Unmatched
Jada Wilson
When Jada got home on Monday, she immediately began her research, looking at places for rent or lease to own. She checked out places advertised in the city online and took down all the information she found.
Her next step was to call these places for information and the ones she chose. Jada would contact them again to set up a date and time to view these properties.
By the end of Monday, she completed her search and started training Aubrianne. On Tuesday, she picked up where she left off on Monday, and that was to make a bunch of calls and ask a bunch of questions.
Then, finally, the ones that fit into Jada's idea for her business. She called them back and set appointments for viewing these properties. When she finished that Tuesday, Jada had set up visits for the rest of this week and next week.
By the looks of things, Jada can decide on a place before she leaves.
Wednesday, after viewing the first property, she had lunch with Ivan, and that's when she filled him in on what she had achieved thus far and her take on the viewing she came from.
Jada had another viewing after lunch, and surely Ivan did not hesitate to offer his company. She had refused him again. Jada was adamant about proving a point. She did not need his help. She could handle this.
Nevertheless, they enjoyed lunch that day and made love on his office couch. This has become so natural for them now.
They both accepted that they enjoy each other's company and continuously have great sex. And between the two, it does not take much to get them going.
There were too many times to count when Jada would perform the simplest act: licking her lips, biting her lower lip, or merely getting up and walking across the room.
Or standing in front of him, allowing him the chance to gaze upon Jada's side profile. Her side view would do it for him.
Jada could simply walk toward him, which also did it for Ivan. Those simple acts were enough to have him rise to the occasion instantly.
Solid as a rock would be his length.
And Jada was the same. The look of unbridled desire in Ivan's eyes would do it for Jada, how his jaw ticked every time she got up, and how his muscles bulged in the shirt that covered him from peering eyes.
The way he stirs his coffee and stretches to grab something from a height. Between both of them, anything would do it. Anything would get them hot and bothered, which leads them to tear each other's clothes off.
They were happy and contented, with no labels, and simply enjoyed each other as much as possible.
Now today was Friday, and Jada had viewed a total of six properties, but something or the other had caused her to cross them off the list.
Whether the rent was too high, or she had to share her space, or the building had water problems, which would, in turn, cause problems for her day spa and hair salon.
Bad electricity, or simply not an ideal location, as Jada was new to TL, she began to see the need for Ivan's help. She realized had he at least taken a look at this list. He would have been able to tell her off the bat that some of these locations were not the ideal spot where people frequent.
Not ideal for a business.
She realized she would have saved precious time, so she would ask him to look at the rest of the locations on her list at dinner tonight. The ones for next week and cross out the ones that jump out at him.
Jada realized while she may not need his help financially, she could use his knowledge of TL.
After Aubrianne left, Jada continued getting ready, and soon she and Ivan were heading somewhere.
He told her it was a surprise!
Aubrianne Ivanov
Daniel parked his vehicle at the edge of the forest. Aubrianne did not ask questions; she simply sat there eagerly awaiting what was next. She was suddenly curious.
On the ride over, Daniel and Aubrianne were quiet. However, it was not an uncomfortable atmosphere. Aubrianne had observed that they headed into TL Crescent Moon Community. However, Daniel did not go to any of the houses she had been to thus far.
Not this time, he drove and drove and drove, making a few turns, and Aubrianne wondered if he was taking her to one of the famous waterfalls he told her about the day she arrived.
The moon showed bright, and a few tiny stars glittered radiantly, scattered about the vast picturesque sky.
Soon she realized they were coming to the end of the road or tracks, as they had left the pitched roadway a while back. It had been gravel, grass, and dirt for some time now.
The ride turned into a bumpy one. Nevertheless, "We are here," Daniel spoke as he gazed at Aurbrianne, his hand gripping the steering nervously.
Aubrianne turned, lifting an eyebrow, and she spoke, "And where are we, might I ask?" Daniel smiled at how cute Aubrianne looked when she made that face.
That questioning but curious and eager look. "I am taking you to one of the waterfalls," Daniel flashed her a bright smile, "My favorite spot." He blushed.
"Ooh, nice, let's do this then," Aubrianne spoke as she opened her door, jumped out of the jeep, and stretched her muscles. She had been working out more than usual the past week, even today.
She then grabbed her handbag.
Daniel followed suit, except he did not stretch, and said, while grabbing some things from the back, "I prepared a picnic for us, also."
Standing beside Daniel, Aubrianne squealed, grabbed his hand, tip-toed, and pecked his cheek. She was careful not to jostle the picnic basket in his hands. "Aww, thank you, Daniel, this is the best."
Honestly, after the week Aubrianne had, her tough work days, and coming home to training, she was not in the mood to get all dolled up and go to fancy restaurants.
"I thought we could enjoy a short hike," Daniel motioned with the basket when he said, "The jeep got us far enough, further than one would normally go." Daniel pointed out.
Aubrianne easily understood he drove the extra distance for her, so she would not have to walk very far.
And Daniel was right. She did not. They had walked coolly for about five minutes as they chatted about the destination and the area.
The atmosphere was calm and quiet, and Aubrianne could feel the light wind on her skin.
Out there was full of greenery. Grass as tall as Aubrianne was on either side of the tracks they trekked. Aubrianne spotted a few colorful butterflies flapping their wings as they fluttered from one flower to the next.
Moving into the forest, tall trees loom over them. The forest was full of noise. Thankfully, Aubrianne had worked on tuning out the unwanted noises.
Because hearing every single noise each and every animal makes out here can be distracting on a date.
And animals were not the only thing out here, the eerie creaking and croaking of branches disturbed by the wind or hikers. The sound of water falling. Aubrianne assumed that it was a waterfall.
Nevertheless, the distracting sounds out here were limitless. So Aubrianne happily tuned it out and only focused on her immediate surroundings.
When Aubrianne first shifted, she had the help of Leia, but now she can do it on her own.
Actually, when Leia truly released the hold, Aubrianne got an instant headache. The clash of noises and sounds was too much for her to handle. She had folded on the floor in agony.
A white wolf's senses were already more extraordinary than those of any other wolf. They hear satisfactorily, move faster, and see better, and their sense of smell, strength, and power are unmatched.
Only then had she realize Leia had been in control and helped her since she shifted.
"Can't wait for you to see the color of the water." Daniel's eyes slid to Aubrianne, "it's a beautiful shade of aquamarine."
"Can't wait," Aubrianne beamed, eyes dancing everywhere, taking in her surroundings.
Soon, they ventured down a slope, and Aubrianne's eyes widened at the sight before her.
Thick candles of all shapes and sizes littered the area, lighting it up brilliantly. It was indeed dark outside, probably after nine at night, so the glow was radiant and beautiful.
The candles started from the forest bed and headed straight to the rocky bank of the lake. There was a large area to Aubriannes's right with a giant makeshift bed. Well, not a bed, like a blow-up.
More candles were making a pathway to the 'bed' and around the 'bed.' It was adorned with a comfy white duvet and a few plush pillows so one could sleep out there. Aubrianne wondered.
