Glitz and glam
Aurora couldn’t believe what she was greeted with the next morning. She woke up so early in the morning, at exactly four in the morning to get ready and when it was five in the morning, she already packed her things and asked her father to prepare the papers to leave.
She grabbed her suitcase and handbag, opening the door of her hotel room to leave when a swarm of cameras was everywhere. Directed at her and flashed at her face. She felt a bit blinded and got deaf by how loud the yelling was.
“Ms. Makarov, what can you say about the incident with Vivienne.” A woman asked and microphones instantly were pointed at her.

Aurora gulped, too stunned as she’s not used to this so she did what she thought at the moment. To close the door.
How did these people even know it was her? Did Vivienne tell them her identity? How great. She inhaled and calmed herself down. She peeked at the keyhole, waiting for the right time to come out there. Well, she thought of how to escape this. She could just wait for the reporters to leave? But looking at the situation here, it seems that the paparazzi have no way of going out.
The next option would be to leave through the window. But how could she when she’s on the 20th floor? She’s physically fit but she knows her limitations as a human. She’s not superman or something, isn’t she?

Sighing, she tried to face the door and with a heavy breath, she put on black sunglasses and a coat to hide from the paparazzi and she opened the door once more, having no choice but to accept her fate. She just has to look down and avoid them.
“What do you think of the relationship between Vivienne and her non-showbiz boyfriend, Felix?”
“Were you really jealous of them because you’re just a best friend for Felix?”
“Were you intending on destroying Vivienne’s face to steal Felix?”
Tons of allegations and false questions that were so absurd were thrown at her but Aurora kept on walking with her suitcase. She felt them pushing but she still helped on headstrong, not having any plans on answering any questions. She’s grateful she didn’t grow up in a crazy world of paparazzi because if she did, she would have gone nuts.
Keep calm. Keep calm. Be the bigger person. You are strong, you got this.
She kept on repeating these words to herself like a mantra, just to avoid them but until one question struck her the most and made her stop in her tracks.

“How did you feel that Vivienne has it all now? Reagan and Felix?”
She looked up at the man who asked her and glared at him. “What did you just say?”
The words came out of her mouth, not able to control her words, “Repeat those damn words again, asshole.”
Her temper is rising now and she knew her face would instantly get plastered everywhere tomorrow. She’ll surely make a headline.
“Well..it was the reason why you hurt Vivienne right?” The man repeated and Aurora prepared her fist to launch a punch when a strong hand stopped her.
“Let go of me, asshole, I’ll punch this bastard here for spewing some nonsense.” She demanded, not even looking at the man.
“Keep your calm, they are doing this purposely to make you lash out and use it against you,” the man whispered, now letting go of her hand. She looked behind and saw who it was. Reagan.
Aurora didn’t expect him to come here as Reagan went in front of her, using his body as a shield from the cameras. “She's innocent, so stop bothering her,” Reagan said calmly, looking at everyone with malice.

Reagan glanced at her and winked. Aurora filed her head curiously, not sure what he meant. Reagan motioned his head to the right, and Aurora nodded, now understanding it. She quickly grabbed her suitcase and ran to the right.
Reagan was left there with the paparazzi as they kept on interrogating him. Reagan must have planned to use himself as a decoy to distract them…
“So what’s your relationship with her?” Aurora asked the press, asking him before she got out of her sight.
She tried to hail a cab but stopped when from a corner, a woman wearing some black sunglasses in a red dress approached her with a smirk.
She removed her sunglasses to reveal herself…It was Vivienne Rose.
“Well, Well well, don’t you think I will let you leave like that. You have to pay, Aurora.” She laughed evilly, “I could sue you for false news, abusing me, and spreading hate. You should have known how wide my influence is. No one really believes you now.” She taunted and Aurora sighed, looking at her with tired eyes, not even bothered by her words.
“What are you, five? C’mon Vivienne, stop acting immaturely, you’ll get wrinkles and will waste your botox.” Aurora retorted fiercely and Vivienne gritted her teeth,
snapped her fingers, “C’mon boys, get this bitch.”
There were around three men dressed in black suits who came to get Aurora. They must have been her bodyguard. But before they could even get her, a black car appeared in front and the door opened to reveal a man in a black suit grabbing her hand.

Aurora smirked, knowing it was her father’s men who came to get her. Aurora handed her suitcase to the men and said, “You just came in time, boys. Thank you!” She then turned to her shocked face of Vivienne and chuckled.
“Well, later then, I'll have to get going now. See you never, you stupid sly vixen!” She gave her a flying kiss and got in the back seat but then she felt a tug in her hair. turning around, she saw Vivienne’s hand’s on her hair and she pulled her hair but Vivienne’s grip was tight.
Aurora turned to the driver, “Please drive now so this stupid bitch will get off me.”
Vivienne tightened her hold, “I won’t let your hair go, bitch. You have to pay for what you did to me!”
“Oh, just give up, Vivienne.” Aurora said calmly, and said to the driver, “Please just drive me to the airport now.”
The driver raised his eyebrows at her, now she realized there was a black mask on his face so she couldn’t see his face. “What do you mean miss?”
Aurora blinked, looking at them with confusion, “Aren’t you my father’s men?”
The driver laughed, along with the men beside her, and saw there were four of them huddled up to her. The one beside her grinned, pointing a pistol on her as he said, “You must be confused to get in your kidnapper’s car willingly…We came here to kidnap you, Ms. Makarov.”

Before she could react, she felt a handkerchief placed on her nose and she tried to fight back, but the men were strong and she wasn’t able to control her breathing as she caught a whiff of the strong smell in the handkerchief. She looked back to Vivienne who she met her gaze, looking at the scene with wide eyes and realizing it too.
Vivienne tried to loosen his grip and run instantly but one of the men tried to catch her but was stopped by Vivienne’s bodyguards. The man was more powerful as he was quick to fire his pistol at Vivienne’s bodyguards, killing them.
Vivienne’s scared doe eyes who were staring back at her were the last thing Aurora saw as she blacked out.
