I Love You.
Five minutes later...
"Flight 8964 to Ragnuff City is now boarding. Passengers, please make your way to gate G." The pa system sounded.
A few moments later...
"Last call for all passengers on Flight 8964 to Ragnuff City. Last call for Flight 8964 to Ragnuff City. Please proceed to gate G." The voice sounded again, but no one moved.
Even the crew was deciding who was best to interrupt the lovebirds. Rafael shouted, "Sorry, not me." His hands shut up in surrender as he stepped back, slowly backing away.
Shawn put his hands in the air, also wanting to disappear and brakes from the task. Recalling a pissed-off Aubrianne last night defending her mate, "Sorry, but not me either." He looked at Kirrah pleadingly.
"Babe, why don't you take one for the team," Kirrah watched her mate incredulously, "you are sending me into the line of fire?"
"See, babe, Jada and I, she won't hesitate to rip into us because we know better, but you, my darling, when she sees it's you, she will hesitate, and in that hesitation, reality will sink in."
Jada quickly backed Shawn up, "That is right, this one is on you, Kirrah. Go brave." Kirrah rolled her eyes at her mate's and Jada's ridiculous excuse as to why she should do this and be the one to interrupt Zayne and Aubrianne.
Kirrah eventually sighed after staring daggers at all three of them, Rafael included, and he smiled sheepishly; he was not about to interrupt his Alpha, tearing him apart from his mate.
Kirrah walked over to the pair and cleared her throat...
Nothing... so she did it again and said, "Excuse, Aubrianne? Alpha Zayne?"
Nothing...
"Um, it is time to board." Still nothing.
Kirrah then repeated, only this time a little louder, but still nothing. Aubrianne and Zayne's kisses, moans, and grunts of pleasure echoed through the quiet Airport at 2:30 am.
At that time, there were only so many people traveling.
Kirrah poked Alpha Zayne's shoulder, figuring he might be the most reasonable one as he had to return to his community.
Zayne broke the kiss, his head snapping toward Kirrah. Aragorn, at the surface, growled at her. Kirrah's eyes shut tightly at the power of the growl. She felt the vibrations and breeze blowing over her face.
Shawn grimaced, and as soon as he was about to move to shield his mate, Zayne's eyes were back to normal, and he apologized after reading the situation.
They were simply trying to alert them of the flight.
While Aubrianne whined and whimpered in his arms, understanding why they were interrupted, "Nooooooo, babyyyyyyy, nooooo...I...." She kissed one cheek. 'Will," she kissed the other, "Be," she kissed his neck.
"There as soon as I can," she kissed his forehead as Zayne walked with her in his arms to gate G, Rafael and Jada following closely.
"Promise?" Zayne's voice was tainted with sadness.
"Yes, yes, promise." Aubrianne peppered quick kisses all over his face, then she latched on to his neck and sucked hard and fast till a mark was left.
It was the closest thing to marking her mate right now.
Then she tilted her neck for him to do the same. She knew it would not be the same as marking her, but she hoped it could help ease Aragorn's tension, and he did not hesitate.
Zayne latched onto her neck and did the same. He inspected his work, which brought a smidge of comfort to him just seeing his work sprawled on her neck very boldly.
He was confident it would last till he saw her again in a few days' time. "I miss you," Aubrianne whimpered.
"I miss you too," Zayne growled lowly and captured her lips in another fierce kiss; this time, it was like he was attempting to bruise her swollen lips.
While Jada and Rafael were trailing behind, they eyed each other wide-eyed, like, 'Are they going to start all over again? And who would interrupt them this time?'
However, their worries were for naught as the pair finally pulled apart, reaching the entrance to the gate. Aubrianne had even gained access past the terminal because of her father's connections.
Zayne set her down, slipped a finger below her chin, and tilted her head up, staring into her gorgeous brown eyes that called out to his soul, seeing the sadness in them mirroring the way he felt.
He bent and kissed her lips gently, then pulled away, staring into her eyes again as if wanting to say something.
'Just say it. You know you want to.' Aragorn urged and sighed dramatically.
"I love you, Goddess...I love you so much, I know it seems fast...and I don't want to scare...,"
Aubrianne cut him off with her lips; as Zayne was hovering low, she tip-toed and grabbed the side of his face, pulling him in and pouring all her love into the kiss.
No, it was not too soon for her; she was not scared of his love. She was afraid of her love for him.
"I Love you too..." Zayne placed his forehead on hers, and she inhaled. "So much." She continued. "It. Hurts."
They finished the sentence together, both discerning immense love for one another.
'Good, there you go because Leia and I already know how we feel about each other, not only by actions.' Aragorn inserted.
While Zayne kissed her forehead again, then engulfed her, wrapping her in his arms as he hovered. Aubrianne bent backward a little, her head buried in his chest.
And they hugged tightly for another minute before Zayne pulled apart and walked away, not looking back.
He did not think he was that strong to look at her. But Aubrianne had the same idea. She could not bear to watch him walk away.
She as well turned and walked away, heading where they came from, tears running down her eyes.
They were coming fast, and furiously the further she went from his presence. The bond weakened with distance, leaving a hollowness in her chest.
Suddenly, Aubrianne could not breathe. She was devasted, and she ran straight out of the Airport. Jada took off behind her, and Kirrah and Shawn followed behind.
Getting to their parked vehicle, she stopped and leaned over, hands resting on the bonnet heaving. She felt like she was choking as she greedily inhaled, the need for her mate formidable.
Jada rushed over to her, raised her up, and locked her arms around Aubrianne's neck, 'Calm down sweetie, and just breathe with me, ok?"
"Ok?" She asked again when Aubrianne did not answer, and Aubrianne nodded her head, chin on the back of Jada's shoulder, between her neck, and hugged Jada tightly.
"Ok, in and out." Jada eventually released her as they did breathing exercises.
"I miss him so much," Aubrianne cried out, her tone anguished.
"I know, hun, I know," Jada answered, gently rubbing Aubrianne's lower back.
They stayed there until Aubrianne watched the plane in the air disappear from sight. It was only then that she slowly hopped into the vehicle, "take me home," was all she said.
Monday morning came too slowly for Aubrianne's liking, but she woke with purpose. Most might say she did not sleep at all.
However, the sooner she got to her doctor's appointment, the sooner she would be on her way with Jada to Wickersville and the sooner she would be in Ragnuff Crescent by her mate's side.
Aubrianne had laid in bed and thought of her remarkable mate all night. He was more than she could have ever dreamed of or hoped for. She and Leia fully agreed.
They had relived their time. Aubrianne had blushed and hid her face in her pillow like a lovesick teenager, recalling Zayne's intense gaze.
Her cheeks turned crimson as she recalled some of her boldness, some of their most daring times, like when did she get so brave and bold?
Aubrianne's heart constricted as she recalled the way he told her he loved her at the Airport. It was everything.
There was no more incredible feeling than being loved by someone this way. She recalled the intensity of the love in his eyes that could not hide from her searching eyes.
She saw it and loved it.
He had also said it many times during the deed. However, Aubrianne felt that it was said during the heights of pleasure, and people could say anything under bliss and don't really mean it.
But for her, when he said it at the Airport, while in each other's arms, staring intensely into her soul.
It was everything to her. She knew it, and she'd seen it in Zayne's eyes. But at that moment, he also solidified it for her with his words. A sweet melody in her ear that coursed through her being.
Only when he said this did she realize how much she wanted to hear those words. Even though she'd seen it in his actions and in his eyes.
He loved and wanted her...
