CHAPTER 26: Miss Each Other
“You’re spacing out again.”
Ivyna look to her left side when July speaks up suddenly.
It’s been two days when they arrived back to their home. Ivyna got back to her work and Taese got back to his company. They are now working separately since Taese’ grandfather came back to work.
It’s been two days, too, when Ivyna and July started working together again.
Ivyna shook her head. “I’m just thinking of something.”
July face her. “Is it about Sir Taese again?” she teased.
She rolled her eyes. “It’s not about him, okay? I’m just thinking of something not him.”
When they started working again, July always teased Ivyna about him.
“Really? But your face says otherwise.” She laughs.
“Don’t start, Jul. Go back to your thing.” She focused herself to the computer in front of her.
Ivyna felt strange working with her. It’s just that she used to work with Taese. Every morning, his bossiness will greet her. But now we went back to their works, it’s kind of feeling strange but soon she will get used to it.
She thought July will go back to her table but she’s wrong. Instead going back to her table, July went nearer to her and lean her elbow to the table. Then she looks at her.
“Hmm, do you miss him?”
“What are you talking about?” she said, shockingly. “I’m not. Why would I? We are not that close.”
Her smiles grow more. “Chill, I’m just asking. Though, you make a better couple. Perfect couple!“
“Perfect couple you say! Stop day dreaming and go back to your table. You’re bothering me!”
She laughs again. “You’re blushing---“
“I’m not!!”
"Okay."
She laughs once again before move to her place.
“By the way, how about the man in your dream?” she open up. “Did you have dream of him again?”
Ivyna shook her head. “Nope.”
Ivyna told her about the man that always appeared in her dream. She didn’t tell her actually about what they did. She just said to her that she met a guy in her dream and he always showed up in her dream that’s it.
She got confused because after what happened in her dream, he suddenly disappear and never appear in her dream anymore. Is it because he gets what he really wants from her? That’s why he disappeared like nothing’s happened.
She shook her head.
'It’s just a dream. I shouldn't feel like I lost him or what.' she thought.
His face she can't recognize him anymore but he’s birthmark, she clearly remember it.
After the work hours, Ivyna and July went to the near bar from their work to relax themselves.
“Let’s get wasted!” July shouted while swaying the glass she’s holding in the air.
While drinking, she can't erase in her mind how is Taese is? Is it true that she misses him? Is July right?

TAESE is busy singing the papers in frot of him. When he arrived early this morning in his office, a lot of papers greeted him.
He's focused singing the papers when someone knock to the door.
'Tsk. Why you need to knock if you can enter it?' He thought referring to Ivyna. He thought Ivyna was knocking to the door.
"Come in!"
His attention didn't leave the papers when the person who knock enters his office.
"Sir Taese, these papers also need to sign up toda—"
"Just give it to my secretary." He said without looking.
The man didn't know what to do. He's confused to what Taese said.
'Secretary? Who is his secretary?' The man thought while looking around but see nothing other than Taese.
"Ah, Sir—"
"Aish!" He harshly put down the pen. "I told you to give it to my secretary—"
He then realizes that Ivyna is not his secretary anymore. He looks to the corner where she thought Ivyna is.
He sighs when he didn't see her.
"Put it down here," he calmly says, pointing the table.
The man immediately put down the papers and left him.
He leans his head to the board of his swivel chair and rest a bit.
It's been two weeks but still he always forgot that Ivyna is no longer his secretary. He just used to it to calling her, scolding and command her to sign all the papers. But now, they already work separately.
"What the fuck!?" he suddenly curse. "Why I'm thinking her?!"
He get back to his works and focuses on it to avoid thinking her.
Annoyingly, he throw the pen away when she kept appearing in his mind.
"What the fuck wrong with me?! Why I keep thinking her?!"
