Not to be Okay
"Mario!"
Aurora screamed in surprise when she saw clearly the figure of her husband now standing perfectly next to Lucas. From the look in his eyes, it was clear that Mario was currently filled with extreme anger. Aurora even cringed herself because she had never seen an expression like this before.
More than that, Aurora was also very surprised, why was her husband suddenly in the bar? Wasn't he on a business trip out of town? In fact, he might even know Aurora's whereabouts.
"What are you doing? Have you gone mad? How dare you disturb us!" he said. The man pushed Mario's wrist away from his collar.
But as soon as it was released, this time it was Mario's turn to pull Aurora to get up from her seat. Bringing the woman to move standing behind him.
"Actually, who are you? What do you want?" he asked again. He was made even more annoyed by Mario's behavior which he considered impolite. Lucas felt that the man in front of him had gone too far for daring to forcefully pull the woman he liked away from him.
"You ask what I want?" Mario replied sarcastically. "I want you to stay away from my wife! You dare touch one hair, I swear I will break your hand," Mario threatened.
"What did you say? Your wife?"
Lucas was laughing too. Assuming what Mario just said was just a joke. She didn't believe in the slightest that the man who was now in front of her was the husband of the woman she liked so much.
"Don't be crazy! Save your bullshit. What's the proof that you're Aurora's husband?"
"I'm not lying," said Mario. The man then raised his hand then showed the wedding ring on his ring finger. "This is proof that I am Aurora's husband." Seconds after, Mario turned to Aurora, grabbed his wife's right wrist, intending to look for the woman's wedding ring, but unfortunately he couldn't find anything.
"You're not even wearing your wedding ring, Aurora?" asked Mario while shaking his head repeatedly. Can't stop thinking about what his wife did to him.
"Mario stop!"
"You should stop!" snapped Mario. "Tell me who you really are. Tell this man what your status is," Mario ordered while pointing at Lucas.
Aurora took a deep breath. From the corner of his eye, he could see how everyone in the bar was watching the three of them who were currently involved in a feud. Lazy to extend the story, Aurora finally had to nod, then she looked at Lucas and said, "Yes, Lucas. This man is my husband."
"What are you saying?!"
Lucas looked genuinely surprised. He never thought that the woman he had been after all this time already had a husband.
"As you heard, this woman next to me is my wife," Mario said then. He then stepped forward, leaned his face, then whispered sarcastically. "That's why, don't ever try to get close to my wife or I'll beat you up mercilessly!"
Mario turned around. Again pulled Aurora's wrist, intending to take her to get out of the bar.
"Come with me. You have to go home right now!"
While Lucas, trying to catch up. However, after only a few steps forward, Alexius, who was also there, immediately confronted him with his large body. Shake his head. Cue for Lucas to stop his steps.
"You have ears, right?" said the burly man with narrowed eyes. "My master has said do not disturb. That means I can no longer bother a woman who obviously already has a husband."
"I have no business with you," Lucas replied no less sarcastically.
"But I have business if you dare to disturb my Lord's family. I will break your neck myself if you persist."
After saying that, Alexius left. Leaving Lucas who growled in annoyance because he couldn't catch up, let alone take revenge on the man who had just humiliated him.

"You really are too much, Aurora!"
Mario shouted angrily when he and Aurora were now in their room. Still in a standing position with a red face, Mario expressed the frustration he was feeling.
"What do you mean by outrageous? I just went to the reunion party. Then what's wrong with going to the party?"
"You ask what's wrong with you?"
Mario laughed wryly. He could even see Aurora's expression, which didn't feel the least bit wrong, let alone regret what she had just done out there.
"You lied to me! Even when you were there, you almost kissed another man, Aurora."
"That's none of your business, Mario!"
Mario again could only shake his head as he spoke softly. "How dare you do all this. Have you forgotten your status as my wife? Have you also forgotten that you are currently carrying my flesh and blood?"
In a barrage of so many annoying questions, Aurora nodded casually. Without the slightest regret, the woman answered Mario's words.
"Theoretically, legally, and religiously, I am indeed your wife. But I'm sure you realize that I don't have the slightest feeling for you, Mario. Don't forget to remember, in the pre-nuptial agreement, we are not even allowed to interfere in each other's personal affairs, right?"
Aurora threw the sentence with full awareness. It couldn't be helped, from the start he had emphasized that he didn't like Mario one bit or even the baby in his stomach. If not because Tristan and his father forced him, where would he be willing to marry.
"I know that," Mario replied. "But can't you keep your honor as a wife? Ok, Fine, if you don't love me. But please watch your attitude towards other men out there. Like it or not, your status is my wife. The mother of the future baby in your stomach."
Aurora sighed lazily. Very sick of the fact that Mario just conveyed.
