ALPHA PSYCHO LOVE
CHAPTER SEVEN
It was a day for Sasha's freedom to run, to crawl, or to swim but at most, she must move and never slow down.
With her poor heart beating profusely, her mind racing as she went through the thousand different things that could go wrong tonight.
Her body ached and her hands shew, the whip marks printed on her skin. She had to do this to save herself.
Her hands shook with trepidation as she quickly threw clothes into the largest bag she could find.
Thought after thought occupying her mind, She had to get out of here. That was all that mattered.
As minutes ticked by, she gave up altogether, so many killing and disturbing thoughts making their way to her head.
She grabbed whatever she could find and rushed out of the room.
Holding her bag tightly she tiptoed down the large marble staircase, carefully not to make a single sound.
She was extremely careful or else, she would have herself to blame for the rest of her life in penury and misery.
Though Alpha Peter wasn't at home, the house was filled with servants and guards.
They were loyal to him and wouldn't hesitate to capture her and call him.
She breathed a sigh of relief as she opened the huge golden double doors of the mansion. She was forced to call her home for the past five years.
A small smile found its way to her face as the night breeze hit her face; sure, she had been outside before.
However, there was something different about this breeze, this time she was out here on my own accord, of my own free will, unchained and unguarded.
Not allowing herself to get carried away for too long, she rushed out the gates where a taxi stood waiting for her.
"Maryland Airport please, and hurry," She said with desperation in her voice as they sped off.
The car sped off with ease as she relaxed on the back seat, she had called her twin sister last week after she stole a servant phone.
She was waiting for her Mate(Alpha Peter) to finally leave for his trip before she struck in full force.
°°°
"Flight 222 to Silverline Airport is now open for boarding, please make your way to the appointed gate. Have a safe flight."
The words echoed in Jane's ears and she knew it was time to get on the flight but her feeble legs weren't moving.
She knew she had to go but she couldn't get herself to move, she was low-key having cold feet.
If she did this, if she got on that flight there would be no turning back.
To be honest she was scared, terrified Alpha Peter might have gotten home and turned the whole house down.
She was scared for the servants and guards, he would torture and frustrate them till he kills them after the other till she comes back.
He might have traced her, arrived here, and capture her, sending her straight to that hell she dreaded.
"Uhm Miss, I think you need to leave now if you want to catch your flight." Sasha's head moved towards the source of these words and her eyes met a beautiful pair of hazel brown eyes.
The owner of these eyes was a young man with long chestnut brown hair tied back in a bun. He had on a large backpack and wore black sweatpants with a loose-fitting shirt.
Nevertheless, this was the first time a man other than Peter had spoken to me and She was at a loss for words.
"Yeah, Uhm, thank you," She mumbled, grabbing her things before heading towards my gate.
The man waved her goodbye and then walked off in a different direction.
Sasha took a deep breath as she stood in line, her hands trembled as she held her passport.
She was doing this, she was leaving that monster.
She handed her passport to the flight attendant, kicking at her leg nervously as she waited for her to hand it back.
"Here you go, have a safe flight," The Flight Attendant gave Sasha the passport with a smile, which she tried to return but it came out as an awkward grimace.
She walked onto the plane where she was greeted by another Attendant who led her to her seat.
While sitting down, a small smile tugged at her lips. It was done, there was no going back now.
She was free, free from him and all his dictatorial wickedness.
'But what if he caught you?' The scared little voice in the back of her head questioned.
That was a worry for another day, she had made the first steps to freedom and that was all that mattered. Susan, her twin, will protect her she was going to safe hands.
She had smashed her phone to pieces before leaving the house and so there was no way he could track her now, even if he tried it would take him months. More than enough time. She blocked him from her thoughts and for months she planned on hiding her wolf scent.
"Would you like something to drink, Ma'am?..Ma'am?... Miss?... Miss!" Sasha flinched as the Attendant reached over and shook her shoulder. The Attendant looked weirdly at her before gesturing at the cart full of beverages.
"Yes, a glass of Vodka please and some tacos please." The Flight Attendant smiled at her and took out a bottle from her cart. She popped it open and poured it effortlessly into a glass.
"What's the occasion?" She asked, handing it to her. She looked cheerful and her words were polite.
"I...Uhm...I" She stuttered, struggling to find the perfect response to her question.
How was she supposed to explain that she was running away from a bipolar, possessive, and mentally deranged Alpha?
Who humiliated, assaulted, and harassed her daily?
And that he was a dominant and a drug-addicted druggie, and he could not live without knowing where she was every second or minute of every day.
How on earth was she supposed to explain that she was running away from such a vile man who happened to be her Mate.
How was she supposed to tell her that and more importantly why should she tell her that? So, she kept it simple, "I… Uhm... I had a divorce." Sasha muttered, with a flip of her hair. She was biting her tongue, as she lied through her teeth.
"You only live once, that's the spirit," The Flight Attendant gave a high-five, and Sasha was surprised at the compliment.
"It ain't the end of the road, you deserve all the happiness in the world." The Flight Attendant said with a smile. Sasha's heart warmed at her words. She didn't know it at the time but she needed to hear those words.
"So, what's the plan? Going to Silverline? Hope you aren't going to snatch some hot Alphas, Silverline has the hottest Alpha's around the vicinity." Sasha winced slightly at her joke before chuckling awkwardly.
Sasha hadn't laughed in so long, it felt as if she had forgotten how to laugh.
A bland taste rose in her throat as reality hit her, but she shook it off. It was over, she was done.
