When the sun shone on my face, I woke up and looked at the clock. Mierda I forgot to set my alarm. Class started in three quarters of an hour and we still had to go to the cafeteria for breakfast. I quickly got up and ran into Lucia's room. Candelaria met me in the living room. "Already awake too. "I thought you never got up," she said to me. "Yes, I forgot to set my alarm and overslept. Is Lucia awake yet?" I asked her. "No, I think she's still asleep," then I quickly ran into her room. "Lucia, we have to get up, we've completely overslept," I woke her up quickly. She jumped up with a start and quickly jumped up from the bed. You could hear her cursing softly.
We agreed that I would go to the bathroom first and then she would, since Candelaria was already ready. I got ready quickly in the bathroom so I didn't look like a living corpse. There wasn't enough time to shower anymore, but that wasn't a bad thing because I preferred to go in the evening so that I didn't have to worry about stress in the morning.
I picked out clothes in the dressing room. Luckily there was no compulsory school uniform at the boarding school. There was one on offer, which some people wore, but I preferred to wear my own clothes where I could keep my style. Since it was currently September and the temperatures were still summery here, I picked out a pair of light blue high-waisted hot pants with holes and a white cropped lace top. I quickly put on my white Air Force clothes and then went to my dressing table. I only wore subtle makeup at school, so I only used mascara, powder, and concealer to cover my dark circles. Then I combed my hair and let it fall over my shoulders, slightly wavy like it was naturally.
Finished getting dressed, I looked at my phone and could see that we only had a few minutes left until class started and there were several calls from my brothers. Mierda, I completely forgot to write to you that I overslept and came later for breakfast because we wanted to have breakfast together. I quickly texted them that I would be there soon and grabbed my packed bag. We left our room together and made our way to the cafeteria. On the way we passed a few classmates who had apparently already finished eating breakfast.
When we arrived, I headed straight for the table where my brothers, Rafael and my cousin Felipe were sitting. Federico saw me first and came up to me and hugged me in greeting, which the others did the same to me and the girls. Above all, they always acted like tough guys and so aloof, but with family and friends they were different. There they were open and lovely people. Federico pulled me right into the seat next to him and shoved a smoothie and a bag that probably contained some baked goods in front of me. "When I saw your message, I got you a smoothie with strawberries, raspberries and banana and packed you some churros. Since I know you don't really eat anything in the morning." "Thanks, that's sweet of you," I said to him and gave him a kiss on the cheek. I drank my smoothie and the girls ate their cereal that the others had brought them. The boys just watched us because they had probably already finished eating.
After dinner we said goodbye to each other and arranged to meet for the first break. I went to our classroom with Lucia and Rafael, since we now had lessons on how to behave towards mafia families. I actually liked the subject, but it was very boring because I already knew everything through my family. "Do you think we'll get new students this year?" Lucia asked. Rafael just shrugged, since he was just as ignorant about it as the rest of us. "I don't know, maybe we'll get some, maybe not "Let's just let it come to us and enjoy our penultimate school year, where there are no exams yet," I said. My brothers, Felipe and Candelaria, weren't so lucky as they were one level above us and were therefore in the graduating class that had exams this year. We talked for a bit about trivial things before stopping in front of the closed classroom door.
Mierda, were we late? I knocked and there was an annoyed "Come in" from inside. When we entered, we saw our teacher Mr. Pérez and a student I didn't know standing at the front. She had black hair and amethyst eyes that looked around shyly "Why are you late for my class?" asked our class teacher Mr. Pérez, who we had in almost every class. "Sorry Lucia and I overslept and since Rafael is so friendly, he waited for us," I said with a sweet smile on my face and a feigned friendly voice. "It's okay, sit down and don't disturb the class continue," he said to us. We looked in the last row, where two partner tables were still free. I ran left to the second to last place, Lucia to my left and Rafael to my right.
"Good morning students, how nice that we are now all complete and can start the new school year, I hope you all had a nice holiday. At least mine were great. But no more from me, as you can all see, we have a new student, please introduce yourself briefly, but don't mention your last name," Mr. Pérez began to speak as we were just taking our seats. "Hello me "I'm Liliana, I'm from Spain and I'm 17 years old. In my free time I like to draw and paint. There's not really anything else to know about me," the girl shyly said. She was nervous, you could tell, but I could understand her. It was no different for me two years ago. It always sucks when you have to speak in front of the class and they all stare at you, but I've toughened up over time. Whatever you had to do for the mafia, I couldn't panic when several mafiosi stared at me and wanted to know what I had to say.
My train of thought is interrupted by someone sitting down next to Rafael. I looked and could see Liliana. "Hola, nice to meet you, I'm Cecilia and these are my best friends Lucia and Rafael," I explained to her. "Hola, you already know my name, it's nice to meet you too," she replied. We all chatted a bit in class and exchanged numbers with each other.
After the double lesson, the four of us went out to the playground and sat down on the grass, where my brothers, Candelaria and Felipe, joined us shortly afterwards. "Hey guys, who's the new one?" Felipe shouted to us. "She's in our class and she's really cool," Rafael replied. "Hey, I'm Liliana," she introduced herself to the others. "Spanish, I like it," Felipe said to her. “Callate Felipe. By the way, these are my brothers Federico and Emilio and these are Candelaria and Felipe, as already mentioned," I explained to her and pointed to each other.
We talked for a bit longer until it got louder outside, with a deep man shouting, "Liliana, where are you?" I looked in that direction and just saw a boy who was very tall, probably even taller than my brothers. He looked He looked pretty muscular and was wearing black jeans and a white t-shirt that hugged his muscles. He had pitch black eyes that were as dark as night and slightly curly black hair that was styled on top of his head. He looked around He looked around until he met my eyes, which he was staring into. His eyes and aura seem scary and dangerous. But at the same time just hot and sexy.
He ran in our direction and suddenly pulled Liliana up. "What's the point, we agreed to meet during the break. Where have you been all this time?" he asked her roughly. "I was with them, I don't know anyone else because you scare them all away," she said to him and looked him stubbornly in the eyes. He tried to drag her with him, but she blocked it, but she was too weak against him and stumbled. Now it was enough. "What's the point, leave you alone," I shouted at him.
"Stay out of it, she's my sister and I can do whatever I want. "I don't need permission from a girl for that," he shouted back at me. "He's your brother, you poor thing," I said to Liliana. "What does that mean now? If you have something to say to me, tell me, you little bitch," he shouted at me. Suddenly Federico stood up and stood in front of me protectively, even though it was unnecessary.
"Leave my sister alone or there will be a bang," he hissed at him. "Oh, does the princesa pequeña need a protector," he said to me mockingly. “No, I can manage my own things, because the woman is herself. We don't need men to protect us, we are self-sufficient too and now get out," I told him.
He dragged Liliana with him, she looked at us apologetically and then disappeared into the building with him. "What a bastardo," I muttered angrily to myself and stuffed myself with my churros, which I actually wanted to eat beforehand. I already knew that I didn't like him and that he was getting on my nerves.
