About an hour ago..

Blake was shaking his head but had a naughty smile on his face when he gave up calling his woman. He had a feeling that she won't pick the phone again.

DAMN! She sure knows how to tease! He told himself. He was having a boner because of what she said and texted.

"I can't wait to meet Heather." His mother said while setting the food on the small table. He looked at her and smiled.

"You will love her Mom. She is amazing." he said with pride.

"Seeing you this happy and proud just by talking about Heather really shows that you are finally with the right woman. That is exactly the expression on my face when I think and talk about your mother. You took after me." His father commented while he was reading newspapers as he sat on the couch. He couldn’t help grin when his mother went to his dad to kiss him on the cheek. His parents were always like this even after being married for a very long time. They even have public display of affection which he couldn’t understand before but now he did. If you love someone, you would constantly want to hold her , touch her and kiss her. You would do anything to have physical contact. That was how he felt about his Heather.

"How do you keep the spark going, Dad?" he asked his father.

"It's easy when you love the person you are with. It comes out naturally. You just have to nurture what you have." Came his old man’s reply.

"What your father means by nurture is, never get tired of saying and showing how much you love each other. Small things do wonders. Women aren't hard to please. A peck on the cheek ,a hug, a whisper of sweet nothings or even just a loving gaze from our partners will give us assurance on how much they care about us. Most of the times we don't even want material things. We appreciate small gestures which you men feel aren’t even important." His mother said.

"As they say son, a happy wife is a happy life." His father said with a chuckle. They all laughed.

"And try to avoid doing or saying things which could cause an argument or misunderstanding. I am sure you both know what those things or situations are. Always saying sorry is not good since it loses its true value. All you have to do is talk and be open to each other. I would love to spend some time with Heather too so I can give her some relationship advice too. I wished she were here now so she could hear all these.” His mother added and he nodded.

"Don't be too hard on my woman mom. She will be your daughter-in-law soon." he said which made his mom laugh.

" Don’t worry. I will be extra nice. I know how much you love her. I haven’t seen you this happy.” She said with a smile of happiness.

"I agree." Came his father’s voice.

"By the way, are you hungry? What do you want?" His mom checked the food on the table and the small fridge.

" I want to try the noodles which Eve brought mom. I like Heather to feed me but I’m not sure what time she’s coming. “

"Okay I will just heat the bowl of noodles." his mother said.

They heard a knock then they were all surprised when Kristel came in.

"What are you doing here?" He asked her with a heavy frown.

He and Heather were okay already but now his ex was here and her presence would surely cause a problem again. She ignored his question and instead walked to his parents to greet them and kiss them on the cheek. His parents were quiet but he knew they were just being polite.

"How did you know I am here?" he asked in an annoyed tone.

She put the basket of fruits she was bringing on the table before answering him.

"Elaine told me. She and Hector will come here later, " she said. “and tomorrow I will bring Kurt . He has been dying to see you, you know that.” She added.

" You don’t need to do that Kristel. The doctor said tomorrow Blake can leave the hospital.” Blake’s mother commented.

"Kurt misses Blake so much. He even cried when he heard that his Daddy Blake had an accident.” Kristel’s voice sounded unhappy.

They heard his father clear his throat. "Kristel it’s not that we don’t want the kid to see Blake. It’s just that my son has to ask Heather first if that’s fine with her. Heather is his girlfriend now and we don’t want any rift between them. He should discuss that with her first. I am sure you understand.” Said his father.

" My dad is right. Anyway she is coming anytime so she and I can talk about that." Blake agreed.

His ex just shrugged her shoulders and when she saw his mother getting the bowl in the microwave, she went to her.

"Is that for Blake? I will take it so I can feed him.”

"No it’s okay. I can do it.” Mrs. Acosta replied.

" Let me do it. The bowl is really hot. I got this.” Kristel insisted with a smile. She took the bowl from Blake’s mom.

"I can feed myself. Just put the bowl on the side table or I can wait for Heather." He said.

"This is best eaten hot. Please eat now. I will feed you.”

That was the scene Heather witnessed.

"Sweetheart.." Blake called her and she slowly came in.

Blake’s mom walked to her to welcome her. "Heather we finally met.” her voice voice sounded blissful.

She greeted her back and kissed her on the cheek. Blake’s mom was smiling fondly at her. The older Mr. Acosta also said hi to her.

“We are happy to have met you finally.” Blake’s father announced. And just like his wife, he enveloped her in his arms for several seconds.

Blake had a wide grin while looking at them. He was very happy that his parents liked his woman. He ran his eyes on her. She looked very lovely as usual. Kristel on the other hand, sulkily put the bowl on the side table and headed for a chair.

“Blake has been waiting for you.” Mrs. Acosta happily said before getting the fruits she was bringing.

