HYBRID HOOK 14
Abbie ended up sleeping the entire trip back. When she opened her eyes, she was lying in a large, comfortable bed with gray sheets and a very warm white blanket.
He yawned and stretched, the middle of his thighs aching. The memories of the reason for that pain however made her cheeks turn red. He looked around missing Hook, where was he? Whose room was that?
A minute later she decided to get up, still wearing Hook's shirt and no panties. He walked feeling the cold floor under his bare feet towards the bedroom door. He opened it and went out finding a small hallway with two more doors, walked to the end of it and saw a small living room with a black suede sofa and a TV on a panel on the wall.
On the other side was a full kitchen, her belly rumbled loudly with hunger but she decided not to touch anything. The door to the room opened and she saw a hybrid female walk past it.
No human being outside the gates of HybridFalls or the domain , other than those who work within them, has ever seen them before. They were handsome, had to be at least six feet tall, and had features reminiscent of hybrid males with well-defined cheekbones.
“Hi, I'm Breeze. I came at Hook's request to help you with whatever you need, he thinks I'm friendlier with human females, which is true. The female smiled sympathetically.
“Hi, nice to meet you, I'm Abbie. She returned the smile.
— Welcome to HíbridoFalls . Are you hungry?
"Wow, yes!" I am very hungry. And thank you very much for the welcome.
— I asked them to bring food. I think they must have arrived by now. I also ordered small clothes for you.
- Thanks. he said happily. "Where's Hook?"
Wanted to see you. I was still confused by his reaction when Flame wanted to help her into the helicopter.
“He's been talking to the council and giving them all the details of what happened to him. Breeze walked over and sat down on the couch.
"Is this his house?"
“Yes, he and his friend Blade live in this apartment.
Abbie just nodded and pulled the hem of the shirt she was wearing lower.
"What are you going to do with me?" - asked confused about how she would follow her life from now on.
“You're Hook's guest, you helped him, and we're all grateful that you helped one of our own. You can stay as long as you want and we can even give you a room in a dorm, but if you prefer, you can go home. We'll talk about an amount of money to help her.
“I don't have a home. I was thinking of looking for a friend when I leave here. But I don't want money for helping Hook, it was with all my heart, I never expected anything in return.
— It's not a payment, it's a help and it's only if you want it.
- I get it. Thank you for explain. Tomorrow I intend to pick up my cell phone at the technical assistance and look for a place to stay.
The doorbell rang and Breeze walked over, opened it, and pulled in a cart with covered dishes on top.
- Thanks. — he thanked whoever brought it and took it to Abbie — We have several dish options, you can feel free. Can I eat with you? I have not had lunch yet.
- Of course yes.
Abbie uncovered the plates and the wonderful smell made her stomach rumble loudly, her mouth watered but there were only dishes with animal meat. One had a big juicy steak with mashed potatoes, the other had roast chicken with grilled vegetables, and the other meatballs stuffed with pasta.
She decided not to say anything and just get the grilled vegetables. She put it on an empty plate and sat down on the couch to eat it, ate it all quickly and when she finished, Breeze was looking at her.
“I'm still hungry. He confessed, feeling like crying. She was afraid the hybrids would think of her as ungrateful.
— There's plenty of food, you can eat.
"It's just that I don't eat animal meat." I'm a vegetarian. he revealed and looked down at the empty plate in his lap.
“Oh, Abbie. I'm sorry, we didn't know. I'll ask them to bring a dish that doesn't contain animal meat.
- Really? I know they didn't know because I didn't say anything. But thank you very much. She thanked him with a huge emotional smile.
- Do not need to be sad. Humans are so sensitive. Breeze gave her a soft look and pulled a cell phone out of her pocket, typed something and put it away. "I already ordered your food."
“Most of us cry for nothing. Abby laughed.
The doorbell rang again and Breeze walked over, came back to her with a pile of clothes in her hands.
— Here are some clothes, you can choose what you want to wear and take a shower until your food arrives.
— It's a great idea, I'm dying to take a shower.
“Then I'll take you to the medical center.
- There is no necessity. I'm fine, I wasn't hurt.
Hook insisted. He said you probably wouldn't want it but I was supposed to persuade you.
"Why does he think I need a doctor?" she asked confused.
"Go take your bath and we can talk after you've eaten."
- He is well.
