###Chapter 614 Who Wants It But Not – Part 8
Ivelle shook her head. Her hands trembled with fear and she heard a loud noise outside. Aaron shouted to call someone to save us.
She vaguely sensed that there seemed to be liquid flowing on her waist. She was startled and started to panic. She suddenly had a bad premonition and her voice trembled. She said, "Aaron, are you really fine? Do you feel any discomfort?"
His voice was still weak and he seemed to hold on to his consciousness and managed to talk to her. "I'm all right!"
Ivelle was in a hurry and shouted for help from their colleagues on the field. "Help, we're stuck here!"
When she opened her mouth to call Aaron again, he did not answer Ivelle and there seemed to be more and more liquid falling on her waist. She felt that she was almost trembling. "Aaron, are you hurt? Don't fall asleep and talk to me! Don't close your eyes, please, don't sleep. Help! Please hurry up, hurry up!"
"Miss Weld, don't worry. We'll rescue you right away! Guys, there are people stuck here!" There was a voice outside, and I was already sobbing.
After a while, the people outside finally helped them out in the rubble. Aaron was still protecting Ivelle. Bruno Coleman, who was supposed to reach out to help them, suddenly moved back when he saw Aaron's situation. After a few seconds of hesitation, he looked at the other people who also came. "Call the paramedics and ambulance, come on!"
When Ivelle heard those words, her pupils suddenly dilated and her breathing stopped. Her body was so stiff that she did not dare to move at all.
The paramedics arrived and carefully helped Aaron who was protecting her. They put him on the stretcher and Ivelle was picked up by Bruno, breathing a little too fast to say a word.
She looked at the pool of blood on the ground that seemed to have crashed in her head. Ivelle did not know how she got to the hospital.
Everything became quiet when she arrived. She stood at the door of the emergency room, watching the doctors went in and out. She was nervously trying to ask about Aaron, but she could not say a word.
Someone seemed to be pulling her where she was. Ivelle was still indifferent and motionless at the door of the emergency room. She did not know how long before the light in the emergency room turned red and her heart relaxed. She felt relieved from then on.
A few minutes later, the emergency room door was opened and the doctor in a white gown came out. Ivelle wanted to ask how Aaron was doing, but she could not say a word. She opened her mouth but it seemed like she had a sore throat for there were no words nor voice that came out of her mouth.
The doctor looked at her and paused slightly. He looked again and frowned slightly. He went up to her and asked, "Are you all right, miss?"
Ivelle shook her head and said, "No-thing! " Ivelle had such a sore throat that she could not even say the words clearly.
The doctor looked behind her and said, "Please take this lady to surgery to see if there is anything wrong with her."
At this time, Ivelle realized in hindsight that she was almost covered in blood, and the clothes she wore in the morning that were originally light almost dyed red. No wonder the doctor asked her to go to surgery.
The man standing behind him was Felix Stewart. Ivelle did not know when he came. She was a little surprised to see him. He looked at the doctor and nodded. When he saw her looking at him, he said, "Ma'am, Mr. Badger is out of danger. Let me accompany you to have you checked up."
Ivelle nodded as if her spirit had relaxed at this time. She suddenly saw the entire black and she lost her consciousness.
When she woke up again, she was already lying in a hospital bed with a nurse giving her an infusion. "The patient was frightened but she was relaxed after excessive nervous tension. Plus her menstruation and the sudden stress reaction of the body," she told Ivelle. "Have enough rest and recuperation will be fine after infusion."
But obviously, this was not directed at her. There were others in the room. Jordan and Felix were there in their black suits. After listening to the nurse, Felix nodded and sent the nurse away.
Jordan naturally saw her awake and his pair of black eyes fell on her. A moment later, he faintly moved away.
Ivelle's voice was a little better, and she could not pay attention to the arguments she had with him a long time ago. She was still thinking about Aaron so she could not help but say, "How's Aaron? Is he all right?"
Jordan looked fine but after she asked that, his face suddenly turned black. His pair of dark eyes fell on her and his words were cold when he said, "You are full of concern for him!"
Ivelle frowned while ignoring his cold words and said, "Is he out of the emergency room? Is he in ICU? Is there anyone taking care of him?"
Jordan looked at her and did not speak for a long time. His eyes were disappointed and cold and seemed to be somewhat ridiculous hearing those words from Ivelle. After a long time, he left the ward without saying a word.
Seeing this, she knew he was angry but she was still worried about Aaron. After all, he saved her life.
Regardless of the dextrose attached to her hand, Ivelle got up directly from the bed. She pulled it out and went to see Aaron.
The door was suddenly opened and it was Felix who came in. When he saw that she wanted to pull out the needle, he hurriedly stopped her. He looked at Ivelle and said, "Ma'am, the doctor just said you can't pull out the IV fluid."
Ivelle frowned and said, "Felix, can you help me to see how Aaron is doing now? I'm really worried about him! Is there anyone taking care of him?"
Felix sighed helplessly and said, "Ma'am, sometimes I really don't understand. Are you really confused or pretending to be confused? Do you think Mr. Badger will ignore him just to protect you from harm? You are Mr. Astley's wife. He cares about you and loves you. He arranged everything for you when he heard about the accident. Knowing that something had happened to you, he rushed to the hospital immediately. He watched you standing at the door of the emergency room covered in blood and worried about another man. He even completely ignored all the people around him. You didn't even hear him calling and talking to you and you suddenly fainted. He was a man who was so nervous that he was going to cry. He was afraid that you were worried about Mr. Badger's injury so he looked for the best doctor in the hospital to operate on Mr. Badger, the best nurse to take care of him, and even a chaperone. Now, ever since you woke up, you haven't even said a word to Mr. Astley. Even your every word was all about this Mr. Badger. Ma'am, he is your husband. He is a man of flesh and blood, watching his woman freak out for another man. He is not a piece of wood. He will feel bad and he'll get hurt, too!"
Ivelle froze and for a moment, she did not know what to say. She fell silent after hearing what Felix said to her.
Seeing her stupefied, Felix sighed and said, "Ma'am, Mr. Badger is out of danger. He hasn't passed the anesthetic stage and hasn't woken up yet but he's monitored by nurses and doctors, so there won't be any big deal. You don't have to worry. The most important thing right now is that you'd better have a good rest and take care of yourself."
As he asked her to go back to the hospital bed, her mind was full of Felix's words and the unspeakable feeling in her heart. For a moment, she was so anxious that she ignored Jordan's feelings.