Once again Blake called her while holding out his hand to her. His bed wasn’t reclined so he was sitting down. He patted the space next to him for her to sit then kissed her on the lips. She playfully slapped his arm due to embarrassment but he just chuckled.

"Well you have a very pretty girlfriend son.” The older Mr. Acosta complimented Heather.

"Heather you can call us mom and dad since you will be our daughter-in-law soon.” Suggested Blake’s mother.

Heather thanked her while she was trying to ignore Kristel's presence. She won't let this bitch ruin their relationship. She was happy that she was having her revenge on Blake’s ex now. Kristel looked pissed and she had the desire to thank her man’s parents for that. The way they had welcomed her probably was very annoying for the chubi. She was definitely feeling out of place. Blake’s parents were really nice to her and they talked about general things not including Kristel in their conversation. The bitch was only able to interfere when she reminded Blake about Kurt. Her face was emotionless but Heather knew that she was seething. She saw her almost gritted her teeth when Blake asked her about meeting the boy. She said it was okay with her and she would love to see Kurt too. His parents looked really happy when she said that and they commented that they were excited to see their future grandchildren. That made Kristel even more annoyed so she said that she had to go and she would just come back with Kurt tomorrow.

Blake’s parents were picked by Eve to bring them to Blake’s unit where they would stay the night. They would come back to Blake’s hometown tomorrow afternoon and they wanted to see him before their flight. But they also wanted to give them alone time.

When the three left, as expected Blake immediately kissed her passionately. They were moaning as they touched each other's body. His lips were on her neck as he kneaded her lovely tits. They could only do heavy petting.

"Shit sweetheart! I miss you so damned much!” he muttered throatily against her skin.

One of his hands was inside her top while her left hand was on his rock-hard bulge.

He raised his head to huskily say, " Sweetheart, we should really try making a baby as soon as possible. You heard how excited my parents are. They want a lot of grandchildren.”

She just smiled at him. She was about to let his manhood out of his briefs and pajamas when they heard loud knocks. He groaned in frustration while she giggled.

A nurse checked his IV and gave some medicine to him. When the female nurse left, she didn’t immediately go back to the bed. She wanted to talk to him about Jay first which was long overdue already.

"Sweetheart, come here. Let’s continue where we left off. “ He said huskily as he grinned.

She ran the tip of her tongue on her lips and his eyes darkened even more.

"Sweetheart can I say something first?" she asked.

She was standing near his bed. With a frown, he reached for her and got her hand to hold it.

"About what? If it's about Kristel being here, I can explain. Elaine told her what happened and where I am. Even my parents were shocked to see her.” He explained and he sounded worried.

She put her index finger against his lips. "t's okay sweetheart. I am not angry with you. I know that bitch would love us to fight so she is ready to do anything. I trust you and I know how much you love me. I know you will not look at other women again. I am one in a million right? “ She joked.

He flashed his clit-tingling smile then kissed her hand. "You got that right sweetheart. I love you very much." he said as he locked his eyes with hers.

Blake couldn’t explain how happy he was. His woman had become more understanding. He felt that he would be crazier about her "Thank you sweetheart. I feel that I am the luckiest man on earth." He murmured before pulling her closer to him. "Is there something else you want to say sweetheart?" he asked when he noticed that she looked edgy.

Heather slightly frowned. "Sweetheart I want to tell you something."

Blake's eyes slightly narrowed. "What is it sweetheart?" he asked.

She sighed. "I hope you won't get angry..." her voice became a little smaller.

"Go ahead. Tell me." he said dryly.

"I agreed to be a part-time model of JK Apparel..." She was hesitant to continue when she saw him furrow his brows but it's now or never...

"What kind of clothes are you going to model?"

"It depends on clients’ demands."

He didn't speak for a few moments. "Do you really want to do that?" he finally asked after a while.

He was looking at her intently. He didn’t want her to model but if that was what she liked , he would let her. He had to try to understand her more like how she was trying to understand him.. She nodded.

He sighed. "It's fine with me then."

He expected her to hug him to say thank you but she just said a quiet thank you . She still looked jittery.

He cocked his head to one side. “Anything else sweetheart?"

This time he released her hand then folded his arms on his chest. He felt that what she was going to say next was worse.

She chewed her bottom lip nervously before speaking again.

"I have to be with Jay for some photo shoots sometimes. He also models their clothes."

Blake didn't say anything. He had his jaw clenched. She felt her palms became sweaty as she waited for his comment.

"Okay." he finally said in an emotionless voice.

She closed her eyes in relief but she had to tell him one more thing about Jay. When she opened her eyes again, she had to swallow. Blake was looking intently at her and she was happy that he was not angry. He was doing what he promised. She crossed her fingers behind her back.

If the first and the second were okay with him. she needed a lot of luck on her last revelation.

I can do this! She encouraged herself.

"Sweetheart I think I need to tell you that Jay wooed me when we were in the university…”
