Review Process

After we receive a sufficiently detailed notice, we may review the material, request clarification, remove or disable access to the material, or take other appropriate action.

We may also share the notice, or information from it, with the affected content source, hosting providers, or other parties as reasonably necessary to investigate and address the claim.

Counter Notices

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may contact us with a counter notice that explains the basis for your objection and includes sufficient contact information for follow-up.

Submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith notices may expose the sender to legal consequences. Please seek legal advice if you are unsure about your rights.
