Bye bye

The next day, I woke up early and took my dresses and accessories and went to Alice's wedding place. On the way, I called Louis and Andrew to make sure they come in time. I reached and I helped Alice with her dress and I praised her and she also praised me when I wore my dress. There were her other ladies friends also and we had fun. Our makeups were done. After setting ourselves, we took lots of pictures and then the wedding began.

I met Louis and Andrew before the wedding. Both of them looked good. But Louis was looking something else on his red suit that I felt my heart flutter. When I met them, both of them complimented me and I also complimented them back. It was the time for the bouquet throwing and we all became excited for it. So, when she threw the bouquet, I also participated in catching it and when I stepped forward to catch it, my leg slipped as I catched the bouquet and again this time also Louis saved me from falling. I looked at his handsome face until I heard the teasing and hoots.

Alice said, "Looks like we found the couple who will get married soon." All of them laughed. We all had a good celebration. When everyone were on their own pace, I went to Alice and her husband and I first congratulated both of them and told her husband, "Please take a good care of my best friend." and I hugged her and told that I will miss her. Soon, it was time for the couple dance and I was just sitting and Louis came in front of me and forwarded his hand. I said slowly, "I don't know how to dance." He said, "Just follow my lead."

We also joined the other couples. I just followed his lead and while dancing I looked at him and I suddenly felt as if we were the only two people in the whole world. We danced until the music stopped. Finally we went back home after bidding goodbyes to everyone we knew.

The next day, I had my breakfast and went to the airport because Alice was leaving. So, I reached fast and met her. We both cried while we separated. She said, "Don't worry, we will do video calls and audio calls and still be in contact. I will really miss you." I nodded my head and said, "When will you return now? I just don't want to let you go." I hugged her again and she said, looking at me, "I will surely come back for your wedding." She teased me. I said, "I really have not thought about wedding."

She went and I waved her goodbye. "Bye, byee" I screamed for her to listen with tears in my eyes. She also screamed back at me, "Bye Sarah." I felt sad because she left. She was my first ever friend. I still remember how hard it was for me to make her my friend. I was afraid that she will not be my friend but our friendship was everlasting. I really loved her and was grateful of her for being with me all these years. I could not tell these things to her however. I went to my law firm from the airport after calming down. On my way, Louis called me and I told him that Alice left.

AFTER FEW DAYS

I got a message. I opened it and it was a message from Louis. "Let's meet in the park we went last time." I was so excited and looked for a beautiful outfit and hurriedly headed to the park feeling happy. But my car broke down in the middle. I was on my heels. I called a mechanic and went after the mechanic came.

I tried to look for a cab but I did not get one. So, I started running on my heels. I was an hour late. I hugged him after I saw him and I was catching my breath. He said irritated, “I waited for you for an hour and finally you showed up. Why did you come so late?"

I replied, “My car broke down and I did not get any cab. Sorry!”

He looked a bit different from other days, I thought he was having a bad day so I just tried to caress his face but... but he threw my hand in the air and said, "Sarah, I want to end it now. I am so tired of you." I stuttered, "Louis... I am sorry... I... please... don't say that... I love you... and... and… I know you also do... why..." Tears were falling from my eyes and he said, "I am tired of you. Just be thankful that I gave you my precious time to a girl like you. You are not my type. I like someone else now. Don't bother me anymore now. You were just a fatty and you also don't have a perfect figure even now." He turned to leave and I tried to stop him but I fell down and I started crying and called his name to stop him, "Louis... Louis..."
