Love again
Just then, the door opened, and a familiar figure appeared.
Wait. No, this is no damn way happening.
“Hello, Aurora.” He greeted, his mischievous dark hazel eyes and jet black hair meeting her.
Of course, it had to be him. Reagan.
Damn Reagan.
She was once inside this same yacht a few years ago as his parents surprised him on his 16th birthday a yacht. This is where he held his parties and brought his girls over.
She let out an exasperated sigh, now tired to deal with this, “What do you want?”
She asked, wanting to get to the point.
Reagan’s perfectly sculpted eyebrows raised at her, “Should the first thing that comes out of your mind is to thank you for saving you?”
“What? Save?”
He nodded, clearly enjoying this. “You nearly died from the plane crash. They had an emergency landing in the middle of the pacific ocean so I had come to get you.”
He nodded, clearly enjoying this. “You nearly died from the plane crash. They had an emergency landing in the middle of the pacific ocean so I had come to get you.”
Died from a plane crash? Her brain couldn’t comprehend that.
Then she felt something different, her clothes changed into a red robe. She was completely dry, but she doesn't have any underwear…she could feel the cold wind trying to peep inside her and she shuddered.
She instantly turned away from Reagan and spoke up, “You changed my clothes yourself?”
He nodded his head, “Yeah, I can explain!” He defended himself, looking a bit fluttered. “I have to change your wet clothes or you’ll die from the cold, Aurora.”
She gulped, not sure if she should be feeling a bit molested. “So you saw…my…my…”
Reagan’s eyes went wide, “No….I blindfolded myself while doing it and I just put the robe on you, I swear that’s all that happened.”
Aurora nodded, wanting to believe him for now to ease her mind.
Reagan then cleared his throat and pointed to her left, “Good thing I managed to save your belongings too.” He said.
Aurora instantly stood up and opened her suitcase and bag, looking for her phone.
“Looking for this?” Reagan asked, and Aurora turned to see him holding her phone up.
She instantly stood up to grab it from him but Reagan was quick to raise his hand higher for her not to reach it, “Oh, but where’s my thank you?”
She threw daggers at him with her eyes and forced herself to say, “Dam it. Thank you.”
Reagan shook his head? “Oh, no cursing, my love. Repeat it.”
She breathed deeply, trying to remain calm. “Thank you, Reagan.” He really is testing her patience.
Reagan smiled at that, seemingly satisfied, “Good.” He then dropped her phone in her hand and Aurora instantly tried to turn it on but failed.
Her phone is not turning on no matter how many times she tries. She tried to press it longer and still, not working.
Reagan cleared his throat as he stood there, “If you’re trying to turn it on, I’m sorry but it actually drowned along with you and while I may have saved it, the water destroyed it,” he explained carefully and she gasped.
How could this happen to her? She was just enjoying her independence earlier…
Glancing at Reagan, she swallowed hard, including her pride, “Then can I borrow your phone?”
Reagan’s lips curved and looked at her with a sad expression, “I could, but my phone is useless as yours. There’s no signal here. If you are still now aware, you are in my yacht.”
Reagan’s lips curved and looked at her with a sad expression, “I could, but my phone is useless as yours. There’s no signal here. If you are still now aware, you are in my yacht.”
She breathed out, trying to remain calm in this situation as she was facing her own enemy now. “What? And why am I in a yacht?” She asked again, trying to buy time.
The veins in his hands were evident and his arms flexed his muscles. It took her now to realize that he was clearly shirtless as he leaned in the doorway. She rolled her eyes at him as he caught her staring. “Enjoying the view?” He teased and continued, “Nope, darling Aurora. This is my way of saving you from that damn plane crash and as payback for what happened last time.” He smiled tauntingly, “I’ll lock you here first and I’ll make you love me.”
Aurora looked at him, making sure he was serious with all the nonsense he’s spouting. The more she talks with him, the more she’ll get winkles from all the nonsense he spats out. Reagan doesn’t make sense. His whole existence does not make any sense.
She tried to appear patient but she was losing her shit, “This is bullshit and childish. My parents will definitely look for me and-“
Reagan put his hands on his mouth and gasped, “Your parents? I just told them I took you on a vacation. A nice vacation.” He said, his mouth emphasizing the word vacation.
“They know you love me, so they agreed except I have to take care of you carefully. Although your father was too strict about this, it's a good thing that our parents are business partners,” he answered, looking so satisfied.

Aurora grabbed the pillow behind her and threw it to him.
“You bastard!” She yelled with all the rage she had.
Reagan was quick enough to catch the pillow and approached her. He was only wearing his black denim shorts and shirtless on top so Aurora could clearly see how his muscles got tensed when he walked toward her, leaned toward her, and put the pillow behind her.
“You’re so rough, baby. You have to be careful with things or I’ll have to punish you.” He whispered to her ear, and weirdly enough, her body was responding and giving a tingly sensation as she felt his hot breath. No, this shouldn’t be her reaction! She should be barfing at how cheesy and unoriginal this is.
She pushed him away, but Reagan was too strong for her as he pushed her gently to the bed and leaned in, their noses touching together.
She could smell his familiar minty breath from their close proximity. Reagan’s eyes trailed on her lips and on to her eyes, “You said you hate me, so I’ll make you love me again.”
Oh, that bullshit again.
Aurora felt so tired of this. “What’s your point? What benefit would you get with all of these crazy antics?”
Reagan shrugged, “I get to enjoy torturing you while making you suffer in loving me, plus, take it as a vacation, so it’s three birds in one stone.”
She gritted her teeth. “You sadistic psycho.”
He smirked at that, still on top of her, “Trust me, honey, you’ll love it.”
“I would never!” She yelled, which made Reagan pull back and sat upright.
“Oh, but I’m a gentleman. I won't do any harm to you. I won’t push you. I’ll only seduce you and make you beg for me. Until you cry and want more of me.” He continued teasing her.
“Oh, but I’m a gentleman. I won't do any harm to you. I won’t push you. I’ll only seduce you and make you beg for me. Until you cry and want more of me.” He continued teasing her.
She once just saw this scene in the movies and read it in the books. Why the hell is this all happening? She just wants to go to the Philippines peacefully!
“That won’t happen. I’ll find a way to escape this damn place, Reagan.” She retorted.
“Let’s see if you can do that. The only way to escape in the middle of the ocean is to swim in the large sharks.”
A big mistake.
A big mistake for her to tell him about her fear of sharks. Why the hell did he even remember that he even avoided her years ago? And damn him and his beautiful smile and perfect face and amazing scent.
Reagan saw the shift in her expression as she uncomfortably diverted her gaze to the ground, the reaction he was hoping he’d get.
He glanced at the clock and saw it was still in the afternoon. Standing up, he headed to the door while saying, “You can take a rest first. I’ll come and get you later when it’s dinnertime.”
Leaving those words, Reagan walked away and Aurora was left alone with her thoughts, his words echoing in her mind.
She tried to piece everything together. Saved from a plane crash, her belongings saved, but her phone destroyed…and locked up in a yacht in the middle of a damn ocean with her ex-crush and now bastard enemy, Reagan, who swore to make her fall in love with him again.
How cruel.