Abbie walked back into the bedroom and into the bathroom she found. He took off Hook's shirt and turned on the shower, the water heated quickly and he stepped under the spray feeling pretty good.
He rubbed his entire body and washed his hair with the shampoo that was there, he quickly recognized Hook's scent and being with him in his hair and skin pleased him a lot.
After twenty minutes she got out, dried off with the clean towel Breeze had given her, and dressed in gray sweatpants that were a little too loose for her and a dark blue long-sleeved shirt that fit her perfectly. She was still without panties but at least her bra was still wearable, she didn't have big breasts but she didn't like walking around with them sticking out through the cloth.
She felt light, had slept a lot and was clean.
"Your food has arrived." Breeze announced as soon as she appeared in the room.
- Ah, that's good. She gave the hybrid female a grateful look.
He picked up the plate and saw how wonderful it looked.
“You must have an excellent chef, look at that. It's perfect, you don't even want to eat it's so beautiful. Abbie said.
She loved the colorful colors on the plate and was in awe of the care taken by those who prepared it. There was cauliflower rice, grated beets and carrots, soy protein and roasted cherry tomatoes.
He ate it all without leaving a grain on his plate.
— I have never eaten anything so delicious. Is very good.
- I'm glad you liked it. Breeze had a hesitant look on her face.
“You said we'd talk. There is something wrong? Is hook all right? - she said taking a glass of water that was on the tray, drank it all.
— He's fine, but he asked me to take you to the doctor urgently, which I haven't done yet since I waited for you to shower and eat.
"But I swear I'm fine." I'm not hurt. Why would he want this?
“He spoke with Dr. Alisson, she is one of HybridFalls ' doctors and is the mate of a hybrid male , Obsidian. He says they shared sex and is very worried that he hurt you.
Abbie blushed.
“I'm really fine. What time will he arrive?
- I don't know. He told me to keep you company and to take you to the doctor.
"Did he tell anyone else that we had sex?"
- No. What you say to a doctor is confidential, as we have good hearing I ended up listening when Hook was talking to her, so she asked me to come get her.
"I understand, but I'd like to stay here and wait for him." I have to talk to him before I leave. I don't see the need to go to the doctor if I have nothing, what am I going to tell the doctor?
"Okay, if you swear it's okay, I'll believe you and respect your decision."
- I thank. Abbie smiled gratefully.
Breeze talked to her for the next few hours, she ended up lying on the couch and the hybrid female on the floor. Abbie loved to talk and so did Breeze, she loved the hybrid female , she was so friendly and funny.
The only friend Abbie had in her life was her cousin Megan, they grew up together but unfortunately she was prevented from keeping in touch when Markus bought her when she was seventeen. But as soon as Adam helped her escape, she got back in touch with her friend using a cell phone given to her by her brother.
At that time she thought Adam was her savior guardian angel.
But for all the distraction, he still missed Hook.
"It's already dark. Is everything ok with Hook?
Before Breeze could answer, the door opened, Abbie's heart fluttered and she smiled looking at the door anxiously but it was Blade who entered.
- Hey. he said with a smile.
“Abbie is waiting for Hook. Where is he?
The male's gaze looked hesitant.
“So…he said he's not coming back today.
Discouragement hit Abbie.
- What he is doing? asked the girl.
“He just asked me to fetch him clothes and take them to the next dorm.
Pain shot through the human female's chest and her mind quickly sank.
“He's been avoiding me. he concluded.
He felt sadness and hot tears threaten to fall but he didn't cry, then he felt anger.
“I'm not going to stay at his house and bother him while he has to go somewhere else just to avoid me. I was just waiting for him to show up to say goodbye to him. What did he think? That I would move here? That I would want to be on his toes? Stupid male! I'm leaving. - she looked at Breeze - That money you mentioned, could you at least give me an Uber?
"Yes, but will you be safe?"
- I'll find a way.
"He said he doesn't have a home." Where you go?
“I'm going to look for a friend of mine.
“Stay, Abbie. If you don't want Hook's room, you have mine. Blade offered.
— You can stay at my apartment too, I have a spare room.
Abbie was tempted. He felt that somehow they cared about her fate.
“I'm staying tonight with Breeze. Just let me get my purse. She went quickly into the bedroom and grabbed her purse. “Blade, tell that idiot Hook that I left and that I wasn't waiting for him here with a wedding ring.