"I hate you, Mario. I really hate having to be pregnant like now! Because of you and this damn baby, I have to give up my freedom by force. Just so you know, I'm sick of being in this position. I hate having to when I was with a man I clearly didn't love. If you want to know, that guy you met at the bar was someone I used to like. If only I hadn't married or been pregnant with your child, maybe I could have become his wife and live happily with someone who I obviously like it. Not even suffering like now!"
Mario in a standing position seemed to clench his wrists tightly. It hurt his heart to hear Aurora's long explanation. The woman spoke as if there was not the slightest burden on her.
At that time, Mario had to take great pains to protect himself so that the emotions he was feeling right now would not explode. Closing his eyes for a moment while taking a few deep breaths, Mario nodded, then didn't take long to speak again.
"So you want to be free from me?" asked the man while looking closely at Aurora.
"Of course!" Aurora answered confidently. "I want to be free like before."
"Fine," nodded Mario. "I will comply with your request.
Done saying that sentence. Mario walked towards the cupboard. Picked up some of his belongings and then immediately put them in one of the suitcases that were there.
Not enough to stop there, Mario also took some work needs. There was a laptop and tablet that he had previously kept in the small suitcase he had taken on a trip to Liverpool the past few days. Moving some of the contents into a bigger suitcase, very much like someone who wants to move.
"I've brought all my stuff from your room. Starting tonight, this second, I will never disturb you again. Regarding the baby in your stomach, you don't need to worry or be afraid. As soon as it's born, I'll take it right away," said Mario at length. . Very sure of what he just said.
Now, Mario's passionate love for Aurora seems to have vanished. It just evaporated, replaced by a feeling of extreme resentment over all the vile deeds and words he had just gotten.
Grabbing his suitcase, Mario intended to leave. However, before actually stepping out of the room, Mario looked back at Aurora. There was one more thing he needed to convey to the woman whose status was his wife.
"Ah, I almost forgot. You want a divorce, right?" he asked casually. "Don't worry, I will divorce you after you give birth. So you should be a little patient. When that time comes, don't forget, I will take my child. So, please take good care of him in your belly."
Aurora in her sitting position could only remain silent. Keep watching how Mario walked out of the room until the man's shadow completely disappeared from sight.
Meanwhile Mario, who had decided to leave that night, accidentally ran into Raphael who had just come home from work late. The 53-year-old man seemed surprised to see his son-in-law who was suddenly at home. But, more than that, what surprised Raphael even more was that he felt strange seeing Mario leaving the house carrying such a large suitcase.
"Mario, you're home already? Then where are you going at this time of night with such a big suitcase?"
Mario didn't answer right away. Stopping his steps, the man grabbed Raphael's wrist, then unexpectedly threw a hug at his father-in-law.
"Pa, I have permission to return to my house. As long as he's not here, I'll entrust Aurora and my future child to Papa."
Raphael's brow furrowed deeply. He didn't understand in the slightest what Mario had just said.
"Wait a minute!" hold Raphael after breaking the hug. "What do you mean by back home? You want to get out of here?"
Mario nodded.
"Yes, Pa. I'm going to leave here. And probably won't stay here anymore."
"But why?" asked Raphael curiously. "Why suddenly like this? Did something happen between you and Aurora?"
Mario just smiled. Actually very lazy to explain at length to his father-in-law. Not unwilling. But more to protect Raphael's feelings. After all, no matter how wrong Aurora is to him, Mario doesn't like to talk about his wife's ugliness.
"I really should have left here, Pa. Besides, I'm doing this to make Aurora happy."
"For God's sake, Mario. Exactly what is going on with you two?" asked Raphael again. He was increasingly curious about what was happening to his daughter and son-in-law.
"Papa, just ask Aurora what happened. For sure, this is all my fault. That's why I decided to leave. But don't worry, I'll still be responsible. As soon as the baby in Aurora's stomach is born, I'll take her straight away so it won't be a bother Aurora later on."
"Mario... what the heck is this?"
"I mean what I say, Papa."
"But why do you have to go all out? Do you two want to separate?"
Mario then shook his head.
"For now maybe not. But there is a possibility that in the future we will separate. It all depends on Aurora, Pa. So far you have tried to be the best. But if Aurora in the end still can't accept me, I'd better just back down. I nor can I see the woman I love suffer because she has to live with me."
Raphael was speechless. After hearing what Mario explained, he could only see how his son-in-law said goodbye and then left the Quartararo family's residence.
Mario himself that night chose to go to his apartment. Decided to stay there while thinking about what steps he should take after this.
Mario also decided not to go to his parents' residence for a while. He didn't want his father and mother to wonder, let alone worry about seeing him and Aurora split up on bad terms like now.
