###Chapter 96 The New Secretary Of Jordan Astley
###Chapter 96 The New Secretary Of Jordan Astley
She nodded with a smile on her face. "Director, thank you very much for the opportunity this time, but I am sorry. This decision is also my own decision."
When it comes to this, there is no need for Ivelle to say more.
She nodded and said. "Well, you can email me your resignation letter sometime and then let someone else take over the job."
She stood in front of Ivelle and bowed solemnly, turned around and took a few steps. She then looked back at her and said. "Director, Astley's audit and Samson's Electronics are not as simple as it seem."
Ivelle was stupefied. Before she could ask, she had already left the office.
Recently, their financial state is not good. It is easy to forget things, thought that what she said was not very clear. As for Astley's audit and Samson's Electronics, Ivelle knew there was a problem. However, for a while, there is no way to know.
Jordan is also reluctant to talk about work with Ivelle at home, so she can only shelve these things.
At lunchtime, Jordan called her to his office.
She doesn't have to guess, he wanted her to go up and have lunch with him.
Ivelle doesn't know if Jordan meant it, but his office also changed a hue. The pot of plants originally placed at the door were replaced by two pots of peacock blue.
The other side was an empty hall but was also filled with green apples and other plants.
At lunchtime, Felix packed up his things and was ready to go out. When he saw Ivelle, he was slightly stunned and said. "The President is in the office. Miss Ivelle, you can just go in!"
She nodded and glanced at the newly added desk in the office area. She couldn't help but wonder. "Have you added new people to your Secretarial Department?"
Felix said so little that he didn't have to say it. He nodded and hummed. "Hmm!"
Knowing that she couldn't ask anything from him, Ivelle didn't ask any more questions, so she just went straight into Jordan's office.
Jordan was still busy. When she saw her came in, he motioned to the food on the table. "You eat first and I'll be ready in a minute."
I nodded and noticed that the newly added green apple on his table was only for a moment, and then bowed his head to eat.
When Jordan finished, he sat next to her, looked at her and asked. "Is there any place you want to go?"
Ivelle shook my head. "No! Shouldn't I stay at home and raise the baby now? Why are we going somewhere else?"
After a few bites, she lost my appetite and looked at him. Because of what she saw a while ago, she couldn't help but ask. Is there a new guy in your office?"
He raised his eyebrows. "It looks like the wife of the president is curious."
Ivelle was silent and waited for him to continue.
He paused and said. "It's someone from Dean Blakely before. You'll have to rest in a few months. It's convenient to have multiple secretaries."
"Dean Blakely? I'd like to meet the girl I met at dinner before".
It may be said that she was brilliant. Suddenly, a woman came in with a bright yellow dress and a tall ponytail with a smell of youthfulness all over her body.
"I'm sorry, Boss Astley but I'm here to deliver the documents!" The girl was a little embarrassed and put the papers that were in her hand on Jordan's desk and then took a restrained look at Ivelle.
When Ivelle saw that she immediately went out, she looked at Jordan and smiled. "There is a smell of youth everywhere, which is very good."
He raised his eyebrow, stretched out his long arm and pulled her into his arms. "Are you jealous?"
She shook my head. "No, I just think you and your office have changed a lot and have the power of life."
He hugged her and took a shallow breath. "We're giving birth to a little life, aren't we?"
She was silent and her heart was not rest assured at first, but endless fear engulfed her. What she doesn't know is where this fear came from.
After dinner, Jordan let her have a rest in the lounge. When she got back to the office, it was a little noisy.
Jordan seemed to have gone out. She didn't think much about it and didn't have anything to do, so she just went home and stayed.
However, she met a delicate and petite girl in Jordan's office. When she saw her, the girl smiled stiffly. "Mrs. Astley, you are at rest. Did I just disturb you?"
As she looked at the girl, it seemed that she was a little familiar but Ivelle can't remember it clearly. She can't help but be stupefied. "Who are you?"
She smiled and said, "my name is Eva Blakely, we have met before. You may not remember me but I am Dean Blakely's niece. I just joined the Astley's Group and is the Secretary of General Astley."
She just woke up and although she heard it vaguely, Ivelle generally understood it. She was just curious why Jordan suddenly asked her to be his secretary.
"Did you set up all these green apples in the office?" She opened her mouth and casually asked. Jordan and Felix were relatively busy and they also got some vegetation before. But then, it was not long before they were lost and withered, mainly because Jordan was always busy in any way.
'How come people are allowed to put things in his office now?' She can't help but be aggrieved.
"Yes! Boss Astley was cold-tempered and the office was a little deserted, so I asked Felix for advice and put some green apple in." This Blakely looks smart.
She nodded and said nothing more. Ivelle rubbed her sore eyebrow and said. "Well, if that's what it is!"
Jordan's office will be out of the office at any time.
Kyle Branson resigned, and Ivelle had to do a lot of things by herself. Although Astley's audit was completed, she had a lot of things to do about Samson's Electronics financial statements and audit.
After tossing about for a long time, she was a little tired. Although she had passed the critical period of the first three months semester of being pregnant, she always felt that she was not in good health.
When she saw that it was almost eight o'clock in the evening, Ivelle simply stopped her work and prepared to go home to have a rest.
Jordan sent her a message at dinner time, said that he already ordered soup for her in the evening so he can't accompany her.
Ivelle didn't care much. After all, they both have their own time and they can't be together all the time.
She went downstairs and drove and she went straight back to the villa.
The moment that she saw Marcela was still mopping the floor, she couldn't help but be stupefied. She asked in surprise."Marcela, why are you back? Haven't you been busy these days?"
She stopped her movements, looked at her and sighed. "What can I do? I am so old and my son is useless."
A trade union came to clean the villa in an hour. Seeing that she had cleaned the villa spotlessly, she thought she might have been aggrieved when she went home.
Ivelle also said a lot, thought about it and asked. "Sister Marcela, I seem to have eaten a little and I am uncomfortable in the evening. Is there anything you can do to improve it?"
"I'm afraid it's bland. I'll cook some soup for you to eat. After you finish it, you go out and walk around early the next time."
With that, she went into the kitchen.
Ivelle followed her and leaned against the kitchen door and said. "Marcela, you don't know how pitiful Jordan and I were when you left these days. We couldn't cook, we didn't even eat, and we all suffocated to death."
She laughed as she cooked the soup. "You two children. Hey, you have to take care of yourselves. Your old woman won't leave anymore. I'll stay and take care of you. The little baby will come out to us in a few months and nothing bad can happen to it."
While they chatted, Marcela felt much better and made her soup. She didn't eat much so she went to bed directly.
