Breakfast at Diner's
Chapter 40
"Huh?" Ashley frowned and sighed.
"Why do you want to know Sandra?" She asked, scratching her head.
"Because it is important and I have to write it down. I think my Boss knows Mikhail and he just keeps talking. Help me, dear sister." Sandra mumbled and Ashley laughed.
"Okay then," Ashley said and sat up from the tub.
"Mikhail has three Casinos. The first one is at Ruby Road down the Estate and over there they mostly deal in gambling. They don't do drugs so make sure not to write something you'd regret later. And the other two, are both close. near Victoria street." Ashley said and sighed.
"Is that okay?'
"You're your husband's wife huh?"Sandra chuckled.
"Well, a wife has to learn some things."
"Hm!" Sandra huffed.
"What was that sound, do it again and I'll not say another word." Ashley threatened.
"I didn't do anything dear sister, please keep talking and don't mind me."
"Well, there's nothing to talk about. The rest are meant to put you in trouble so let them be and don't bother yourself about them." Ashley said and cut off the call.
Such a witch!

That was one thing she had over that crafty person named a Boss.
She could easily get the information she wanted.
Sandra walked into the board room.
They were all sitting staring at her as she went forward to switch on the huge TV.
"Uhm." She began and smiled.
"I'm going to talk about the Casinos owned by Mr. Mi...Mazza." She said again.
Why was she even talking about the Casinos owned by Mikhail?
It wasn't even related to their latest product launching and he wanted her to talk about the Casinos.
She could see confusion crease some of their head but she had to do it anyway.
"Mr. Mazza owns three Casinos and these Casinos are only meant for gambling, no drugs involve."
That was a lie.
Mikhail dealt with drugs, she could recall that time Ashley had so wanted to join them and was almost caught at their port where the shipments always arrived.
"The first Casino that was built by his father and the father before is the last and largest building in Ruby Road and the other two are both in Victoria street. The first time Brian Maxwell came to Seattle for a well-defined structure of a gambling world..the first person he met that day was Mr. Mazza and although the tabloids had gotten it wrong that it was about a certain drug problem that made the government confiscate the Casinos only to leave it after an hour. Last week it was said that a student was found in one of the Casinos using meth no one had ever found. It was said that this meth had been transferred from China and was worth more than A million dollars. Just one tiny bit of it was more than A million dollars. And to conclude everything, I'll like to tell you all to mind your business and not poke your nose into someone else's matters." She concluded and smiled.
Turning to look at each member of the board room, she could see frowns on their faces and how they were clapping as if someone was forcing them.
There was no use for that!
She didn't even want them to clap!
They could all go to hell for all she cared!
" Now this is what I needed but not literally. You see Miss Sandra, you gave us your detailed Casino information about Mr. Mazza. You tried though but the last sentence was not needed. I wouldn't make the same mistake if I were you next time." He said, staring at her but she said nothing.
Standing up, he dragged his tie out and turned to the other members of the board.
"I would love a detailed list of each MSc in LA and Seattle by the next board meeting each of you. Meeting Dismissed!" He said and began to walk away and Sandra followed suit.
"Why was that even a topic to talk about Boss? It was not even related to what we were talking about?!" Sandra asked as she followed him to his office.
"Go get ready Miss Sandra, we leave for Italy when the plane lands upstairs." He said, his face cold.
Sandra nodded, as she began to walk away.
Better to go than provoke the devil in human clothing!

Ashley came out of the car, the restaurant was beautiful and so breathtaking.
It was one of Mikhail's and she hissed that he had taken her to the other one instead of this one.
And the fact that they'd be leaving the next day was still aching her small heart.
"Can you at least walk as if you have legs, Ashley? It would do us both good!" He hissed, walking back and grabbing her hand so she'd walk faster.
"Don't do that! My legs are aching me because of these heels." She almost yelled.
Her legs were aching and it was due to the heels he'd forced her to wear saying she had to look good and it wasn't good to be seen on flats every time.
Damn him!
Her eyes widened when she saw Sandra who waved at her from her seat.
Wait! This was the important person they were coming to see? Sandra's Boss?
" Hey, Dude!" Mikhail walked to the guy and they did their little handshake before side hugging each other.
Weird!
"Meet someone close to me, he's just like a brother. His name is Mason." Mikhail mumbled and Ashley nodded.
"And uhm, Mason this is my wife Ashley," Mikhail said again.
"Yeah, you two have the same cockiness. I mean look at him, drinking alcohol with a straw, who does that?" Ashley chuckled, shaking her head.
It wasn't her fault, she had just said the very thing that crawled to her head without thinking.
She was already seated and a glass of wine was offered to her.
Ashley dropped her glass and two eyes were staring at her.
"What? Wasn't that funny?" She asked with a frown.
Mason chuckled, shaking his head.
"If I had known that you got yourself an interesting wife, I would have visited long ago," Mason said and Ashley smiled.
"Since Mikhail forgot to introduce us all, I'll do it myself. That's my sister right beside you.. and I guess you both know each other." Ashley mumbled, winking at Sandra who gave her a look that said; 'keep me out of this.'
"Oh...I didn't know that." Mason mumbled and Sandra cussed under her breath.
Such a bad lying boss!
