HYBRID HOOK 09
Abigail was still pissed that Hook kept thinking of her as the villain she wasn't, whatever had happened to him in the past was so bad it broke him for life.
Thinking about it that way, she felt compassion. The world owed the Hybrids for the hell some put them through. She had only a small window of time on those men's hands and if Hook hadn't arrived in time, God knows what her fate would have been.
But Abbie refused to pay for a mistake she didn't make. She wanted to show him that there was still hope, that not all humans were going to hurt him. She knew she had no reason to since the male wasn't about to let her get close emotionally but her heart was telling her to do the opposite of keeping her distance.
— I'm sleepy, it's getting dark again. Do you think the rescue will come today? - she asked.
“It's likely to arrive during the early hours of the morning according to the mental calculations I've made. I'll open the mattress for you to lie down.
"Thanks and won't you go to bed too?"
“I won't sleep.
— You can lie down with me, I promise not to touch you. I think you're an idiot but I won't accept that you don't sleep there while I sleep.
- Maybe later. Lay down. he said sharply after opening the mattress and shaking it in the air to remove the dust. Luckily there weren't that many.
They didn't say anything else. The male's eyes watched as Abbie lay curled up and closed her eyes. He decided to do the same by the door, he too was tired and sleep would speed up time and the rescue would arrive faster. He could lie with her but his body was acting irrational when it came into contact with the female's skin.
A few hours later, Abbie found that her body was restless and she couldn't fully sleep. It was cold even inside the hut and her feet were freezing, as was her hand.
A slight noise drew her attention to Hook, and she glanced at him as the male began thrashing hard on the ground and snarling as he punched the wind in front of him. She worried and approached cautiously, touching his leg carefully so as not to get hit by his fist.
“Hey, Hook! she called to him but he just snarled.
Damn, he was having a nightmare and it looked pretty bad, like he was fighting someone. His chest tightened in anguish, probably his years in Medicinne had traumatized him to the point where he had nightmares as well. She wondered again what happened to him, she was more and more certain that it was something terribly bad because he hated humans with all his soul.
“Hook, wake up. - she said louder risking approaching to touch his face being careful to deflect his arm.
Immediately he opened his eyes reacting to being touched.
The male sat up with heavy breathing and stared into Abbie's face.
- Are you okay? Everything is fine now. Her voice was soft to comfort him.
"Tried to hurt me while I was sleeping?" Fury flashed through his gaze.
- Of course! His accusation stung.
“What were you trying to do?
"Nothing, I just touched his face to try to wake him up." You were having a nightmare and it felt pretty bad. I just wanted to help. Hook studied her expressions and saw sincerity.
"I thought you were trying to kill me in my sleep."
— My hands are empty, could I kill you using my fingers? he scoffed.
“I'm not kidding, human. he growled.
Abbie snorted.
“I would never do that, Hook. You're getting paranoid of me, I didn't give you any reason to though. His chest hurt.
- I'm sorry. But I've had a similar experience before.
- And even? Been lost in the middle of nowhere with a woman before huh?
“Not exactly the same experience. But a human pretending to be innocent and kind to me betrayed me, I trusted her with my life and ..." Hook realized that the nightmare had left him vulnerable and that he was talking too much. "Forget it, it's none of your business.
“You can go on talking. Perhaps your nightmares are the result of a soul overloaded with resentment, try to vent.
“I'm not going to hand my weaknesses to you on a platter. he growled.
Abbie rolled her eyes in disgust at his accusations.
"And what would I do with it?"
"I don't know, I'd use it against me." Abbie laughed suddenly.
- In what way? His paranoia is so absurd as to be sadly funny.
— Go back to sleep, the rescue must be coming soon.
“I wasn't getting any sleep anyway before I saw you struggling.
- Why? You said you were sleepy.
“But I'm cold. Freezing. She gave him a suggestive look. "Could I sleep on you again?" Why don't you come to the mat with me? His question had the male giving him a frown.
Hook almost refused, thought of parting his lips to tell her to stay away, but he felt her temperature for his skin was only inches away and she was cold.
— Boring female. - He huffed, got up and walked to the mattress, lay down and opened his arms - Come.
The sight of that big, impressive body outstretched made Abbie wish Hook wasn't wearing the rest of his clothes. His body was just perfect, the most handsome, sensual man she'd ever seen in her life. She felt the wave of desire surge through her body and her sensitive spot throbbed.
Two seconds later she joined him, placed a head on his chest and pressed her body to his immediately feeling her skin warm against his. She brought her hands together in front of her, causing her finger to inadvertently graze her exposed nipple.
To his surprise, his little bit of nerve and the few hairs on his arm stood on end. Hook drew in a sharp breath, growling low. His cock throbbed in his pants.
He looked at Abbie, anger reflected in his eyes.
“Don't touch me more than necessary.
- Was inadvertently. She smiled to lighten the situation.
The smile turned the female's pretty, delicate features into something precious, made something strange inside him. It confused him.
“But don't. He dreaded feeling his desire for her grow if he did.
- He is well. I'm sorry. — she did not.
"And there's one other thing I don't want you to do for me anymore."
- Exist? she teased again, smiling.
he growled.
- No. It's something I've already said. Smile.
- Why? What's your problem with my smile? Are my teeth ugly?
His smile makes me feel weird and I don't like the feeling. Sleep, Abbie. His confession left the female stunned and her heart hammering in her chest.
He didn't say anything else and neither did she, she didn't know what to say. I wanted to ask if the feeling was bad or good but since he said he doesn't like the feeling, it certainly was bad.
She then decided to turn her back so as not to run the risk of her hands unintentionally touching him too much. She turned around slowly shifting her head from his chest to his arm and onto her back.
An image flashed through his mind of doing that too but the position was extremely intimate, however as it was it wouldn't warm her up at all. So Hook moved, covering his body from behind. The feeling was simply incredible, I had never experienced anything like it.
She looked so small and right in his arms.
His cock twitched and his balls tightened until he suffered a sharp pain as Abbie's ass pressed closer against him. Softly he cursed.
Abbie felt something hard poke her ass, surprise hit her as she realized what it could be. He stifled a laugh. He was hard from being near her.
An idea came to mind. She was fed up with Hook treating her badly when she didn't deserve it, and she decided to really deserve it.
How pissed off will he be for being aroused by a human? She thought with a mischievous look and smile.
