The Alpha looked confused for a moment or wasn't sure what to do next, but he caught himself relatively quickly and switched back to aggressive.

He started growling again and flattened his ears.

At first he stared at the spot where the Luna had just been, but then he turned to us, more precisely to me.

Baring his teeth, he took a few steps toward me, but Tyler was already standing in front of me, growling at the alpha himself.

I myself took a few unsteady steps back, but didn't dare to let the alpha out of my sight because I was afraid he was about to attack me.

But it didn't happen.

The Alpha stood there growling while Tyler stood protectively in front of me the whole time.

The third wolf had disappeared somewhere in the meantime.

After a few minutes, as if on a secret signal, both Tyler and the Alpha stopped growling.

I didn't quite understand why they suddenly did it now, but I was glad that the growling finally stopped.

The alpha turned away from us and headed towards the forest.

Did he want to follow his companion now?

I did not know it.

Tyler turned to me and eyed me. He seemed worried, as far as I could tell in a wolf.

There was a loud crack and Tyler's wolf form transformed back into his human.

Naked, as was to be expected, he stood in front of me.

"Are you alright?", he asked me.

I nodded.

Although I was still a little uncomfortable because of the previous situation, nothing had happened to me.

"Don't blame me, but I don't quite believe you. You 'Cause you're damn pale to the bone."

Since I honestly didn't know what to do about it now, I just shrugged my shoulders. After all, I couldn't contradict him because I couldn't look myself in the face.

"Come on, let's go inside," Tyler said, walking towards me, which made me slightly uncomfortable considering he was still naked.

But Tyler didn't mind that much, slipping an arm around my shoulders and went back to the pack house with me.

In the house itself we sat in the large dining room. It was surprisingly busy here.

Some older people were sitting together and playing cards, at another table were some, probably mothers with small children, some of whom could not even walk themselves.

Tyler and I sat alone at a table. After a quick look at my face, the housekeeper immediately brought me a cup of tea and some pastries. She also kept patting my hand as she passed.

I really did look as pale as Tyler said I did.

A few others who passed us also looked at me with concern.

The fact that Tyler was sitting naked next to me didn't interest anyone, however. None of those present, apart from me, thought it was funny.

As we sat here, sipping my tea and Tyler watching me with concern, I seemed to be trying to prove that being naked was totally normal around here.

Several people entered naked, both men and women, old and young.

Nobody found it offensive, nobody paid special attention to it.

Well except me. For me it was just weird and also uncomfortable. Especially since I had never seen any other people naked outside of my family, apart from the pictures in my bio book.

All of this was only topped when both the Alpha and the Luna also appeared naked in the room.

Why the hell was all this nudity just so 'normal' around here?

Tyler and I were still sitting in the main dining room when the twins joined us.

They sat side by side across from us.

Luke, recognizable by his white coat, sat in front of me and Jared in front of Tyler.

Luke didn't seem to be bothered by anything, but Jared eyed me skeptically for a moment and then looked at Tyler. "Don't

you think you should put something on?", he asked him with a skeptical undertone

events here. To be honest,

I don't understand the question or why you're asking me."

Jared slapped his forehead noisily with his flat hand and shook his head.

Luke also looked confused at first, but the realization of what was going on came before Tyler.

"Ah... I see," he said, winking at me encouragingly.

"Huh?" Tyler asked, now apparently completely confused.

"Lily is uncomfortable that you're naked and so close to her. She hardly dares to look at you." Luke said with a smile to Tyler.

I stared at the table a bit embarrassed.

Tyler had already explained to me before that being naked was completely normal here. But it was all easy for me just weird.

"But that's normal for us to be naked."

"Yes, it's normal for us Tyler," said Jared, "But it's not for Lily. People normally only know their closest relatives naked, if at all. In the cities you don't see naked people walking around like in The packs.

Which has to do with the fact that people would quickly become hypothermic outside of the summer because they can't maintain their body temperature as well as we can."

Tyler seemed thoughtful and finally nodded in understanding. "Yeah, that makes sense."

He looked at me questioningly, "Would you like to go somewhere else?"

I nodded quickly.

We got up and left the room, the twins stay there.

"Do you want to go back to our room or do you want to go outside?" he asked me when we had left the door to the hallway. I

only had to think for a moment.

Outside there would probably be more werewolves, some of them naked, walking around and I had to watch where I was looking at Tyler all the time.There

were no strangers in the room and Tyler was able to get dressed.

I pointed down the hallway, in the opposite direction to the main exit of the packhouse, which hopefully would somehow lead to our room here.

"Okay to the room then," Tyler said, and we headed there.

Well... Now

here we were in our room and Tyler didn't seem to want to get dressed in the slightest, instead he probably felt more like cuddling.

Anyway, I was now, snuggled up against the still-naked Tyler in bed.

He seemed to enjoy it, while I just hoped it didn't go in a direction I really didn't want to.

"Oh Lily, just enjoy the rest and relax." He murmured softly in my ear.

But I just rolled my eyes.

Maybe I could relax better if he wore a little more clothes and I didn't have to worry to come somewhere against.

"Oh come on, you've seen me naked before and I already explained to you that it's absolutely normal for werewolves. It's something that will eventually become normal for you, like any other werewolf mate."

I looked at him in disbelief.

Tyler didn't really believe that being naked would ever be as normal for me as it was for him or any other werewolf.
