however he always heard that he had an expressive face and if someone knew how to read emotions well , would know for sure that she was feeling at the bottom of rock bottom at that moment, or a place below it if there was one.
- I hate my life. he murmured, drinking the second cup.
She was weak for alcohol, she had never drunk and she could already feel her head spin a little, she raised the glass to the waiter and he filled it again, she drank it all and raised it again.
“That's good, huh? I still feel very angry with Bruce but also willing to do anything to get back at him. he admitted to the man.
- Just do it. Wants to know? The next glass is on me, come on, drink this one. — Eva smiled and drank it all again, having the man fill his cup next — Now I need to attend to other tables, anything just call.
- Thanks. He gave a slight smile and when the man moved out of his way, his eyes fixed on the Hybrid again.
At that moment, he was smiling at something that one of his friends said, the big smile revealed some fangs and the thoughts that consumed his mind took him by surprise. She just started fantasizing about those teeth nibbling the skin on her neck.
A slight pressure built up inside her panties and she brushed her thighs together, swallowing hard at the novelty of the sensation. He also looked at her and her heart raced frantically, her legs were struggling on the floor, she wanted to get up and go to him, say hello at least, but she held back, she was drunk and braver, however, she still couldn't move.
She then decided to look out of the bar and drink the glass that the waiter filled, her eyes widened when a huge figure joined her at the table, specifically in front of her. She gasped, realizing it was the handsome Hybrid, he looked even bigger up close. His shoulders and arms were much broader and more muscular, his face was just perfect.
It was different, but very attractive.
- Hey. he said and his husky, thick voice sent good shivers through her body.
- Hey. she replied, unable to look away from all those exotic features.
- Are you okay? I saw you crying a few minutes ago, I wanted to come over and see if you needed help but my friends said you might be scared of us or hate us.
- I am fine. — he lied — I'm not afraid of you either.
- I guessed not, I didn't see fear in their expressions when they looked at me.
“I don't hate you like that blonde woman you were talking to or like any idiotic group of those who won't leave you alone. - the obvious relief in her expression made Eva smile slightly - I mean, I don't even know if the blonde hates you, I didn't hear what was said but she looked angry.
"I'm really glad you don't hate us anyway." And yes, the blonde female is anti-hybrid. I wanted to get closer from the moment I walked through the doors, my instincts told me I was sad, but I didn't know if I could, out here we have to be cautious.
Eva didn't know if it was her or the alcohol in her system, but she couldn't look away from the full lips moving to speak, and her mind went further, imagining herself kissing him.
- I get it. Were you on a date? — Eva found the feeling of envy she felt towards the blonde ridiculous for having been on a date with him and not even knowing the guy.
“Yes, but it ended up going from bad to worse. - he wasn't sorry one bit.
- I'm very sorry. What happened? Did she not know she would be on a date with you? he asked curiously.
“I followed the advice of a human male on the task force who works with us, on a dating app, we decided it would be dangerous for me to post my real photo.
— You're right, it really would be dangerous, but you don't strike me as someone who needs a dating app to get a woman.
Eva was drunk and shamelessly flirting, she had never been shy in her life, but a little alcohol induced could be even more direct, she would regret it tomorrow, but at that moment only one thing was going through her mind, sleeping with that Hybrid. It would be with him that she would have her silent revenge against her cursed fiance.
