CHAPTER BONUS BLADE AND MEGAN
The explosions hurt my ears as I ran to the rubble in front of Abbie, my friend Hook's companion. I looked quickly to the side and in seconds I saw and heard him roaring in desperation removing what had fallen on top of his female.
"Save the other female!" he shouted but I was already going to do it.
I knelt on the floor next to the female as darkness covered her face.
— Hello female, I'm Blade, what's your name? I started talking to her with the intention of distracting her from any pain and keeping her conscious.
“M-My name is Megan. he replied in a hoarse, shaky voice.
"Megan, I'm going to get you out of there, can you tell me where it hurts and where I can touch you?" I asked with the intention of not hurting her.
She cleared her throat as if there was something preventing her voice from coming out normally, before speaking again.
— I just feel... There — he moaned in pain — A terrible pain in my left leg. - the female's sweet voice filled my ears - is Abbie okay? he asked in a panic.
“It's going to be okay Megan, my friend is helping her. I spoke in a calm voice when my heart was pounding inside.
I carefully removed the pieces of tile and wood from the top of her lower body, gently placed one arm under her thighs, the other around her waist and pulled her onto my lap and then began to walk her into the light to check for more wounds, there was a faint smell of blood.
When I reached the light and looked into her face, she was staring at me looking fascinated and she also seemed to blush as I sat down on some surface and began to study her body minutely looking for bruises.
"Is there any pain anywhere other than your leg?" I asked, looking into the beautiful eyes that I discovered were green, a dark shade of green.
— Just the leg, it hurts a lot. — She grimaced in pain and the expression also betrayed — It hurts too much, it's almost unbearable. she whimpered and at that moment I just wanted to take that pain away from her.
"Take a deep breath and try to think of something else." I know nothing will stop this pain now, but there's a helicopter waiting and we'll be in a hospital soon. I'll take it carefully, okay?
- Yea. Thanks. - She smiled even with pain and I felt something like a punch in the stomach because that smile was so beautiful.
Once inside the helicopter the situation was tense, my friend's female seemed to be in serious condition, I was worried about her, but her friend seemed agitated wanting news that I didn't have to give.
“We're almost there at HybridFalls. She will be fine. You are safe now. She nodded with tears in her eyes.
Hook looked more than anguished, I've never seen him like this, I realized that nothing I said would ease his despair and fear of losing his female. I could only stand by your side as a best friend giving moral support.
As the helicopter flew, I admired Megan, she was a very beautiful female, I would venture to say that she was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. She had pale skin and dark green eyes. Her red hair with big curls was long and tousled like she liked to have it down all the time. Her body was soft and curvy.
I know it wasn't the time for this, but for a few seconds I began to fantasize about what those soft, pale curves would look like. My body instinctively started to want to react but I controlled it, it wasn't appropriate to have that reaction at a time like that. I leaned in a little more just to get a better view of the incredibly attractive face.
She met my gaze and gave a slight smile without showing her teeth, it was enough for me to be sure that even disheveled and her skin smeared with smoke and dust, Megan was the most beautiful female I had ever seen.
All my instincts screamed in that moment, you'll be mine. And I always listened to my instincts. And it was the first time I'd felt this way about a female.
When we arrived at HybridFalls, Hook and I waited for news while Megan and Abbie were tended to. Later, Dr. Mandy said that one of them was released and it wasn't Hook's companion, at that moment she didn't have her friend around and I felt it my duty to give her all the support, not to mention the necessary care and protection for her.
So I went into the medical center room where she was and found her sitting in a chair with her foot resting on a small bench and the rest of her leg in a cast. She looked so small and fragile to me. I approached cautiously and held out a hand to her, smelling her fear and seeing it through her eyes as well, but I knew the fear wasn't directed at me.
“Welcome to HybridFalls. It's going to be okay, you're safe now. Nobody will hurt you. I promised.
And that's how Blade and Megan started to fall in love.
