Chapter 85 - The Fear
CELESTINA VILLARAMA'S POV
My perception of the personalities of everyone residing within this realm began to change. There was no purpose in relying on what they've been showing me lately since they can easily change how they act towards me.
And upon those realizations, I've come to the conclusion that I can only possibly rely on either Ice or Siege, since they are the only people who I've really been with for years, and I highly doubt that they will also betray me, even if the time comes that they're in a pinch and only have the choice to attack me behind my back.
"Don't resist, Celestina. You'll only be hurting yourself if you try to fight with us. You do know that if you fight, you'll end up dead because it's going to be two versus one, right?" Lucas mumbled, forcing me to go with him inside the house of the beta.
I seriously believed that Lucas had no clue about Leo's whereabouts before, since he told me that Leo didn't pay him a visit, not even once. Seeing him drag me in there made me think that everything that happened to me recently was according to their plan.
Like Lucas told me, I didn't try to pull my arm away from his grip until we entered the beta's house. I saw Leo in the corner of the house. The entire home wasn't the same as the one that I've been in. It used to be so empty, but it was now crowded with his equipment.
"You came here quickly, Lucas." Leo turned around to face the two of us with such a bright and wide smile on his face. "It seems like Celestina was a dumb person after all. I assumed that she would see through our plan, but she didn't," he added, causing me to feel enraged.
"Since when have you been plotting this, Leo?" I asked him, knowing that I had no other choice but to have a conversation with them, hoping that someone else would realize that my life is in danger and would eventually come here to save me for good.
Leo stepped in front of me, showing me his palm. "Don't you think that this is familiar?" he smirked, holding onto the golden pendant.
I immediately glanced down at my necklace, and when I held it, the pendant was no longer there. "Give that back!" I tried to reach it and steal it away from him, but I was too slow.
The pendant definitely had protection on it. It didn't even break before when I tried to, so it was a complete mystery to me how it got into Leo's hands without my notice.
"I'll give this back to you after he's satisfied with you," Leo said, causing me to scrunch my forehead in confusion over what he was meaning to say. "A wolf is waiting for you inside; he wants to have a blast with a woman who has never been touched before. And when he told me that, I instantly thought of you; you're the perfect one for him," he explained, which somehow answered my curiosity.
I was commanded by Lucas to head inside the first room that I see once I get out through the back exit of the beta's house. Despite not wanting to do so, I still abided by his demand and cautiously stepped forward.
As soon as I walked through the other exit, I was fascinated to see that there were a lot of doors, indicating that the beta's house was actually larger than I thought. Glancing on the left side, I saw that there was a specification that it was the first room, since it had a number one on its sign board.
Standing in front of the door, I sensed that there was someone waiting for me inside.
'That's only a rogue, Celestina. It's not someone you know,' Celeste warned me.
But even so, I had no other option. I held onto the doorknob, twisting it open, and I saw a man who had long, black hair. The way that he instantly smiled the moment he saw me made me shiver down my spine. His face was also covered with his thick mustache and beard, so it was quite difficult for me to examine his facial features.
I wasn't even sure if that was real hair or if it was only artificial.
"What do you want from me?" I asked the strange dude in front of me, but I received no answer.
Instead of giving me a direct answer, the man pulled my arm as soon as he grabbed it, at the same time that he shut the door loudly. He even made sure that the door was locked. He had several other locks that had chains on them, so I doubt that anyone outside can easily break free through this tight security.
The man held both of my arms. He brushed his fingers around my skin, making me feel cold. I stared at him with such a ferocious gaze of mine, but it didn't work on him. He didn't care if I was frustrated with his actions; he kept on going, touching me here and there.
Fortunately, the clothes that I was wearing were thick enough for him not to see through my entire body. When he was about to let his hands roam inside it, I immediately kicked his stomach, causing him to slightly bend his body.
It wasn't enough for him to let go of me and stumble to the ground.
"L-let go of me while I'm still holding myself back from slashing your head!" I raised my voice for him to feel intimidated, but it was no use.
I was the one who felt scared. The amount of terror that was beginning to stroll inside my system was beyond what I could imagine. This was the very first time that I had someone I didn't know touch me. I don't want to lose my V-card here, especially not to a stranger who isn't even connected with me!
As much as I wanted to resist him, he had his feet above mine, causing me to be glued to the floor. This was pretty much the same as being tied with ropes.
The man traced his fingers on my cheeks, then he held my chin with four of his fingers below and his thumb in front. He lifted my face slightly to fully observe what my face looked like. The way that his tongue showed, licking his mouth wet, made me bite my own lips.
Not due to lust, but due to immense fear.
