###Chapter 305 She Is Not Biden's True Daughter – Part 2
I nodded and motioned to him to go!
It was a matter of life and death, and he could not afford to delay his help.
Watching him leave, Nicole looked at me with resentment in her eyes and shouted, "You shouldn't be alive!"
Her remark was so cold that I couldn't help feeling hurt.
I was a little confused when she said that I shouldn't be alive. I haven't even messed with her these days.
The ambulance took away the pregnant woman and Jordan followed along to see the situation. Soon, the road was cleared.
After being late for most of the day, there was not enough time to go to the cemetery anymore. Not to mention that if I went alone, it was already too late and it would not be safe on the way back home.
Anyway, I drove directly to the hospital to see what happened to the pregnant woman.
Inside the hospital, I looked for the receptionist.
Apparently, the pregnant woman was not hit but was frightened which led to the breaking of her amniotic fluid.
By the time I arrived, the pregnant woman had been sent to the delivery room, and all the doctors gathered in her room.
Originally, it was Jordan's responsibility. Mike Wesley arrived to communicate with the pregnant woman's family. Nicole suffered some minor injuries and was taken by different physicians for observation.
Once things were done, Jordan had time to sit and simmer down. I looked at him and was silent for a while before I asked, "You've always been a steady driver. How could something like this happen all of a sudden?"
He raised his glance, as his weary and deep eyes fell on me. It looked like he was carrying something heavy. I suddenly had a bad premonition.
Sure enough, after a moment of silence, he said, "You can gladly fight with me in the car!"
Seeing the sweat on his sleeves and smelling a faint smell of blood, I couldn't help frowning.
"Are you hurt?" I opened my mouth and raised my hand to straighten his clothes.
He held his hand and said, "It's all right!" His face was still visibly grim.
I curled my lips and my anger welled up after holding back for a long time. "Jordan, do you think you are strong and manly that you can't get hurt at all? If you got hurt, let's see the nurse. You'll be fine in an instant. What's the matter with you?"
He was suddenly stunned by my outrage. He opened his mouth to speak but could not say anything. I simply stared back at him.
When I took off his coat, I noticed that he had been scratched on his arm, and the blood had solidified on his skin. Because the clothes were black, I could hardly see anything wrong with him.
If I hadn't been close to him and smelled the blood, I wouldn't have speculated if he was hurt at all.
When he saw me frown, he opened his mouth with a gentle voice. "A little wound wouldn't kill me."
"Shut up!" I was very angry. I didn't know if I was angry with him and Nicole, or because he didn't take care of himself.
Anyway, I was still angry!
I called a nurse to clean his wound. His delicate suit was cut and his temperament suddenly turned cold
Acquaintances were used to it, but the little nurse was young after all, and his arrogant demeanor made her hands tremble with so much anxiety.
He frowned and looked really furious. He gazed up at me for a long time and said, "You come!"
The little nurse was shocked by his voice. She stopped the movements with her hands and consciously put alcohol on the wound.
Jordan frowned and said in a heavy tone, "I said let her come and do it!"
I sighed, took the alcohol from the nurse's hand, tried to control my emotions, and said warmly, "Thank you. Go ahead and I'll take care of him."
Relieved, the young nurse nodded again and again, "It's all good!"
When I saw the nurse running away, I looked up at him and said, "I will put it right away, and you have to shut up if it hurts."
He curled his lips, and his dark eyes contrasted against the light. "Did you eat something today that made you so aggressive?"
I was silent as I cleaned the wound with a bandage. Fortunately, it was nothing but a scratch. The skin was lacerated, and it looked like a bit of flesh and blood had been torn off, but it was nothing serious.
It didn't hurt very much. He just needed some medicine to make it heal for a few days.
After cleaning the wound, I got up, took out the supplies, and looked at him lightly. "Why are you fighting in the car?"
If they weren't quarreling in the car, there wouldn't be a car accident at all. I knew his temper.
Seeing that he had no intention of opening his lips, I could not help but feel disappointed. Before I could even say anything, some woman suddenly came and interrupted me.
"Because of you. It's all because of you, Ivelle, you pest." Nicole has already taken care of the wound and has come out of the ward.
She was full of resentment and anger.
She seemed all right and healed, but her voice was tough and angry. "All right, let's go back!"
"Oh, just stop, Jordan." Nicole sneered, "Do you think you can lie to her for the rest of your life? How long can you hide it?"
I frowned and looked at Jordan. "What did you lie to me about this time?"
Jordan looked a little cold, and his eyes fell on Nicole. He faintly looked at Mike Wesley, who had handled the matter well, and told him, "Send Miss Nicole back."
Mike nodded and forced Nicole to get ready to leave. She gladly pushed him away and said in a sarcastic voice, "Do you think that as long as we don't say it, other people won't even notice?"
Looking at me immensely irked, she said, "Ivelle, you are an idiot. Everyone has deceived you yet you still feel very happy and contented. You are really pathetic."
"I said take her away!" Jordan spoke, and his voice was infused with clear anger.
Mike took Nicole's arms and forcibly took her away.
I looked at the ferocious Nicole and said abruptly, "Let her go. Let her speak."
Walking towards Nicole, I pulled Mike away from her.
"What do you want me to say?" Nicole sneered, "What am I doing? You can ask your husband! He prepared a surprise for you, but it is much more interesting that he says it than I do."
I looked back at Jordan and asked him, "What's going on?"
"Go on and say it!"
Jordan was about to open his mouth, when he raised his hand and pinched the center of his eyebrows, obviously a little irritable.
He pulled me into the elevator, ready to take me away.
I had doubts in my mind, so I couldn't help but stop where I was.
Jordan looked very bothered and he gazed at me with deep eyes. "Ivelle, go back home, okay?"
I pursed my lips, oblivious for a few seconds. Then I followed him into the elevator.
When I got out of the elevator, Jordan went out first to drive the car out of the parking lot. I stood at the gate of the hospital waiting for the car, thinking to myself what he was hiding from me.
Several messages were coming from the phone, and I subconsciously opened it one by one and looked at it. It was all files.
Seeing that the message was from a strange number, I clicked on the photo, and a cold baby photo appeared in my line of sight.
The baby in the picture was very small and looked like a newborn baby, with a clear red mark on his forehead. He had a dark face and closed eyes.
The next few photos all featured the same baby's, and there was a video of the baby being placed in the incubator.
I suddenly felt as if I had been struck by a bolt of lightning. My hands and feet were sore and weak. I couldn't hold my phone firmly and fell to the ground.
I began to fall apart as my mind was filled with memories of me lying in the warehouse and images of the baby suffocated to death.
The thought of his suffocation made me suddenly unable to breathe. I admit that I was still cowardly and weak when I thought about my dead child, even if it had happened a long time ago.
After Aaron buried the child, I have never once seen what he looked like. I was afraid I would never be able to move on, so I never pursued to see his dead body.
I didn't expect that I would see the child at a time like this. He was exactly the same as the child in my dream, and his eyebrows and eyes were exactly how I imagined it.
